FalloutFalcon d2f34e33be moves abstract_type up to datum, spawners wont spawn them (#92909)
## About The Pull Request
moves all implementations (im aware of) for "Im a parent type dont spawn
me please" to the datum layer to standardized behavior
adds a standerized proc for filtering out "bad" items that we dont want
spawning. applies to it the subtype vendor, gifts, and a new spawner and
mystery box for a random gun (neither playerfacing)

small warning: I dont have EVERY abstract type defined right now but,
ive done a good enough job for now. Im tired of data entry rn
## Why It's Good For The Game
standardizing behavior. Might be a micro hit to performance however

having this lets us not rely on icon state to determine whether
something is a parent type and makes it much easier to tell something is
a parent type (could be applied further to things like admin spawning
menus and things like that).

need feedback on if this is actually good for the game.

add: Soda cans show up in the silver slime drink table.
add: Examine tag for items that are not mean to show up ingame.
refactor: Standardizes how gifts rule out abstract types.

Thunder12345 d97c57b263 The Glitterening (#92226)
## About The Pull Request

Adds a number of new capabilities to glitter.

- It can be any colour.
<img width="657" height="398" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/60e80c04-8eee-470c-8953-47f6eda9f83e"
/>

- It can be made in chemistry and dyed by combining it with acetone and
other reagents to give it the average colour of the non-glitter,
not-acetone reagents.
- Multiple colours can be mixed into one reagent datum, randomly
depositing a colour from those in the datum on the floor.
<img width="554" height="507" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9cc7d1d5-9bec-4b28-af06-310ffb24de49"
/>

- Anyone with glitter reagent in them will cough glitter onto the floor
- Glittery crates will leave a trail of appropriately coloured glitter
when moved
<img width="960" height="259" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/71cc1176-23f9-4ae7-b500-1744b752c014"
/>

Resprited glitter to support these changes and make it not look like gas
(or ass).

## Why It's Good For The Game

It looks cool and raises the bar for chemists maximally pissing off the
janitor as they fill a room with multicoloured glitter and all the
occupants run off to cough more up all over the surrounding area.

## Changelog

add: Glitter can now be made from plastic polymers and aluminium.
add: Plastic polymer can be made at any temperature, and then heated to
produce sheets.
add: Glitter can now be made any colour, mix 10 units each of glitter
and acetone to change its colour to that of the other reagents in the
beaker.
add: Mixing different colours of glitter will cause a random selection
of those colours to appear on the floor when released.
add: Being exposed to glitter in reagent form causes you to cough up
more glitter onto the floor
add: Dragging glittery crates will now spread a trail of glitter and
angry janitors behind them.

SmArtKar 56b750c552 [NO GBP] Fixes cleanable decal merging not working and flypeople not being able to drink vomit (#91640)
## About The Pull Request

Flypeople vomit drinking didn't lazy init the reagents which caused it
to runtime, and reagent init did not return anything on successful init
which means that init code would be required to be ran twice to work -
but as this was overriden by blood, it wasn't spotted in testing (or by
anyone so far, most likely)
Also fixed wrong typepaths for trail proc overrides which caused all
blood to have trails' description

Bloop 2bae025bfe Audits wash/cleaning signals + refactors wash() to ensure no needless mob updates occur (#91259)
## About The Pull Request

This has the potential to create a lot of needless mob updates which is
not great. Now should only update a mob's clothing if it was actually
washed.

This PR

1) ensures that all wash() procs return a bitflag.
2) ensures that `wash()` proccalls which result in expensive operations
like icon updates only do so when it is necessary

## Why It's Good For The Game

Updating mob sprites is expensive, and doing it when nothing has been
changed is bad.

SmArtKar b4061f1800 [MDB IGNORE] Blood Refactor Chapter 2: Collector's Edition (#91054)
## About The Pull Request

Refactors most of blood handling code untouched by #90593 and completely
rewrites all blood decals, components and reagents.

