6224c7f6c2 View variables now properly displays the contents of an associative list (ie stuff like list("ballnumber" = 2)).
Changed around a few access levels; only jobs who need to do maintenance have access to maintenance tunnels. Also the heads and detective.

Removed the radio mode toggle verb, as telecomms has long left the "experimental" stage.

Messed with sec huds. Their readings are far more reliable. Officers can now use huds to modify humans' criminal statuses on the go. To do this, simply examine a human and at the end should be a clickable link to change the status. Uses /mob/living/carbon/human/Topic().

Added some new sprites from the forums, including those spider sprites and the new, more feline-looking cat.

Shuttle call/recall announcements are now more noticeable. Removed a few ways they could be spammed.
Cats and Dogs can see in the dark.

81d6e5abb3 Changed private messages to forward to client from mob rather than the other way around. As it makes more sense.
Merged the Admin-PM verb and the PM stuff in Topic() as it was 99% the same code anyway.
Admin to Admin PMs are no longer annoying and LOUD: "-- ADMIN PRIVATE MESSAGE --"
All Admin PM messages to non-admins are now 'LOUD'.
Admin-PM verb is now sorted by Mob rather than client as per request
Can again PM mobs by right clicking them.
Apologies for totally missing the last 2 things on my last commit :S

79b537ce5b Adds a dummy process() to /obj/machinery/door so that doors aren't removed from the machine list. Best guess, all machines call process automatically, and because doors didn't have an explicit one defined, they automatically called the one that removed them from the list.
Adds a borg deathsquad to the map.
Few more fixes to the tensioner.

Fixes Issue 424 (it was some code in turrets.dm which was setting all the turret controls in the lobby area to off...for no raisin.)
Admins can now PM people in the lobby
Admin-PM verb now uses clients instead of mobs
Removed a vulnerability in the PM system that allowed unauthorised access to a select few admin-tools.
Text changes in examine verbs for monkeys and humans (typos)

6ba52d7a0d Sanity check for jobban_isbanned() to prevent any antag jobban resulting in a ban from any antag jobs that may be added or renamed or whatever.
Tidied human/examine.dm a bit more.
Can no longer examine mobs while unconscious/blind/whatever. A more extensive fix is in the works.

bf061913c7 Adds an admin verb that fully sets up the singlo (for testing/debugging msotly)
Fixes the tensioner occasionally attempting to turn cyborgs into malf AIs.
Adds checks to space ninja during its objective creation.
Fixes that fucking message when you're carrying the disk in outer space
Nuke disk now respawns in all rounds.  
Adds the abiity to turn off the tensioner for the entire round.
Pinpointers now show the remaining time until a nuke goes off if it's been armed when examined
Nuclear bombs now have a minimum detonation time of one minute.

c03c775c8e Minor touch-ups to the shiny new job-ban interface
Antag job-bans should now work correctly for the role assigner thingy at the start of a round.
Removed the Malf-AI job-ban option, as it was a pain to implement and wasn't really worth it.
Tensioner doesn't recognise job-bans to the best of my knowledge. This may change in the future.

9fc0fe564f Updates handheld-flashes so that they cannot break on their first use. Their chance of breaking is directly proportional to their frequency of use (ranges from 0% to 5%, used to be a blanket 2%). Their capacitor recharges one charge every 60 seconds. Once their 6 charges are used up, they temporarily stop working whilst their capacitor recharges. This should mean that flashes will last a long time with light use (defence/rev), but not for spamming (shitcurity).
Can now job-ban people from entire departments through the jobban panel.
Can now job-ban people even if they log out.
Job-ban panel now informs you why people were banned from each job.
Runtime fixes for some old jobban code that was preventing the above stuff.
Committing some fixes Nodrak pointed out.
Credits go to Nodrak for a lot of this.

Disables the requirement on the deathsquad shuttle for the sent_stike_team var to have been set
Fixes the syndicate shuttle position on the map being a little too short.  (It's never been used, has it?)

d4eb845626 Adds a new config option called 'Tensioner'. If enabled, if the tensioner thinks the round is going too slow (Not enough deaths and explosions, pretty much, atm) it suggests adding more antagonists. Unless overriden by an admin (any holder) it automatically creates antagonists from a random round type. Feedback and round-end conditions (except for nuke team) will not (should not) function for additional antagonists.
Tratior borgs who hack themselves cannot be blown by their AI.
The AI can now open doors with shift+click, bolt them with ctrl+click, and shock them with alt+click
Adds a new wire to doors that controls the time delay before they close.  If pulsed, they close like a sliding glass door.  If cut, they do not close by themselves.  
Borgs who have died, ghosts, and are then blown up will now have their ghosts properly transfered to their dropped MMIs.

c801c50cea Removed Karma. It was a shitty system used to punish security for doing their jobs even when it worked, and now it just spits runtimes.
Better defined the viewers in range of the vent crawl to hopefully stop the runtimes that was causing.

Disposals no longer indiscriminately let items land inside it - the items have to have been thrown by someone.

