Fixes chainsaws cutting through centcom locks. Fixes #4372
Fixes reversed left hand chainsaw sprite.
Added Chainsaws to traitor uplink, they can be purchased for 10 crystals. They come pre-filled with fuel.

Modified OP chainsaw stats.
