2bb959da4c Fixed inconsistencies in Requests Consoles names and department types. (#6923)
As reported here #6909 there were a few Requests Consoles that didn't have correct Department names.
This pull request fixes that, sets proper Department Types for a few Request Consoles and also makes the Requests Consoles' names more consistent in general by adding the 's' to 'Requests' everywhere.

d0dff4c370 Removes xenomorphs (#6686)
Xenomorphs are pretty much badly done and don't really fit at all. This pr fully removes the human type ones, alongside with the infection, eggs and facehuggers.

61b5203d24 Runtime Map Loading (#3597)
changes:

Maps are no longer compiled in, instead loaded directly from the DMMs at runtime.
Z level defines have been moved from the config to map datums.
Unit tests now use typecaches.
DMMS now actually works.
DMMS has been updated slightly.
DMMS is now capable of loading simple lists of non-text types.
DMMS is now faster when loading many types without mapped in attributes and when loading area instances.
Asteroid generation is now defined on the map datum instead of being hard-coded in SSasteroid.
Holodeck presets are now defined on the map datum.
Atmos machinery now uses Initialize().

4d6d382967 Job subsystem & Player Spawn Tweaks (#2403)
Converts the job controller into a subsystem, including absolute paths. Also cleans up some mob despawn code.

changes:

The job master is now a subsystem. Job init moved out of EMI.
Custom loadout now properly overrides job equipment on spawn.
Odin despawn timers are now deleted on arrival shuttle launch.
Cryogenic storage despawn is now handled by the job controller.
Backpack equipping has been fully moved to equip_backpack().
equip_backpack() will now equip departmental backpacks.
Job backpack selection is now set via. vars instead of overriding a proc.
Fixes #2180.

0f472d3818 Gun, sword and janitor ert additions (#2142)
-changes the one handed pulse rifle to be a pulse carbine and a pulse pistol, also removed a lot of useless vars from it
-changed the pulse destroyer to fire in bursts
-added some new flavors of sword with their own sprites
-added some new on hand and back sprites for some guns
-added the janitor ert hardsuit, not anywhere yet
-fix #2137
-fix the anesthetic tank having no sprite on the back
-ghetto shotgun and pistol chances of failure are now random when they are created

8c6a2a84a0 Algorithmic Directional Lighting (#1726)
This is similar to #1722, but it uses a bit of math to allow explicit setting of the angle of light.
Pretty much complete, although no lights have been updated to use directional lighting.

Features:
Facing a wall with a directional light results in darkness - light is not emitted on own tile.

This is it. The big one.
Risk: Very large. This modifies or rewrites several important systems.
Some things still need balancing, but that's probably better done if/when this hits dev.

changes:

New smooth lighting system.
Machinery split into three processes: machinery, powernet, pipenet Removed due to breakage. Refactored into multi-step process.
Mob process rewritten.
NanoUI process rewritten.
Objects process rewritten.
Tweaked color output of station lights.
Slime core lights now emit colored light.
Fixed light update frequency issue with fire alarms, hydroponics trays, and airlocks.
Increased light emission from bolted airlocks.
Miscellaneous performance improvements.
New datum pool implementation.
New lighting usage profiler.
Lighting system now tracks UV light, which is not visible to players.
Space now has a parallax effect.
Disabled Spin View verbs due to incompatibility with the new lighting system.
Disabled hallucination view spin due to incompatibility with the new lighting system.
Lighting system now initializes in the lobby before the round starts to reduce BoR deadtime.
Added UV light tracking to lighting engine; dionae now gain energy exclusively from UV light.
Added colored lighting to a few consoles that used default (white) light.

bdda79ff29 Beekeeping fixes and tweaks (#1337)
In short, baymerge changed beekeeping. Generally for the better, i love some of the new things they did. But they also removed some things (like the actual bee mobs) and some of their new stuff wasn't properly implemented.
So this PR fixes up both the bay beekeeping content and ours, to work in harmony together, remove redundant stuff, and fix lots of bugs.

67f7584cf9 Altclick useability tweaks (#936)
Adds pointing at things with alt+rightclick uasing some hacky code wizardry, thanks to kaiochao on the byond forums.
Also adds simple spam control to pointing, and changes the point verbs from using View, to Range, which is mildly faster

Also adds the ability to alt+click to eject your ID from PDAs and many computers. Anything to save on laggy rightclicks

650c34ee4c DEV Flags + Perms + Verbs
The Dev Flag and status is back in game! As of right now, you will have
to play around with the values in regards to the defines in setup.dm
(specifically with CCIAA), but everything works fine, besides maybe Devs
having some verbs they shouldn't for some reason..

But besides that, it's peachy.

Arguments acquired from 'in world' cannot be GCd for several minutes due to a hidden reference from usr to the argument itself.
This replaces all 'in world' arguments with 'in range(world.view)', with the notable exception of "View Variables".

495f80fff6 Change callproc to check validity earlier
Callproc now checks validity of a call *before* prompting for arguments, instead of after, and can now check the validity of global (/proc/foo) procs.