- Blood types now have behavioral flags which allow them to control
where they leave decals/DNA/viruses. Oil no longer transfers DNA and
viruses with it, while podpeople water-blood doesn't leave visible
decals on turfs and items, but still can be picked up by DNA scanners.
- Multiple blood types have received unique handling - liquid
electricity blood now glows in the dark, oil trails are flammable and
lube ones are slippery. Oil blood can be restored with fuel, lube with
silicon and slime with stable plasma (as normal plasma already passively
regenerates their blood), instead of everything using iron. Saline
solution only supplements on iron-based blood and won't do anything to
help with bloodloss for species who rely on different blood types.
(Roundstart this applies only to Ethereals)
- All blood logic has been moved away from the blood reagent itself into
a blood element that is assigned to the blood reagent by default, and to
any reagent that's drawn from a mob as their "blood" (in
``transfer_blood_to``). This means that blood you draw from lizards will
be green and have lizard's blood description instead of mentioning red
blood cells, Ethereal "blood" will actually contain their DNA and genes,
etc.
- Refactored all blood decals. Blood states are no more, everything is
now handled via blood DNA. Credits to MrMelbert and Maplestation, as a
significant amount of code has been taken from
https://github.com/MrMelbert/MapleStationCode/pull/436 and many of his
followup PRs. Oil and xenomorph splatters are now subtypes of blood,
blood drying is now animated, blood trails now curve and can be
diagonal.
- Rewrote bloodysoles and bloody_spreader components, credits to Melbert
again for the former, while latter now makes more sense with its
interactions. Bloody soles no longer share blood DNA with your hands.
- Ported Melbert's bloody footprint sprites and bot-blood-spreading
functionality.
- Removed all species-side reagent interactions, instead they're handled
by said species' livers. (This previously included exotic blood
handling, thus the removal)
- Slightly optimized human rendering by removing inbetween overlay
holders for clothing when they're not needed.
- Blood-transmitted diseases will now get added to many more decals than
before.
- Cleaned up and partially refactored replica pods, fixed an issue where
monkeys/manipulators were unable to harvest mindless pods.
- Exotic bloodtype on species now automatically assigns their blood
reagent, without the need to assign them separately.
- Clown mobs now bleed (with colorful reagent instead of blood during
april fools), and so do vatbeasts (lizard blood)
- Implemented generic procs for handling bleeding checks, all sorts of
scanners now also correctly call your blood for what it is.
- Podpeople's guts are now lime-green like their organs, instead of
being weirdly greyish like their water-blood. (Their bleeding overlays
are still grey, as they're bleeding water)
- Slimepeople now can bleed. Their jelly is pale purple in color, but
their wound overlays copy their body color.
- Injecting/spraying/splashing/etc mob with a reagent preserves its
data, so you could theoretically recycle fine wines from someone's
bloodstream
- Fixed burdened chaplain's sect never actually giving a blessing when
applying effects, and giving a blessing when nothing can be healed.
Inverted check strikes again.

- Closes #91039

#### Examples

A lot of blood here has dried, visually the blood colors are almost
exactly the same as before either of the blood refactors.

MrMelbert 5261efb67f Re-refactors batons / Refactors attack chain force modifiers (#90809)
## About The Pull Request

Melee attack chain now has a list passed along with it,
`attack_modifiers`, which you can stick force modifiers to change the
resulting attack

This is basically a soft implementation of damage packets until a more
definitive pr, but one that only applies to item attack chain, and not
unarmed attacks.

This change was done to facilitate a baton refactor - batons no longer
hack together their own attack chain, and are now integrated straight
into the real attack chain. This refactor itself was done because batons
don't send any attack signals, which has been annoying in the past (for
swing combat).

## Changelog

MrMelbert 685ca9db69 [MDB Ignore] Damp Rag can now get dirty / Repaths damp rag (it's no longer a cup) (#90700)
## About The Pull Request

- Damp rag is now no longer god's perfect cleaning tool. After blood,
the damp rag will collect it, and after cleaning a lot of blood, you can
no longer clean with the rag until you wash it in a sink (or with
cleaner or however you want)
- This means the rag will collect DNA in it as you clean, which gives
detectives an opportunity to investigate.
- It also means the DNA it collects will occasionally spread onto you,
meaning you will have to clean your gloves or hands.
- Cleaning vomit and such is (currently) unaffected (and does not dirty
the rag).
- Diseases are not currently transferred to the rag (but this would be
fun to add)

- Gauze now gets dirty when using it to wrap bleeding wounds. This is
just visual, though blood DNA gets transferred. It can be washed in a
sink.

