Removes Weapons (#7415)

Browse Source 
* Adds icon and hitsound where needed.

* Moves alt_attack to /obj/item and deletes weapons.dm

* Replaced /obj/item/weapon with /obj/item

* Fixes merge issues.

* Fix merge issues.
