## About The Pull Request
Previous attempt - https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/87227
`/atom/proc/singularity_pull(obj/singularity/singularity, current_size)`
has first arg typed, but other procs were just referencing it as a
un-typed variable.
Since args are not standartized AND
`atom/proc/singularity_pull(obj/singularity/singularity, current_size)`
is out-dated, since it can be called by things that has
`/datum/component/singularity` - not just by
`obj/singularity/singularity` - This PR just adds args to every
`proc/singularity_pull()` as follows:
`proc/singularity_pull(atom/singularity, current_size)`

## About The Pull Request
This machine was added 5 years ago to be used for events like the
toolbox tournament, but it has since been deprecated and unused (toolbox
tournament has made their own version of the console that works much
better and uses TGUI), making this machine not worth touching.
After some discussions in discord, we said the better option would be to
remove this machine and leave the toolbox tournament branch keep using
their machine, rather than to port the toolbox version to TG where it
will continue to not be used in-game.
fun fact: This used to have a feature where it gave antag hud icons to
the members of each team, it was removed when antag huds got refactored
3 years ago, hence why I'm removing an antag hud icon.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Already explained, this machine has no purpose as it is now, and a new
tgui UI won't save it.
## Changelog
Nothing player-facing.
This adds a tracker for sources of invisibility and a priority system. I
needed this for another thing so I'm doing this first since it touches a
lot of code. As for the bugs fixed in the changelog, it's only what I
noticed while going through everything and there's likely a few more
things fixed with this. This should be testmerged for a while, I'll
bring this out of draft when it feels safe.
🆑
admin: Invisimin can now be used on mobs that are already invisible,
whether through temporary or permanent effects.
fix: Monkeyize/Humanize mob transformations no longer permanently reveal
invisible mobs if they had effects making them invisible otherwise.
fix: Objects with the undertile element that have been made invisible
through other means are no longer revealed by being uncovered.

## About The Pull Request
- In PR https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/76356 missed a few
bits of maptext around, such as shuttle signs and the supermatter. Small
text adjustments/fixes here.
- Large amount of feedback about the context tooltips. Increases size,
lightens default color as to not be too imposing.
🆑 LT3
qol: Context tooltip size increased
fix: Fixed remnants of old maptext code on various things

Rescaling because i saw someone think that the number on the supermatter
UI are actually the percent damage over time, which is wrong.
Added delta symbol to damage and energy since they actually denote
change, not the actual value.
Chose the numbers that look good instead of doing a 1:1 rescale of the
old one (i.e. im dividing or multiplying things by 10 instead of 9). In
practice this means I'm lowering the damage cap but increasing damage
over the board for atmos (since it's mostly divisors). Lowered the
damage overall for external stuffs.
A bit of modification on the filter helpers to suit my needs. Added
documentation because I'm awesome.
Makes the code compatible with 515.1594+
Few simple changes and one very painful one.
Let's start with the easy:
* puts call behind `LIBCALL` define, so call_ext is properly used in 515
* Adds `NAMEOF_STATIC(_,X)` macro for nameof in static definitions since
src is now invalid there.
* Fixes tgui and devserver. From 515 onward the tmp3333{procid} cache
directory is not appened to base path in browser controls so we don't
check for it in base js and put the dev server dummy window file in
actual directory not the byond root.
* Renames the few things that had /final/ in typepath to ultimate since
final is a new keyword
And the very painful change:
`.proc/whatever` format is no longer valid, so we're replacing it with
new nameof() function. All this wrapped in three new macros.
`PROC_REF(X)`,`TYPE_PROC_REF(TYPE,X)`,`GLOBAL_PROC_REF(X)`. Global is
not actually necessary but if we get nameof that does not allow globals
it would be nice validation.
This is pretty unwieldy but there's no real alternative.
If you notice anything weird in the commits let me know because majority
was done with regex replace.
@tgstation/commit-access Since the .proc/stuff is pretty big change.

## About The Pull Request
stop forgetting to include mapload, if you don't include it then every single subtype past it by default doesn't include it
for example, `obj/item` didn't include mapload so every single item by default didn't fill in mapload

## Regex used:
procs without args, not even regex
`/Initialize()`
procs with args
`\/Initialize\((?!mapload)((.)*\w)?`
cleanup of things i didn't want to mapload:
`\/datum\/(.)*\/Initialize\(mapload`
Having things updating integrity directly is just going to cause more problems down the line as more elements and components depend on being notified of integrity changes. It's an easy mistake to make so making it private should deal with the problem.
get_integrity() might be useful in the future but is mainly a side effect of making obj_integrity private as that also disallows reads.
## About The Pull Request
Changes up some layer and plane defines for no particular reason lol
## Why It's Good For The Game
Planes actually override layers, and layers control ordering within planes. A lot of the usage of plane and layer was wholly unnecessary. This refactor helps future maintainability while also being needed staging for _future features._
Adds a MAPTEXT macro that wraps the given text in the maptext class, the thing we use for Runechat to make it so you can actually read it. Everything that sets maptext now uses this.
/obj/effect/ex_act had several different re-definitions to make it a noop. The original definition would randomly delete it, which is bad news when a lot of /obj/effects are just that--effects, that shouldn't be blown up.
The ones that actually do want to be blown up (like decals) already have their own implementations. The one in place was never ran, and nobody had problems with it.
Venus human traps now have a new sprite, new sprite for their bud, new sprite for their vines, their bud has icons according to how grown it is, they get sounds for hitting, getting hit, and dying.
oh yeah and I renamed the path flower_bud_enemy >flower_bud

add: Anomalies now have observer-visible countdowns to their detonation.