- Removed gauze on sink / cloth on sink interaction.
   - Can't really wash gauze with it, plus it's redundant.

- Damp rag is no longer a cup.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Damp rag is just "soap without any downsides", which is kinda lame.
I thought about going a step further and making it require you wet it
first but then it just becomes "mop but small" which is also lame.

Instead, you're required to clean it, which gives janitors / crewmembers
an alternate cleaning method:
- Soap: Small, finite, limited. Can't be replenished.
- Cleaner: Small, finite, even more limited, ranged. Can be refilled
with chemistry's help.
- Mop: Large, infinite, limited. Needs a water bucket.
- Damp Rag: Small, infinite, limited. Need to clean it after a few goes.

Bloop 3d01e86e29 There will be (colorful) blood: datumizes bloodtypes, greyscales blood sprites, and fixes a lot of inconsistencies with gibs and forensic data (#90593)
## About The Pull Request

This PR:

- Converts all of the blood types into their own datums, which can be
set up to have their own colors, descriptions, and other fun unique
properties. For example, the clown blood that is constantly randomizing
itself.

- Converts all the blood decals into greyscale, which in turn eliminates
the need for separate xeno sprites. They both use the same ones now.

- Audit of blood splatters/gibs/bodyparts/organs to make sure that they
are getting the correct forensic data applied to them.

- For the admins: Adds a clown blood smite.

My primary goal with was to make the appearance of the new sprites look
almost indistinguishable to the original ones.

I consider this a "first pass", as in there are still some further
refactors I would like to do on the backend side, but am satisfied with
it enough to push it forward as a first step towards a better blood
system! I didn't want to do too much at once because of A) fatigue and
B) easier to test things to make sure I'm not breaking something
important this way.

This has been test-merged on Nova for over a week now and has been going
great, so I finally got around to upstreaming the bones to TG. Although
I did test it a bit you may want to TM it just in case I missed some
things when copying it over.

Ghom 339616ae78 You can now interact with held mobs beside wearing them (feat: "minor" melee attack chain cleanup) (#90080)
## About The Pull Request
People can now pet held mothroaches and pugs if they want to, or use
items on them, hopefully without causing many issues. After all, it only
took about a couple dozen lines of code to make...

...Oh, did the 527 files changed or the 850~ lines added/removed perhaps
catch your eye? Made you wonder if I accidentally pushed the wrong
branch? or skewed something up big time? Well, nuh uh. I just happen to
be fed up with the melee attack chain still using stringized params
instead of an array/list. It was frankly revolting to see how I'd have
had to otherwise call `list2params` for what I'm trying to accomplish
here, and make this PR another tessera to the immense stupidity of our
attack chain procs calling `params2list` over and over and over instead
of just using that one call instance from `ClickOn` as an argument. It's
2025, honey, wake up!

I also tried to replace some of those single letter vars/args but there
are just way too many of them.

## Why It's Good For The Game

This better allows us to pick and choose what objects we want to clean

LemonInTheDark e90a9b4b68 Flattens The Floor Plane (Camera Update Too) (#84350)
## About The Pull Request

Ok so like, side map right? It makes things higher up in the world
render above things lower down in the world.

Most of the time this is what we want, but it is NOT what we want for
floors.
Floors are allowed to be larger then 32x32, and if they are we want them
to render based off JUST their layer.
If we don't allow this grass turfs and others get cut off on their
bottom edge, which looks WEIRD.

In order to make this happen, we can add TOPDOWN_LAYER to every layer on
the floor plane and disable sidemap.

I've added documentation for this to VISUALS.md, and have also
implemented unit test errors to prevent mixing TOPDOWN layers with non
topdown planes (or vis versa).
This new test adds ~1 second to tests, which is I think a perfectly
scrumpulent number.

