Subject: [PATCH] Introduces lore for podpeople (#4417)
## About The Pull Request
This PR introduces lore for Podpeople, the precursor race that everyone
knows and loves. With lots of details to get into, this species comes
with a lot of mystery, unlike previous species.
I've tried to balance keeping things mysterious with making sure that
players can effectively continue to play these characters as they have
now, so there's lots of information for making new characters while
keeping the current state of the species open-ended.
Drafted as this PR hasn't yet been fully discussed with the lore team
(unlike the Tiziran lore and Slimepeople lore), but I think it'll go
over super smooth. Will mark as ready for review when it's done.
## Why It's Good For The Game
This PR spruces up Podpeople heavy, without taking away from existing
characters. There's a lot to bite into here, and it'll add to roleplay
on the server by giving a robust foundation to build a character on.
## Proof Of Testing
Fully functional. Requires #4395 to show species lore properly in the
creator. Species description will show either way.