6b063c487f - MAX_EXPLOSION_RANGE is now a variable instead of a #DEFINE
- Added a link to the secrets panel that allows the changing of the bomb cap to: 14, 16, 20, 28, 56, 128

Bomb cap is calculated:
devestation range = bomb cap * 0.25
high damage = bomb cap * 0.5
low damage = bomb cap
flash = bomb cap * 1.5

so the values for the different levels are: (screenshot)

98febe0396 Fixed the changelog.
Buffed the janitor's cleaning grenades.
Fixed the void jetpack not having any oxygen, fixed nuke ops starting with empty jetpacks, fixed the spacesuit admin equip.
Renamed plasteel floor tiles to just floor tiles, seeing as they're not made out of plasteel.

0a80f91f2c Added Spacevines to the random events. Added a spawn space-vines option to the secrets panel.
Fixes issue 250 (borg door bug)
Fixed silicon interactions with engineering equipment.
Fixed access lists for radiation collectors, so locking them actually serves a purpose. Fixed using crowbars on them.
Borgs can name themselves upon module selection (unless a roboticist has named them previously by using a pen)
To avoid Borgs griefing and then changing their name by selecting a module, borgs are now unable to move independently until they choose a module.
New sprites for spacevines are on the way. So you'll have to tolerate my crappy stand-ins for a bit until he is finished with them.

a6f9f36b72 - All PM links are now tied to clients and not mobs. What this means is that all PM links (the links admins get in admin messages which lead to a PM) should now point directly to the client, if one still exists or report them as disconnected. This means that there should no longer be problems with clients which swap mobs.
- Made the player-side admin pm message more visible and obnoxious. Some players might find it annoying but at least it will not leave much room to complain about "missing PM-s"

- Fixed that awkward X in asay messages, which moved whatever mob you were in to the location of the person who said the message. Replaced it with JMP, which does the same as the JMP in adminhelps - makes a ghost and moves that ghost to the location:

- Ghosts which find themselves locked in any form of container (closets most commonly) will now (FINALLY) exit the container (and it is any container!) after they click one of the arrow keys.

a07cd4220d - Replaced a few more conveyor switches with the one-way conveyor switch.
- Added feedback gathering for radio, rc and pda message use. (Only the number of messages sent is recorded)
- Generalized the 'round_end' time feedback logging into a proc that now also handles the radio/pda/rc processing at round end. ( blackbox.round_end_data_gathering(), where blackbox is the blackbox recorder object. )

52aa3bcc19 - toggle-hear-radio and toggle-hear-deadcast now properly say whether you will or won't hear the two communication types when toggling them.
- added a de-admin-self verb for admins. This exists so admins can play games without having to deal with 2nd accounts and such. It removes all the verbs and deletes the 'holder' object, so admins lose all their verbs, asay, adminhelp/prayer hearing, everything. They are exactly the same as normal players. To return to being an admin someone has to promote you back. The effects of de-admin-self are only for the current round.

Coders, when adding new admin verbs, don't forget to also add their removal into /client/proc/clear_admin_verbs()

Added jumptocoord, everyone_random and cmd_switch_radio to the proc, so hiding admin verbs works more properly.

4c92d1c152 Added a cheap lighter so that zippos will have some company.
The cheap lighter can be purchased at vending machines and comes in 4 colors: green, yellow, cyan and red.

7ffdec48bf Fixes fire extinguishers in space, removes empty hand requirement, which wasn't supposed to be committed. My bad.
Adds the ability for door buttons to both close the doors they're attached to, and also a framework for controlling their other functions like idscan/bolts.
Adds a secure safe to the HoS's office and a new flashbang grenade!  
Secure safes can now hold 8 weight units of stuff by default.  
Adds a reply function to the comm. console prayers as well as a confirmation button on BSA.

fd2bd8459f Adds the ability for the Communications Console to send emergency messages to Centcomm (or, when emagged, to the Syndicate.) This messages admins in the same fashion as a prayer.
Adds a button to the messages that admins receive from Syndiate/Centcomm messages called 'BSA' and hits the target with bluespace artillery if the message was suitably stupid. 
Because of the IC act of sending the message as opposed to prayer, does not respect see_prayers.  Depending on (ab)use, may be changed

8730d375cf Adds a new special object (stop) that can be used when you need someone to stop moving right away, even before the next life(). Used in door crushing to prevent people from inertiaing through. Checks for /obj/special/stop in loc every move. Compared to the number of other checks, I don't expect this to be an undo burden, but can be commented out in case of OH SHIT LAG under heavy load.
Moves /area/entered to its own file.  
Adds a new area var called has_gravity.  Determines if floor tiles count for movement control (planning on adding more, currently can only be badmined)
Adds a new mob var called lastarea that is updated with the area you're in every time /area/entered is called.

f12301d51a Fixed some runtimes.
Virus2 has been effectively removed from the code as it was not actually used and was causing some runtimes.
The PA is now properly affected by meteors/blobs/bombs.

bf56fc6e99 Doors no longer close if there is a mob in the tile, a door can be hacked/AI overriden to close anyways and injure that mob as well as knock them down so they can be crushed again and again until they stop moving. (Currently: 35 brute and knockdown.)
The server master log now records attacks / emotes / PDA messages, as well as timestamping.
