Lohikar f35680ba7a Fix cameras (#2091) ...

changes:

Cameras now use DVIEW instead of a temporary dummy mob to calculate visibility.
Cameras now render smooth lighting as old-style lights.
Lighting overlays are now a DMI instead of a PNG.
Fixes #1974.
