* Language holder refactor

* Ironed out bugs, testing

* adds sourced language, blocking list. more useful helpers.

* Replaced old usage

* Adresses requests

* Autodoc attempt #1

* Fixed monkeyize (again)

* Travis happy

* Language menu updated

* Final pass
