these things cleaner with signals) that's a win in my book

## About The Pull Request
Rather than having 100 separate list variables on `SSaccessories`, have
1 list for all feature keys that are associated with sprite accessories
This way you can get a feature by doing
`SSaccessories.feature_list[key]`, instead of necessitating
`SSaccessories.ears_list`, `SSaccessories.tail_list`, etc.
This lets us cut back on a lot of boilerplate in prefs, dna, and organs

Moves all the dna block handling onto singleton datums initialized
inside global lists, to make the handling dna less of a copy-paste mess
and make adding new blocks significantly easier. There is still some
work to be done in the copypaste department but ultimately that falls

probably do those but it will also be easier for everyone else as the
code is now significantly less of an eyesore)
Both features and identities have been tested through and through, and

Adds 2 new species: Spirits and Ghosts
Spirits are available roundstart during Halloween, Wabbajack and
Xenobio's black slime extract
Ghosts are available through Magic mirrors
They fly around, and don't have legs and instead float around. They also
can't get legs implanted onto themselves.
They also do have organs, so they are affected by flashbangs, they do
get hungry, they do need oxygen to survive (they don't take damage in
space but they do suffocate & get slowdown), and can process chems.
Gibbing a ghost gives ectoplasm, an ingredient for ghost burgers.
Chaplains also got a buff here, null rod-type weapons' bane is now
against Spirit mobs, rather than hardcoded revenants. This means it now
includes Spirits/Ghosts, but also Soulscythes & Cult shades.
Also re-adds https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/81630 which was
reverted in https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/86506 which I
assume was accidental.
### The difference between Spirits and Ghosts
Ghosts have an innate ability to become incorporeal, which allows them
to phase through walls and stuff. Using this will immediately make them
drop any non-ghost limb/organ (not implants cause I thought it would be
funny). This ability is not available if they have holy water in their
system, and like revenants they also can't walk over blessed tiles with
it. They are also invisible to cameras while using this (not the obscura
though).
Sprites taken from observers directly, if anyone wants to make custom
sprites for them feel free. If anyone wants to make this obtainable
somehow in-game as well I wouldn't be opposed, halloween is just where I
thought it would fit most.
This also adds a lot of fixes that I encountered trying to add this,
from systems that have been neglected throughout the years.

## Why It's Good For The Game
We haven't gotten a new halloween species in a long time and thought it
would be fun if you can play as an actual ghost, the soul that remains
after a person passes, so Halloween feels more haunted. It's overall
made in just good fun, with a bonus that Ghosts are a cool species to
play with as well for Wizards & maybe Chaplains in the future (Dead sect
when?)

## About The Pull Request
This PR aims to clean or bring up to date portions of code about dna,
the dna console and mutations. This includes taking care of or removing
some of the awful choices like the pratically useless
`datum/mutation/human` pathing, or the class variable, in favor of using
sources to avoid potential issues with extraneous sources of a mutation.
The files changed are over a hundred just because I removed the
`datum/mutation/human` path, but the actual bulk of the code is mainly
shared between the datum/dna.dm, _mutations.dm and dna_console.dm.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Mutation shitcode is hurting my future plans for infusions a little.
Also it's a much needed refactor. Drafted 'till I'm sure it works
without issues.

This skillchip allows you to bypass the emote cooldown when flipping or
spinning. However, if used too often, it will lower the chip's
integrity. At first, this is harmless, emitting sparks only, but at a
certain point, your head starts smoking, your brain begins
short-circuiting, and once the chip has lost all integrity your head
will explode in a shower of gore, giving you a cranial fissure!
Added the Chipped quirk. It allows you to spawn with one skillchip. Of
note here is that the only chips you can spawn with are the 'default'
skillchips found in the toy vendor, you can NOT spawn in with the
fosbury chip or with the musical one.
Added the Chip Connector quirk. It contains a new implant, the chip
connector, which allows you to install and take out skillchips at any
time. Being EMPed will cause it to drop one random skillchip, and if you
try using it while it's malfunctioning you'll take out a bit of your
brain instead. It can also be made at the exosuit fabricator after basic
research.
Renamed the organ slots for brain implants and made the connector
implant take the CNS slot.