EDIT:

I nerd sniped myself and implemented sidemap layering and lighting for
cameras (also larger then 32x32 icon support for getflat)
The lighting isn't perfect, we don't handle things displaying in the
void all that well (I am convinced getflat blending is broken but I have
no debugger so I can't fix it properly), but it'll do.

This came up cause I had to fix another layering issue in cameras and
thought I might as well go all in.

LemonInTheDark 74892ae7ec Optimization pass focused on foam code (saves about 30% of cpu usage I think) (#76104)
## About The Pull Request

Foam is crummy at high load rn, both because it runs on a low priority
background subsystem, and because it wastes a bit of time.
Let's reduce usage (while speeding up a bunch of other stuff too), and
give it more cpu generally.

[Optimizes reagent processing
somewhat](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/commit/d409bd4afc3c208cd6f00ff406e1e9f78d5ac5ad)

Turns out most of the cost of foam is the reagents it carries, and the
varying effects they have
I'm doing my best here to optimize them without touching "user space"
too much

That means doing things like prechecking if we're gonna spawn on top of
an existing decal (from glitter, flour, etc), and using that same proc
to also avoid spawning on unacceptable turfs (I had to convert
inheritance to a bitflag system to make this work, but I think that's ok
since we want it imparative anyhow)

It's actually nice for code quality too, since it lets me clean up code
that was using raw locates and weird var pong.
god I wish I had implied types man

[Optimizes foam spreading in its most accursed aspect, reagent
copying](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/commit/5cc56a64ad1a22ba7467cb0446b9558560259437)

Holy shit reagent code is a lot.

I'm doing a bunch of small things here. istype in init -> typecache,
removing procs that are called once and loop over a list we JUST looped
over (ph and the caching for reactions in particular)

I am mainly trying to optimize copy_to here, since that's what foam
spams
As a part of this, I removed a pair of update_total and handle_reactions
calls that were done on the reagents we are copying FROM

I have no god damn idea why you would want to do that, but if anything
is relying on the copy proc modifying the source, then that code
deserves to break

Speaking of, I cleaned up handle_reaction's main filter loop a lot,
removed a lot of redundant vars and changed it from a full loop w
tracker vars to an early exit pattern

This meant using a loop label, which is unfortunate, but this is the
fastest method, and it does end up cleaning up the code significantly,
Which is nice

Oh also I made the required_other var function even if there is no atom
attached to the reaction, since I don't see why it wouldn't

This last bit is gonna get a bit esoteric so bear with me

Failing calls (which are most of them) to handle_reactions are going to
be fastest if they need to check as few reactions as possible

One reagent in a reaction's required list is marked as the "primary",
and thus gets to trigger checking it.
We need all the reagents to react anyhow, so we might as well only check
if we have one particular one to avoid double checking

Anyhow, in order to make most calls the fastest, we want these reactions
distributed as evenly as possible across all our reagents.
The current way of doing this is just taking the first reagent in the
requirements list and using it, which is not ideal

Instead of that, lets figure out how many reactions each reagent is in,
then divy reactions up based off that and the currently divvied
reactions

This doubles the reagent index count, and takes the most common reagent,
water, from 67 reactions to I think like 22

Does some other general cleaning in reagent code too, etc etc etc

[Fixes runtimes from the forced gravity element being applied more then
once](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/commit/941d0676114fd455a585f2c65ffc79b81e8438b7)

I feel like this element should take a trait source or something to make
them potentially unique, it's too easy to accidentally override one with
another

[Removes connect_loc usage in atmos_sensitive, replaces it with direct
reg/unreg](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/commit/de1c76029d5c49dff152f0ea168b9e6c4a4a04aa)

I only really used it because I liked the componentization, but it costs
like 0.2 seconds off init alone which is really stupid, so let's just do
this the very slightly harder way

[Micros foam code slightly by inlining a LinkBlockedWithAccess
call](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/commit/744da3694cd4a85b3bdf44d754de57d7570bdd1c)

This is in the space of like 0.05 seconds kinda save so I can put it
back if you'd like, the double loop just felt silly

[Changes how foam processes
slightly](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/commit/ee5e633e3256fe7df229af71d78424d502459c16)

Rather then treating spreading and processing as separate actions, we do
both in sync.
This makes foam fade faster when spreading, which is good cause the
whole spread but unclearing foam thing looks silly.
It also avoids the potential bad ending of foam spreading into itself,
backwards and forwards. This is better I promise.

