83741f09c8 Make connecting turfs into an assoc list (#2976)
Turns connecting_turfs into an associated list. From testing a few years ago, assoc lists performed quite well when it came to key-access at runtime. This then allows us to make the loop at ConnectionGroup.dm:112 into a stable one, complexity wise. Only O(world.view^2) instead of O(connecting_turfs.len * world.view^2).

All references to connecting_turfs were edited to match this.

8af0051fd6 More macros (#2955)
changes:

Holomaps now use an area flag instead of a proc to determine which areas do not draw on the holomap.
The supply shuttle once more has a roof.
The supply shuttle's landing zone is now dynamically lit.
Turfs only generate visibility updates on Initialize() after mapload - visualnet is not initialized by then anyways.
Merged /datum/gas_mixture/(init) into /datum/gas_mixture/New().
Converted a ZAS proc into a macro.
Made ZAS attempt to remove a turf from a zone instead of always rebuilding it in a certain case.
Macroized two misc procs.
Fixes #2947.

ba59ef32b9 Make some ZAS lists lazy (#2339)
This PR converts some lists in ZAS to be only created when needed instead of always existing and pointlessly using memory. Might lead to reduced server memory usage.

49b3db964f Implements fuel fires
Implements liquid fuel fires using the liquid fuel cleanable decal objects.
Rewrites zburn to be more sane, replaces convoluted calculations with straightforward reaction limit.
Fixes issue with liquid fuel spreading caused by thee object being deleted.
Prevents zones from being repeatedly added to the active fire zones list, and processed repeatedly.

4160488ed1 fix gas overlays persisting after rebuilds
slight visual artifact when zones are rebuilt, overlays will be
missing until the end of the current tick.  otherwise works fine.

d5e9851b62 integrate XGM into the code
New turf proc: assume_gas().  Maps to air.adjust_gas_temp().
Lots of optimizations to processing, fire, lighting, HasEntered() and
 more.
Zones now process all fire data and existance in one go, fire objects
 only handle spreading.
Most code has been ported straight so some of it mightn't be ideally
 structured for the new gas_mixtures.

c4f6a66d3d Fixed nuke shuttle being a swirly vortex of death.
This bug was actually in legacy ShareSpace code,
I'm surprised it wasn't noticeable in the old ZAS.

d0c0315d53 Added documentation, split ConnectionManager.dm, removed some unused procs.
Added a proc to find the other zone in an edge for future procs.
Fixed the stupid .int again.

f95d0f9a98 Fixed some zone.remove() bugs:
Turf should be set back to no gas overlays.
Debug mode checks if zone actually contains turf
(might be useful in turf replacement.)