During the time flipping was bugged to have no cooldown or delay, it was
really funny seeing people flip at increasingly higher speeds. Many
people miss it, and to be honest, so do I. But everything needs limits
or it stops being funny and ends up being overdone. To this end this
skillchip lets people relive those days of glory, until they go out in a
beautiful explosion. The chip will last a very long while if well taken
care of, and there are plenty of warning signs before it gets too risky
to use, but we know what players are actually gonna do, and I am looking
forward to it.

Chips can be kind of neat sometimes, and I think always having one as
part of your character can make for some fun things as the consistency
of it makes it more likely to stick in your mind to do stuff with.

Sure. But we have loadouts. We have tagger, musician, and many other
things that are 'roundstart bloat', and while that by itself is not an
excuse, it's part of the design of character setup: Minimizing the time
spent running around the station for things your character is supposed
to have for their personality/roleplay/gimmick. They're paying the cost
of quirk points for it, anyways.

I like the idea of having a gross usb drive on the back of your brain
that you shove chips into and out of, especially if it drops pieces of
your brain when malfunctioning. It also adds a little bit of extra
relevance to skillchips now that you don't need to spend 15 (!!!)
seconds inside a skillstation to add one. The cost is, as stated, quite
literally losing your brain on EMP's and the moderately expensive sum of
4 points.

It annoys me that there were organ slots for 'anti drop implant'. Now
they're just slots for anything meant to connect to the
cerebellum/central nervous system, making it less brute forcey and also
adding the start of some fun exclusivity between brain implants.

## About The Pull Request
I'm adding a new infusion ~~(actually four, but two of them are just
holders for specific organs tied to a couple fish traits)~~ to the game.
As the title says, it's about fish.
The infusion is composed of three primary organs, plus another few that
can be gotten from fish with specific traits.
The primary organs are:
- Gills (lungs): Instead of breathing oxygen, you now need to stay wet
or breathe water vapor.
- fish-DNA infused stomach: Can safely eat raw fish.
- fish tail: On its own, it only speeds you up on water turfs, but it
has another effect once past the organ set threshold. It also makes you
waddle and flop like a fish while crawling (I still gotta finish sprites
on this one)
Other organs are:
- semi-aquatic lungs: A subtype of gills from fish with the 'amphibious'
trait, falls back on oxygen if there's no water. Can also be gotten from
frogs, axolotl and crabs.
- fish-DNA infused liver: From fish with the 'toxic' trait. Uses
tetrodotoxin as a healing chem instead of a toxin. Also better tolerance
to alcohol if you want to drink like a fish (ba dum tsh).
- inky tongue: From fish with the 'ink production' trait. Gives mobs the
ability to spit ink on a cooldown, blinding and confusion foes
temporarily.
The main gimmick of this infusion revolves around being drenched in
water to benefit from it, In the case you get the gills organ, this also
becomes a necessity, to not suffocate to death (alternatively, you can
breathe water vapor, without any benefit). To enable the bonus of the
organs set, three organs need to be infused. They can be gills, stomach,
tail and/or liver, while the inky tongue doesn't count towards it.
Once the threshold is reached, the following bonus are enabled:
- Wetness decays a lot slower and resists fire a bit more.
- Ink spit becomes stronger, allowing it to very briefly knock down
foes.
- Fishing bonuses and experience
- Resistance to high pressures
- Slightly expanded FOV
- drinking water and showers mildly heal you over time.
- for felinids: You won't hate getting sprayed by water or taking a
shower.
- While wet:
- - If the fish tail is implanted, crawling speed is boosted.
- - You no longer slip on wet tiles.
- - You also become slippery when lying on the floor.
- - You get a very mild damage resistance and passive stamina
regeneration, and cool down faster.
- - You resist grabs better.
- - get a very weak positive moodlet.
- However, being dry will make you quite squisher, especially against
fire damage, slower and give you a modest negative moodlet.
While working on it, I've also noticed a few things that explained why
tetrodotoxin (TTX) did jackshit at low doses, because livers have a set
toxin tolerance value, below which, any amount of toxin does nothing.
Also I've felt like reagents like multiver & co were a bit too strong
against a reagent that's supposed to work at very low doses, with slow
metabolization, so I've added a couple variables to buff TTX a bit,
making it harder to purge and resistant to liver toxin tolerance (also
added a bit of lungs damage).
## Why It's Good For The Game
I wanted to take a shot at coding a DNA infusion and see how chock-full
I could make it. DNA infusions are like a middle point between "aha,
small visual trinket" and organs with generally ok effects. I seek to
make something a bit more complex ~~(also tied to fishing ofc because
that's more or less the recurrent gag of my recent features)~~ primaly
focused around the unique theme of being strong when wet and weaker when
dry.
EDIT: The PR is now ready, have a set of screenshots of the (fairly mid)
fish tails (and gills, barely visible) on randomly generated spessman
and one consistent joe:

Strong-Arm implants utilize a five second cooldown between activation
(this is per implant, not for both). As a result, the implant does a
larger chunk of damage in one blow. It does not do stamina damage
anymore.
If you strike a mob with either the MOB_BEAST or MOB_SPECIAL biotypes,
you inflict additional damage (40 extra).
You can fit both a toolset implant and a muscle implant into the same
arm.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Strong-arms were really weird implants in that they were not locked
behind any research progression, but instead could be purchased from
cargo. However, they were still not exactly amazing to have, so they
only really get purchased by bored medical doctors, since the implant
was a medical departmental order option (for some reason). I tried
giving them a little extra oomph a while ago, but I never felt like they
were in a particularly good space even after that update.
Borrowing some ideas from an older PR, I've introduced a cooldown to
allow for them to work alongside other unarmed features, but still not
allow them to stack with other effects. It makes them exceptionally good
as opening attacks, but not to the point of being intrusive. They were
also a method of infinite stamina damage, so that has been resolved as
well.
The mob bonus damage makes them a little fun option for miners, really,
that's why I added it. I thought it would be a cute feature, and maybe
incentivize a few to get augmented. I don't think they will, since
augments aren't super useful for miners, but still.
The pairing with toolsets is because they're not quite as useful
generally as the toolsets, and since they are a weaker arm implant in
the progression, I don't feel it is too extreme to have both, because
overall most people will gravitate towards toolsets if they had to
choose.

Adds the Herculean Gravitronic Spinal Implant. A personal gravity
dampener that affords the user improved physical performance without all
the effort of actually working out.
This implant improves the user's ability in a variety of minor but
useful ways Including;
1) Faster climbing speeds with climbing hooks and ladders. (Athletics
now also influences this time)
2) Slightly less damage from falling from a height.
3) Faster fireman lifting and placing onto tables.
4) An easier time working out and stronger in boxing.
5) Standing up just a bit faster.
6) Throwing things just a little further.
7) Tackle performance, including offense, defense and safety if you
miss.
You can improve the implant by using a gravity anomaly core on it,
transforming it into an Atlas implant. This implant has considerably
better bonuses compared to the baselines fairly minor even if numerous
benefits. It also forces personal gravity to normal values.
As a result, the total number of gravity anomaly cores is now 6.

Has some little floating rocks around your head while active.

I attempted to add something fairly similar in the past, but didn't
quite like simply making an entirely combat related implant. Instead,
I've changed the concept towards generally improving some minor physical
world interactions. Things that you may not really think about or
notice.
I really enjoy getting just slight tweaks to the small little gameplay
activities that come up every so often, and even if this won't appeal to
most players, I know someone will see this and think to find a way to
make the most of the implant in some way that I didn't even think about.

