naut 128c014e06 Aayun Kaiser's custom ESS rig (#19117) ...

Adds Aayun Kaiser (Lmwevil's character)'s custom item into the game: a
prototype ESS suit clad in black and purple. Comes with a nice built-in
scarf.

Additionally mods the stock offworlder ESS rig to be able to dispense
RMT.
