4713bbbb48 Rubberized Shells (#20270)
* Added a 'Rubber' skin preset for Shells in character creation, which
makes their skin look cheap and uncanny.
* Added backend support for species to have different max and min skin
tone values, currently unused.

now the ghostspawner and augs and stuff can change gradient style/colour
too where applicable

8c4b86349d Makes prosthetics editable in appearance editor (#18879)
The appearance editor can now change organs and limbs into
prosthetic/nymph/amputated versions.
As ghostroles can now edit their own limbs, the Tarwa Conglomerate
ghostroles no longer have random nymph limbs.
Height and speech bubbles no longer need the user to be able to change
their species to modify them

content with the encoding set to Unicode.

6f345c1383 Toggle pumps/filters with AltClick & RCON Max SMES Output Button (#13385)

    rscadd: "Ported a new chat system, Goonchat, that allows for cool things like changing font style, size, spacing, highlighting up to 5 strings in the chat, and DARK MODE."
    rscadd: "Repeated chat messages can now get compacted. You can disable this in goonchat settings."

e7194e7893 pAI Computer Piloting (#8842)
pAI can now be put into modular computers to control them. When a pAI is inserted, a new service will be unlocked, which can disable their access to the computer.

The VueUI change wasn't tested, but finding and replacing should leave the functionality unchanged.

19b1ddb869 Remote Mech Revision (#8903)
The AI can now remotely control mechs in its network. It has one mapped in near its core.
    Messages received by your old body will now reach your VR body (does not affect Skrell Srom).
    Exosuit pilots can now interact with elevator panels without having to get out.
    Robotics and RnD can now create remote controlled mechs. The control centre is in the protolathe, while the exosuit upgrade is in the circuit imprinter.
    Mechs can no longer be dismantled if it has a pilot in it.
    Dismantling a mech now takes a while.