This PR adds the ability for monkeys to wear any jumpsuit in the game,
and adds support for them to wear things like coats, gloves, and shoes
(though this cannot be obtained in-game and is solely achieved through
admins, which I also improved a bit upon by adding a defined bitfield
for no equip flags).
This reverts a lot of changes from
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/73325 - We no longer check
height from limbs and such to bring sprites down, instead monkeys now
work more similarly to humans, so the entire PR was made irrelevant, and
I didn't really want to leave around dead code for the sake of having a
human with longer legs.
I've now also added support for Dwarfism, which makes monkeys look even
smaller. Very minor change but at least now the mutation doesn't feel
like it does literally nothing to monkeys (since they can already walk
over tables).
Here's a few examples of how it can appear in game (purely for
demonstration, as it is currently intentionally made impossible to
obtain in-game, though if someone wants to change that post-this PR now
that support is added, feel free):
Tails have been broken for a while now, the only reason you see them
in-game is because they are baked into the monkey sprites. This fixes
that, which means humans can now get monkey tails implanted into them
(hell yeah) and monkeys can have their tails removed (also hell yeah)

What this specifically does is adds the option for it/its pronouns to
character creation like how we added they/them a year or two ago. This
also allows human NPCs to generate with it/its pronouns and adds support
for it to Genetics.
This was requested by a member of the community and I saw no reason to
deny their request.
I've also changed the gender selector in character creation to basically
a pronoun selector - he/him instead of male, etc. Instead of using the
doll FontAwesome icons I switched it over to using gender symbols
because I couldn't find a better icon for neuter.

Title.
I saw a comment on psyker code complaining about these species traits
(which admittedly, they suck) and heeded the call to turn all of this
crap into something defined almost entirely by the head bodypart.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Potential to simplify species code further in the future, by delegating
more visuals to bodyparts, which is where most of them should be
handled.

Put briefly, this will remove every existing golem subtype and
consolidate golems into a single species with cool new sprites.
NOT implemented from that PR is the ability to eat Telecrystals, I
couldn't come up with an appropriate visual that can stack with the
existing ones, but that should be a reasonably trivial add for a future
artist & developer.
New Golems have a food-based mechanic where their hunger decays pretty
quickly and can only be replenished by eating minerals. They start
moving slower as they get hungrier, until eventually they become
completely immobilised and need to be rescued.
Eating different kinds of minerals will visually change your sprite and
give you a special effect in a similar way to old golems, but temporary.
While transformed, you can't eat any other kind of mineral which would
transform you (but can still consume glass).

In service of these sprites working I have refactored the
`species/offset_features` feature by killing it and delegating that
responsibility to limbs instead. Rather than applying an offset to items
due to your species, it is due to your weird head or arms. This makes
overall more sense to me, but it inflates the code changes in this PR
somewhat.
It doesn't make a lot of sense to atomise unfortunately because that
code also seemed to be entirely unused until I tried to use it in this
PR, so you wouldn't be able to tell if my changes broke anything. I
might make a downstream sad by doing this.
All of the actual numbers in this PR are made up and only loosely
tested, it will need some testmerges to gather feedback about whether it
sucks or not.
Other relevant changes:
I reworked how bioscrambling works based off bodypart bodytypes, to
automatically exclude golem limbs in either direction. There's really no
way to have those work on humans or vice versa. Organs still fly though.
Internal_organs now also contains external organs, so the naming was
incorrect

Also removed some now incorrect 'as anythings' that assumed everything
in the internal_organs list was an internal_organ (which is a lie since
I put extorgans in there which means runtimes and unintentionakl
behaviour

Burdened organs now only count for the main organs only. Cyberimplants
don't count, alien organs don't count, etc. This is because someone
could get a bunch of extra organs, and then take the burdened sect and
remove them for free burden points.
Useless organs for species also do not count (stomachs given to species
that do not hunger, for instance)
Removes the error on burden points clamping on negative values. This can
happen when someone previously disabled takes burden sect.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Cheese is being used to bypass the unique gameplay goals burdened sect
provides. Will throw another pr when fikou finishes bat mutants ;)

I noticed something pretty terrible when playing around with some humans
locally.
As it turns out, limbs did not preserve their biological state when
amputated - This meant that a skeleton limb on a normal human, still
behaved as if it had a bunch of flesh and veins on it.
I didn't like that, and it seems like an oversight, so I decoupled the
biological state from the species and made it limb based.
What does this mean?
Skeleton limbs on a human will not bleed, but will still break (and be
more prone to breaking)
Human limbs on a skeleton will not bleed, however they will get cuts and
pierces that will not clot and need to be treated to go away - These
limbs will have the same requirements for dismemberment on a skeleton as
they have on a human.
## Why It's Good For The Game
This makes limbs behave according to how they look instead of causing
mild confusion.

