BenjaminandGitHub cb3bec1c33 Fixes silicon overmap view (#22720) ...

This PR adds a set_machine call to the base ship computer's attack_ai
procs, allowing AIs and borgs to view the overmap without their view
immediately being reset by the next life() call.

Fixes #22467
