ElorgRHG 94a474a162 Unathi jizixi dress resprite + colorables (and one new variant) (#21232) ...

After some tajara clothing resprites, I decided I am satisfied with
their sprites, so now I move onto the unathi sprites as they have a
veritable mine of sovlful sprites.

Stuff from the changelog:
> imageadd: "Resprited the unathi jizixi dress, and added a colorable
version of it."
> imageadd: "Added a blank, unpatterned version of the unathi jizixi
dress."
> rscdel: "Removed the ability to change the colors of the jizixi dress
due to a colorable version now existing."