This is supposed to be standard, yet here we are.
SHOULDN'T change anything, but there's likely something out there that's
bound to behave different because of it.
These were done manually, regex to find things that MIGHT need to be

Goliaths, Legions, Watchers, and (as of recently) Bileworms all drop
something vaguely useful when they die.
Brimdemons and Lobstrosities do not. This PR aims to fix that, so that
there's at least some vague benefit to hunting them.
In this case it takes the form of organs you get when you butcher them,
similar to the regenerative core from Legions.
As they're similar to the regenerative core, I modified the regenerative
core to extend from a new common "monster core" typepath which these two
new organs also extend.
Like the regenerative core, both of these items do something when used
and something slightly different if you go to the effort of having
someone implant them into your body. They also decay over time, and you
can use stabilising serum to prevent this from happening.

The Rush Gland from the Lobstrosity lets you do a little impression of
their charging attack, making you run very fast for a handful of seconds
and ignoring slowdown effects. Unlike a lobstrosity you aren't actually
built to do this so if you run into a mob you will fall over, and if you
are doing this on the space station running into any dense object will
also make you fall over (it shouldn't make you _too_ much of a pain for
security to catch).
The idea here is that you use this to save time running back and forth
from the mining base.
The Brimdust Sac from the Brimdemon covers you in exploding dust. The
next three times you take Brute damage some of the dust will explode,
dealing damage equal to an unupgraded PKA shot to anything near you (but
not you).
If you do this in a space station not only is the damage proportionally
lower (still matching the PKA), but it _does_ effect you and also it
sets you on fire. You can remove the buff by showering it off.
The idea here is that you use this for minor revenge damage on enemies
whose attacks you don't manage to dodge.

If you implant the Rush Gland then you can use it once every 3 minutes
without consuming it, and the buff lasts very slightly longer. It will
automatically trigger itself if your health gets low, which might be
good (helps you escape a rough situation) or bad (didn't want to use it
yet).

If you implant the Brimdust Sac then you can use it once every 3 minutes
to shake off cloud of dust which gives the buff to everyone nearby, if
you want to kit out your miner squad. The dust cloud also makes you
cough if you stand in it, and it's opaque. If you catch fire with this
organ inside you and aren't in mining atmosphere then it will explode
inside of your abdomen, which should probably be avoided, resultingly it
is very risky to use this on the space station.

It turns out organ code is really quite dumb. Wastes a lot of time.
I'm going to be doing what I can to optimize it in this branch.
To start with:
If we can ensure organs are sorted according to organ_process_order inside
internal_organs_slot
We can do away with a needless get_organ_slot call in handle_organs, and
avoid needing to iterate over 30 entries, one per possible organ slot,
instead iterating just the ones we have
This saves roughly 5% of life
* Organ Optimization Part 2: base on_life()
Organ on_life, despite not looking it, is a remarkably hot proc. Called
something close to 9 times for each human on the map, it's worth taking
care to clean it up.
As things currently stand, we do two dumb things.
The first is manually checking for organ failure each iteration.
We do this because we allow organ damage to be modified outside of the
applyOrganDamage proc, which also calls check_failing_thresholds.
There's no reason to do this, so I've gone through and removed all
instances of it
The second is calling applyOrganDamage no matter what, to "heal" the
organ. Even if it isn't damaged.
The fix for this is simple, just an if check.
This saves roughly 10% of pre changes Life() cost

Blood code is slightly more sane, but it calls get_part_bleed_rate a
lot, and does other checks that are the same so long as the bleed rate
never changes. This is reasonably expensive
So, I'm going to make it event driven, and cache the bleed rate. But to
do that, I need to be able to react to limb ownership changes, and well,
there's a few that don't use the existing setter. This commit fixes that

BTW, I have a feeling that most of the overhead of bodytemp is caused by
human body temperature being higher then room temperature. Not sure
what to do about this though

