8e092ae828 Alien species without a gender will now spawn as Neuter, and are neuter in the character setup. (#8115)
Species that are neuter (at least from the human/player characters' perspective) will now properly spawn as neuter, and be neuter in the character setup screen.

This affects (tagged) IPCs, Dionae, Vox & Vaurca.

Also fixes some gender related grammar stuff.

I think all the procs that randomise based on gender will just default to one or the other and shouldn't have noticeably weird results.

This also fixes the bug where Diona players would be 'he/she', but NPC diona would be 'it'.

038a4ac86b Tajaran update: the war to end all wars edition (#7638)
-changes how the tajara species handles citizenship in game: you now have to pick one of the three factions, this also enables consular officers for them
-adds a new var to the species: default_citizenship, which citizenship should be the default one for that species, so you can have species that can't get biesel citizenship as their main one
-adds a bunch of loadout options to the tajaran section
-restricts tajara from being necropolis contractors

2824a51cf0 Adds more depth to citizenship and religion choices at the character setup (#6785)
This pr adds some depth to the citizenship and religion choices at the character setup.
Citizenship will now affect your loadout and mission as a consular officer.
Religion will now affect your chaplain's religion name, bible name and sprite.
Selecting any option will bring a small lore pop up for citizenship and religion choices.

Intent of this PR: make factions actually matter.

How we're going to do this:

Make factions limit job choices.
Make factions have alternative loadouts that override job uniforms
Make factions be visible in the employment records.
Revert existing faction loadout options or put them behind a preference, in favour of new shit.

Game log in GELF not logging proper target.
Pylon attacks not detecting the actual firer of a damaging bullet.

Some messages in psych therapy code.
A view() checkk in psych therapy code.
CCIA being unable to announce incoming faxes in some circumstances.
Language whitelists potentially checking the whitelists of the last person to throw a tray in addition to the pref mob.
Fixes some messages/sounds with some custom items.
Fixes a message with digging into the asteroid.
Fixes electrocution code not properly checking for absurdly long hair.
Fixes a broken message in devour.
Fixes a targeting issue with player-controlled hostile ranged mobs.
Fixes failure behavior for modular RnD guns.
Fixes an intent safety check on gun aim.
Fixes the Harvester knock spell potentially not working.

64e386785c Abling Disability (#4485)
This PR implements a system for manipulating a client's color safely and also ports a prioritization system for sorting client color from /tg/. Currently this PR also implements client coloration in the form of color blindness, namely:
Monochromacy
Deuteranopia
Tritanopia
Protanopia

DTP are mild brain traumas, whereas monocrhomacy is a severe brain trauma.
Furthermore, this PR removes the Needs Glasses prompt in character creation, and replaces it with a disability selector, allowing people to more closely refine their special little snowflakes.

Nervousness
Nearsightedness
Deuteranopia
Tritanopia
Protanopia
Deafness
Muteness

90886a3076 Branded IPCs (#3388)
This PR adds 2 subtypes of industrial and two subtypes of baseline, one for each cybernetics manufacturer. Sprites by BRAINOS.

other changes:

IPCs can now be flashed or flashbanged.
Admin spawn paths have been added for subspecies that did not have them.
IPCs are no longer slowed by being cold.

61b5203d24 Runtime Map Loading (#3597)
changes:

Maps are no longer compiled in, instead loaded directly from the DMMs at runtime.
Z level defines have been moved from the config to map datums.
Unit tests now use typecaches.
DMMS now actually works.
DMMS has been updated slightly.
DMMS is now capable of loading simple lists of non-text types.
DMMS is now faster when loading many types without mapped in attributes and when loading area instances.
Asteroid generation is now defined on the map datum instead of being hard-coded in SSasteroid.
Holodeck presets are now defined on the map datum.
Atmos machinery now uses Initialize().

Changed a lot of string building to use lists & Join() - this should reduce the number of strings generated at runtime.
Fixed a bug where the incidents menu was not populated.

eace452b30 Human icon key & preferences tweaks (#3274)
changes:

Reworked how human body icon keys are generated; resulting keys should be much shorter now and involve less duplication of the same string.
Players are now shown a message when they try to add markings to a species that has none available.
Admin revive for human-types will now also re-apply their organ and marking prefs.
Admin revive now also resets shock_stage (fixes rejuv'd mobs being slow for a while)
