45d9e9e23c Teleport pads are now controlled directly by the teleport control computer program. 
Replaces all teleport stations with modular computers with that program.

6f345c1383 Toggle pumps/filters with AltClick & RCON Max SMES Output Button (#13385) 
* Atmospherics devices (pumps, filters, etc.) can be have their power toggled on/off with Alt-Click.

* RCON control can now max the SMES output in one button-click.
