Job system should be working now. I had a '==' where a '&' should have been that would cause it to only work when you had one job of the same level and department selected.

I know we should have had this forever but we didn't... Banning, unbanning and editing bans (both the regular and job flavored) is now logged into a separate file. (data/ban_unban_log.txt)
