c30cd94024 Reworks armor damage reduction + armor components + more goodies. (#11106)
Ports Baystation12/Baystation12#27254 and Baystation12/Baystation12#24787 and everything inbetween I guess.

Note that this PR makes guns and armor overall stronger. Lasers also once again do organ damage.

Added Coagzolug, a blood coagulation chemical created by mixing tricordrazine and cough syrup. It will slow bleeding, even arterial, while in the bloodstream.
    Added Coagzolug autoinjectors to mining brute packs and the EMT stabilization kit locker.

8007ccd2ea IPC battery rework, ion rifle nerf, surge damage. (#10245)
- EMPs no longer deal permanent damage. Instead, they deal a temporary kind of damage called surge damage, that lasts for 10 seconds at maximum.
  - Surge damage makes mechanical or assisted limbs count as broken and nonfunctional.
  - Surge damage has special interactions with the mechanical heart and eyes.
  - EMP damage is no longer randomized. It is now much more consistent.
  - IPC battery is no longer represented as nutrition. Instead, the microbattery organ contains a super-capacity cell that is used for all their actions. This is represented with a new HUD icon.
  - Hardsuits can now be charged in robot chargers if you are wearing them.
  - Ion bolts now have a hit sound.
  - Removed the ion rifle lethal mode.
  - The ion rifle now has four shots.

Fixes an oversight which prevented Unathi from being able to devour big mobs such as space carp, cows, etc. This does not allow them to eat Humanoids.

Looks like carp are back on the menu boys!

3f2a515a8b Changes all cases of update_icons(), updateicon(), UpdateIcon() etc. to update_icon(). (#9432)
update_icons(), UpdateIcon() and updateicon() are now changed to be update_icon().

Many interactions expect a target to have an update_icon(), so they should all be the same.

Also fixed some stuff that was using relative pathing, along the way.

b132f4509b Overhauls pain message/status displaying, fixes oxyloss. (#9173)
Pain message/status displaying has been unified into custom_pain. This might cause some weirdness with when people go unconscious or get paralysis from excessive pain.

Oxyloss has been fixed and so has the oxygen damage overlay, which is now back. I'm not sure of the actual impact this has on damage.

Also added a fullscreen BIG RED overlay when you have BIG PAIN.

1529fa44c1 Removes Virology (#8927)
-Almost all aspects of virology and it's related machinery and objects have been purged from the code and map.
-Most of disease code has been purged. Some pieces of it remain as holdovers because they would require extensive rewrite of defines and codes for things like nanite robot transformation and appendicitis (that frankly isn't necessary)
-The outbreak event has been purged, as has the virology malicious code event variant.
-The Virology department has been remapped into the Abandoned Sector.

7d86fdf901 Cyberpunk 2462: augments for real this time (#8113)
This pr adds an augment option to the loadout, that by using copious amounts of shitcode, allows players to spend their snowflake points into becoming total powergamers cool augmented cyborgs.
Also, make a couple of changes to allow all limbs to host internal organs and interact with them in surgery.

6ac723d54c Reimplements old Unathi devour with some miscellaneous improvements. (#8072)
Unathi now can no longer eat items, they can no longer swallow mobs whole, and instead they now bite chunks out of mobs instead.

Also, dionae no longer delete mobs inside them when they split.

e6d1916e0f Dead people don't have a pulse. (#8053)
Sets pulse to zero when the owner is dead, so we don't get weird readings on medical scans of the recently deceased.

7aa0e6475b Drain blood works properly even if a target Skrell goes to Srom during. (#8027)
Skrell in Srom will still get messages about memory loss due to brain damage done to their real body.
