It was a mistake to use real life chemicals on the grounds of "realism", especially when the chemical doesn't actually act realistically to how it does in real life. With the removal of the Inaprovaline medication as well, we can return the name to Norepinephrine, which was originally called Inaprovaline anyway.

Diona have gotten a ton of minor code improvements, using their abilities should now be a little sane.
Diona nymphs don't have to be whitelisted to grow until a full diona now. Administrative action will be taken if this right is abused.
Diona gestalts can now use their biomass / arms to create biomass structures.

- Ion rifle has now two firing modes: lethal and stun
- Lethal firing mode cost is increased, resulting rifle full charge to last for 6 shots. Stun mode has the original cost, making it 10 shots.
- In Stun mode if the object that was hit is an IPC - it will stun IPC for 5(unstackable) seconds. But if the object is not IPC it will EMP only that object.
- I have reworked sprites to display both lethal and stun modes just like Carbine energy gun.
- Ion rifle is now a wielded weapon
- IPC/Borgs with EMP resistance module do not get affected by stun and consume half of charge
changes:
Bidirectional source Z-lights have been reverted to single-direction in favor of corner z-bleed.
Z-mimic turfs will now average their light level with their mimiced turf to better approximate Z-lighting.
Openspaces have been made significantly less dark.
Corners no longer incorrectly always take the instant update pathway.
MultiZ helpers are now macros.
More things now properly respect area dynamic lighting settings.
* Repaths eyes, observers, dview, and new_players to /mob/abstract subtypes.
* Adds /mob/abstract, a base type for 'abstract' mobs that aren't meant to be directly affected by the game world.
Adds lava interaction: humans walking on lava titles will suffer a slowdown then being set on fire, cyborgs and simple mobs will only take burn damage.
Added the lava and basalt turfs to a random map generator, and replaces the tundra's ocean with the title just named water.