Why It's Good For The Game
I've heard people complain about batform for years now, if vampires aren't gone by next halloween we can at least enjoy making them far less griefy (ruining a lot of the fun of halloween as just a dumb grief holiday) and more roleplay oriented. I don't even know why vampires got a griefy spell when they already have their main mechanic encourage randomly attacking people and stealing their blood to stay alive

#61980 (694c2999b0) has uncovered a few issues with our dna datum code. Mainly the lack of support for ui/uf blocks of different sizes.
So, in order to fix this issues, I had to create four global lists, two for UI and UF blocks which sizes differ from DNA_BLOCK_SIZE and two more that store the points in the ui and uf strings where different dna blocks start (this way we avoid having to calculate them every getter and setter proc call).
This will add support for heterogeneous ui/uf block sizes and make 24-bit color features and identities possible.
To the maintainers of downstream codebases: Remember to add your modular code ui and uf color blocks to the identity_block_lengths and features_block_lengths global lists respectively ... Unless you have rewritten dna code on your end. If that's so, good luck.

While helping RaveRadbury debug some issues with enabling Halloween species early via the brute force method of enabling them in the config rather than the gentleman's solution of testmerging a PR that changes the Halloween date, we discovered something dreadful.
Cloth golems cannot be enabled! Infact, any species with a space in the ID cannot be enabled.
It uses the splitter despite VALUE_MODE_FLAG being set. So a key entry like ROUNDSTART_RACES cloth golem would get parsed as cloth = golem, then entered into the config as cloth = TRUE
NEW AND IMPROVED PART HERE
I've re-written how keyed_list config entries are parsed, splitting it into a number of procs to do some discrete block of logic.
Based on feedback from MSO, he expected that VALUE_MODE_FLAG keyed_list entries could have elements overridden. However, this functionality was not present in the code.
I have implemented it. We now support 3 methods of setting VALUE_MODE_FLAGS.
Implicitly enable the config entry: CONFIG_ENTRY config_key_goes_here
Explicitly enable the config entry: CONFIG_ENTRY config_key_goes_here 1
Explicitly disable the config entry: CONFIG_ENTRY config_key_goes_here 0
There have been functionality changes too. Previously, everything before the first splitter was the key and everything after was the value. However, in ambiguous config entries (Such as ROUNDSTART_RACES cloth golem 0) it would be unclear if the intent was (cloth, golem 0) or (cloth golem, 0) or indeed if the intent was (cloth golem 0, 1).
As a result, there is now the following paradigm in place: Everything after the LAST splitter is the value, everything before is the key and a log_config warning is now given explaining the problem and showing how it was resolved.

This warning will trigger if multiple splitters are present for any keyed_list config entry, and will trigger on implicit VALUE_MODE_FLAGS entries that have splitters. The example above is it triggering on ROUNDSTART_RACES cloth golem - It has detected that there is potential ambiguity between (cloth, golem) or (cloth golem, 1), has picked a sensible option for the data type and has warned about it.
The intent is that no config entry should be ambiguous. It should be clear what is key and what is value when dealing with keyed_list config entries.
There's probably more work to do on other config entries to bring them up to this standard, but this is the thing I'm hitting in this PR.
Similarly, I have improved the validation aspect of keyed_list config entries with additional logging in general.

I have added a unit test to make sure species IDs do not contain splitters from the two keyed_list subtypes relating to species.
I have added sanity checking to the race config subtypes since we have a big dick global list of all races sorted by ID, so a race not existing will fail validation and output a meaningful config log entry.
I have removed /datum/config_entry/keyed_list/probability from the code as it is unused with the removal of all game modes except Dynamic.
The config change necessitated the renaming of all golem species IDs. Doing so and renaming the clothgolem.ts file to match has fixed the broken cloth golem page too.
About The Pull Request
Rewrites the entire preferences menu in tgui. Rewrites the entire backend to be built upon datumized preferences, rather than constant additions to the preferences base datum.
Splits game preferences into its own window.
Antagonists are now split into their individual rulesets. You can now be a roundstart heretic without signing up for latejoin heretic, as an example.
This iteration matches parity, and provides very little new functionality, but adding anything new will be much easier.
