New Emitter Sprites (#21275)

## About PR
This PR changes the sprite of the very old emitter sprite. 
Emitters now look like you don't want this thing lined up at your door
and also now have a more industrial look to them.
Tested locally. Below you can see the new sprites. An additional piece
of equipment for the emitter will come soon.
For now, please enjoy:
