 - bugfix: "Fixes invisible thermal lance inhands."
 - bugfix: "Fixes bulwark chat bubbles."

Also moved the bulwark sprites in dmis to the left one pixel to match
all the other sprites. It annoyed me that it was 9 pixels adjusted
instead of 8 like everyone else. Alignment unchanged.
