[IDED] Replaces UZI domain reward with ballistic chameleon gun (#87600)

## About The Pull Request

Replaces the mini-UZI beach battle domain reward with a ballistic
chameleon gun.

Also added a separate possible reward for an uzi bitrunning disk.
