PsiOmega 93ac826f02 Adds more events, misc event changes.

Only two more this time:
Random space dust attack.
Random gravity failure.

Moves space vines from moderate to major events, due to its now more dangerous nature.

Removes now irrelevant alien/ninja customized event handlers.

Adds Excel sheet for aiding in event probability calculations.

expand_filedir_paths.py

Adding expand_filedir_paths.py - It replaces all 'file.extension' resource file references with 'relative_path/file.extension'. This should speed up compile times by reducing the number of places the compiler must look for resources.

the compiled exe file for the Unstandardness text for DM program is in:
UnstandardnessTestForDM\bin\Debug\UnstandardnessTestForDM.exe
of
UnstandardnessTestForDM\bin\Release\UnstandardnessTestForDM.exe

You have to move it to the root folder (where the dme file is) and run it from there for it to work.
