Xenobotany device NanoUI conversions (#21856)

changes:
- refactor: "Converts xenobotany's Bioballistic Delivery System
interface from NanoUI to TGUI."
- refactor: "Converts xenobotany's Lysis-Isolation Centrifuge interface
from NanoUI to TGUI."
