Adds the ability to partially understand other languages and a bit more ( #4625 )
...
Ports the feature added in Baystation12/Baystation12#19868 , it allows people that knows a certain language to understand some words from another language, without needing to have it. It is used in all tajaran and unathi languages for now, Already consulted the lore team and it seems this is all they want so far.
Also, it adds Delvahhi, a zhan language.

bugfix: "MAJOR USABILITY FIX: Distant ghosts no longer see emotes from NPC mobs, like squeaking mice and clacking crabs. Ghost sight will now only show emotes from distant players, turning it on is now useful."

...
This actually removes some stuff from asay and msay. The only place where admins and mods(/mentors/whatever) are distinct now is msay, and only in name: admins have their nick colored like their OOC chat (though this can be changed in stylesheet.dm). Also added the feedback thingy proc call and did some code cleanup.

Removes the unused (and abused) set-player-OOC-colour verb.
Adds definitions for each rank to the stylesheet, moving it from the OOC file.
Updates the OOC-text-color verb accordingly.
Made the custom OOC text color resetable.
Cleaned up hardcoded values, old code and comments.

The HoP is listening to this channel by default.

First pass on major conversion of xenomorphs to a human subspecies. Additional condensing of various redundant mob verbs.
Converted larva and diona to their own class, collapsed the rest of xenomorphs into a human species, other stuff.
Completely removed attack_alien(). Still have to reimplement some of the lost behavior for human/alien.
Reapplies lost attack_alien() functionality other than tackling/caressing.
Further alien/humanoid cleanup and xenospawn fix-ups. Also uncommented caste verbs.
Removed half-finished abilities system since species.dm handles it.
All xenomorphs functionality should be working now, other than the HUD, tackling and the xenomorph balance issues.
Added icons for xenomorph castes, moved broadcast languages into datums, removed alien_talk and robot_talk vars.
Merged with organ removal code.
Reapplied verbs to simple_animals/slimes. Updated species definitions to have appropriate organs.
Readded tackle as a human verb.
Borer changes regarding brain removal.
Working on moving the human HUD to the species datum a bit. Mixed results.
Moved Cortical Link to a language, added borer husks.
Tidied up the HUD stuff. Still need to make it rebuild properly when species is changed, but this will do for no
Compile fix, forgot the DME.
Fixed up ventcrawl, added new organ mechanics for dionaea.
Fixed up some overlooked sections causing mobs without brains to die immediately.
Fixed up plasma generation for queens, bugs with organs, force_organ issues with set_species().

Add colour to AI private channel (144.7)

Changes the AI private channel colour to magenta (#ff00ff), and changes
the marker from [144.7] to [AI Private].
Magenta is far enough from the Science channel (#993399 ) to be obvious,
but I'm open to alternative suggestions.
