1529fa44c1 Removes Virology (#8927)
-Almost all aspects of virology and it's related machinery and objects have been purged from the code and map.
-Most of disease code has been purged. Some pieces of it remain as holdovers because they would require extensive rewrite of defines and codes for things like nanite robot transformation and appendicitis (that frankly isn't necessary)
-The outbreak event has been purged, as has the virology malicious code event variant.
-The Virology department has been remapped into the Abandoned Sector.

f7d857a3b2 Turns dominate into an end game power (#3850)
Instead of getting dominate before bats, you will only get access to dominate only after you have access to veil walk.
Also increases the blood costs of using dominate.

69f168870a Vampire - Enthrall rework
Works on grabs now, as opposed to just target selection. Makes more sense this way.

Implements the power datums and adds vampire progression. Balancing needs to be done later in the game.

3e8ac5ee39 Vampire Re-write: Block 1
The largest chunk of this rewrite.

Reworks the vampire powers, and makes them completely modular, as with changeling. Also adds a few powers, and so on.

A massive list of TO-DOs remains.
