KingOfThePing c4ecbb650d Updates Sprites: Safes & Girders (#21224) ...

## About PR
Updates the girders and safes/wall safes to not use sprites from
probably 1999 anymore. The girders now take our not-so-new 3/4th
perspective into account.
They have been ported from Shiptest and modified by me. Below are the
new sprites. Please enjoy.
