Michael Abbey e0611edac3 Fixes Airlocks losing pressure (Baystation Fix) And fixes the icon pathing
-Allows your code to be easily used by fixing the forensics icon
pathing.
-Ports a fix from Baystation's 12 Developer atlantiscze
(As well as testing done by Dennok on BS12 and Mango and Myself for
testing on Aurora Code)

* A set of errors tied to updating the fire overlays.
* A single error related to a dischephency between new and old slime
code
* A set of errors related to the recharging of stun batons
* A single error due to old machinery code coming from your grav
generator file
* A single error error from your space cooler code, due to old
atmopsherics code
* A playerpanel warning
* An error tied to extinguishing and old atmos code.

SoundScopes c470e5e9f0 Basic setup for the frequency modifier thing.

- Ignighters
- Air Injecters
- Mass Drivers
- Convayor belts
- Shutters
- Wall mounted flashers

External Airlocks like the ones at the solars are going to take a little
more setup to get working as there are 7 things that need changing.

Bluespace Techs spawn with one in their bag.

Gravity no longer spams SoundScopes wil messages
