Raptor1628 76f4001cc1 Paramedic Job Fixed
Adds Paramedic job as outlined on the forums. Reduces MD access to EVA,
adds some minor EMT clothing stuff, and fixes #8020 and the medgreen
armband while I was piddling around in sprites.
EMT alt title and indent fixed.

Now less broken.

Chinsky 30de86c081 Accessories update.
Moves them away from 'tie' legacy - path change, and different code files.
Changed single hastie var into accessories list, to allow multiple articles worn at same time. Updated all affected places in code to work with it.
Currently any number of decorative accessories can be attached, one utility (holster/webbing) and one armband.

Zuhayr ebbb9b36b5 Moved everything to a module-based hardsuit system.
Generalized all ninja power and gear code to work with new rig system.
Added shurikens, weapon mount, more work on deployable items.
Readded energy nets and energy blades.
Grenade launcher/charge stuff, interface stuff.
Renamed previously existing rigs to voidsuits, restructured rig and voidsuit files.
Refactored the energy net and teleportation proc.
Totally rewrote AI core/intellicard transfer procs.
Added rig sprites by Mordeth221, added step by steap suit sealing/inability to interfere with suit sealing process.
Updated map paths to use voidsuits.
Added chemical dispenser functionality, added power sink, added atom/drain_power() proc for later use.
Added rigsuit verbs, added voice changer.
Renamed MASKINTERNALS to AIRTIGHT, added internals checks for airtight helmets.
Added drain_power() procs to vulnerable machinery.
Reimplemented data theft.
Added suit maluses for losing your cell while wearing one.
Transitioned the rig suits to a back-mounted item that also controls a chestpiece.
Converted rig module to a storage item, convert ERT voidsuits to hardsuits.

mwerezak a9399c2b79 Custom loadout updates
Adds sorting to the custom gear menu list.
Adds the white cheongsam as a custom gear item.
Moves the purple comb out of the custom item defines as it is no longer
just a custom item.
Adds pockets to the bomber jacket.
Reduces the cost of ponchos to 3.

mwerezak b8cfe87ca2 Fixes #6783, moves spacesuits to a separate file
Adds an update_clothing_icon() proc to clothing items that will call the
relevant icon update proc on the mob which is equipping the clothing, if
any. Changes various clothing procs to not call update icon procs on usr
which may not even be the mob wearing the clothing.

Mike 6e391c01c9 Accessories are now visible when attached
Uses overlays.

I was originally planning to use the SOUTH direction of the
icons/mob/ties.dmi image as the overlay, however this had problems with
the fact that those images are directional. Rather than override Move()
in clothing/under to reset dir to SOUTH whenever clothing with an
attached accessory was thrown or dragged, I thought it would be less
hacky to read the overlays from a separate .dmi.

Mike f3ea0ab223 Fixed accessories becoming improperly detached...
when the host suit was clicked on. It is also now clearer who has the
responsibility for attaching and removing accessories.

Mike ae49ba210b Webbings now use internal storage
Clothing no longer manipulates webbing members for better encapsulation.
Instead attackby() and attack_hand() are forwarded to accessories if
they are present.
Removed "Look in Storage" verb for less verb clutter.

mwerezak 8109c33749 Removed hold.loc = usr hack from webbings code.
Got rid of the stupid hold.loc = usr hack. Now not necessary, as storage is refactored so that there is now an explicit proc for when a mob opens up a storage to view the contents. Removed the inaccessible if statement in /obj/item/weapon/storage/MouseDrop() (bad automerge?)

iamgoofball 6fa4084d11 Adds 9 new Chameleon items.
Chameleon Glasses, Exosuit, Gloves, Shoes, Hat, Gun, Mask, Backpack, and Gun.

The Gun does 1 damage and can disguise as any gun. As long as you don't fire it people won't notice that it shoots 1 damage rubber bullets.

These new items come in the Chameleon Kit, which replaces and contains the Chameleon Jumpsuit
