a0045fdb86 A new skrellian plant, and associated stuff (#6340)
Adds dyn, a Skrellian herb. Renowned as a medicine, its juice has mild anti-toxin properties identical to how powerful tea was before Burger nerfed it; lower than tea because Arrow considered old tea to be too OP, and any beverages made from it do too. Seeds are available both in the garden and hydroponics, and the plant may occasionally contain actual dylovene in it.
The new drinks are the raw juice of the herb, a tea (1 juice to 4 water), and an icy/fizzy iced tea thing (1 juice to 2 ice to 2 soda water). The last comes as a soda can in the vendor, and a carton of juice is available at the bartender's boozemat.
This is the first in a series of PRs expanding upon skrellian cuisine/drinks.

* Base work for the unathi robot subspecies.

* Adds metabolism species, kidney vars, and the robot unathi organs.

* Moves some action buttons to organs, pretty much a bay port right now. Todo: the unathi and alien stuff should also go here.

* First autakh implant power.

e950f6b5fd Add new chemicals (#5168)
Adds new drugs:
-Red Nightshade: a drug that induce a berserk-like status, you see only red, can smash windows, stuns go away slower and etc
-Paxazide: a medicine that induces pacifism on the target, like the mutation
-Spectrocybin: a hallucinogenic that has a small chance of giving a glipse of the other hidden to mere mortals, can be found in a mushroom variety

Adds a new secret chem:
-Bottled Lightning: causes a tesla zap when in contact with someone's blood or when splashed on the ground

Also removes some broken/unused plants.

752b0ba5e9 Converts reagent containers to Initialize, fixes hand-chew cool down and moves suit sensor Z-level list (#3367)
Converts all reagent containers to use Initialize, fixes the hand-chew cool down so it's no longer for everyone, and moves the suit sensor Z-level to the global.dm right above the station name so anyone else using the code can't miss it.

fa12422854 Mining chargers, fruit slices, windoors (#1897)
A bugfix pack of various unrelated stuff. I just poked through the issues list and cherrypicked stuff that looked quick or within my knowledge

Adds some Mech charging pads to the mining outpost. Two inside, one outside near the drills.
I also tweaked the charging pad sprite to remove the background. Basically it had a normal floor tile built into the sprite, which looked dumb on any other kind of floor. i made that part transparent. And the ones in the robotics lab didn't have an actual floor tile under them because of that, someone was lazy when mapping. so i fixed that too.

Fixes fruit slices being inedible. Someone was using Round when dividing their reagents. Protip: never round reagent amounts. the system handles decimals just fine. There was also an error with the loop

Fixes being unable to build multiple windoors on a tile.I fixed it so you can do so, but they cant stack ontop of each other (or existing windows). I also made sure they can't be rotated to stack onto existing border items. And added another rotate verb for windoor assemblies, and fixed their missing ON_BORDER flag.

Nerfed the hallucination chance of paroxetine, to make it less of a meme when prescribed clinically.

Fixes the engiborg inflatables dispenser permanantly breaking if you allow it to run out. That was my fault

- Adds checks whether the turf exists. This should prevent runtimes.
- Moves ..() call in food/snacks/grown after seed.thrown_at() call. I believe this was causing the runtime in first place.

aa22f7307a Replaces gaseous reagents with organic chemistry ones.
Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Chlorine, and Fluorine have been replaced with Hydrazine, Acetone, Ammonia, and Hydrochloric Acid.
The new chemicals have been given appropriate effects and integrated into hydroponics.
Flammable liquids have higher touch_met so they don't take forever to build fire stacks.
Liquid phoron now contaminates clothing and burns eyes when splashed on mobs.

1ae0ad6d92 Updates the atom_pool, now datum_pool, to handle any datum object.
Makes the garbage collector similarly robust. Continues the whole Destroy/qdel porting.

464d702d4b Mob refactoring.
Updates Bump() code.
Intents now use constants.
Simple animals can now use languages without overriding say().
There is now a difference between being able to smash normal and reinforced walls.
Reworks simple_animal/attackby so that constructs don't need to override it simply to add damage resistance.
