* changes the medical sprites, again

* less clashing pmcg highlights

* Remove Leftover Whitespaces

* adds pmcg highlights to medical uniforms

* changes medic desc to match new colors

* re-adds leg highlights: now slightly better

* never mind, knee stripes look like shit