[Bumps fluid priority closer to heavy eaters, moves it off
background](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/commit/811797f09db7b060f75f15ad06d0ce8982375f47)

Also fixes a bug where foam would travel under public access airlocks.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Saves a lot of cpu just in general, from both init and live.
In theory makes foam faster, tho I'd have to test that on live at
highpop to see if I've actually succeeded or not. Guess we'll see.

- It has a layer higher than it should be which leads to things that are
normally above the floor layer, render below it. Such as atmos
machinery, cleanable overlays, etc.

This PR makes the render on a proper layer and work like a partially
destroyed floor tile that can be reclaimed with crowbar.

Also, the cleanables are now on FLOOR_CLEAN_LAYER to make dirt appear
above catwalks and these new tiles.

And the flat dirt now has 4 variants of sprites, while dust uses the old
dirt sprite. It seems like dust was just dirt with different description
before.

## Why It's Good For The Game

A broken tiling with no visual bugs and proper floor-like logic.

## Changelog

🆑 MTandi, Borbop
fix: Dust now has dust icon, instead of dirt icon. Dust on all maps
replaced with dirt
image: Flat dirt now picks from 4 new sprites
refactor: Made broken tiling work more like tiling and have
corresponding visuals. Added directional mapping variants.
fix: Cleanables now use FLOOR_CLEAN_LAYER to make sure that trash is
visible above catwalks

AnturK 4d6a8bc537 515 Compatibility (#71161)
Makes the code compatible with 515.1594+

Few simple changes and one very painful one.
Let's start with the easy:
* puts call behind `LIBCALL` define, so call_ext is properly used in 515
* Adds `NAMEOF_STATIC(_,X)` macro for nameof in static definitions since
src is now invalid there.
* Fixes tgui and devserver. From 515 onward the tmp3333{procid} cache
directory is not appened to base path in browser controls so we don't
check for it in base js and put the dev server dummy window file in
actual directory not the byond root.
* Renames the few things that had /final/ in typepath to ultimate since
final is a new keyword

And the very painful change:
`.proc/whatever` format is no longer valid, so we're replacing it with
new nameof() function. All this wrapped in three new macros.
`PROC_REF(X)`,`TYPE_PROC_REF(TYPE,X)`,`GLOBAL_PROC_REF(X)`. Global is
not actually necessary but if we get nameof that does not allow globals
it would be nice validation.
This is pretty unwieldy but there's no real alternative.
If you notice anything weird in the commits let me know because majority
was done with regex replace.

@tgstation/commit-access Since the .proc/stuff is pretty big change.

John Willard 4a274a6e4b [MDB IGNORE] Refactors drinks and fixes a lot of food problems (#69081)
* Makes condiments their own subtype, fixes geese, prepares for merging

* Fixes geese checking drink type instead of edible foodtype to eat gross food.
* Renames foodtype var on drinks to drink_types to prevent above from happening again because it KEEPS HAPPENING. DRINKS AREN'T FOOD!
* Makes Condiments their own subtype of reagent_containers because they don't make any use of being a subtype of food, at all.
* Starts moving things from food to /food/drink subtype in preparation for merging /food/drink with /drink

* fully removes Food subtype

* /reagent_containers/drinks are now /reagent_containers/cup - This is so it's no longer confused with eachother.
* /food/drinks is now /reagent_containers/cup/drinks, so we can keep their special abilities.
* Fixes a LOT of errors with food, which are STILL checking the reagent_containers, despite ACTUAL food being refactored away from it a long time ago.

This doesn't compile yet, but I do want to make sure my progress is well tracked.

* remove copypaste code, changes soda cans

* Removes most copy paste code between the two drinks, moving most stuff to parent whenever needed.
* Made soda cans their own subtype since they didn't share anything with glass bottles anyways.
* Fixes more problems with food/drinks, especially with geese. Geese really were just broken this whole time and no one said a word...
* Removes a snowflake signal, now that both drink types share a common one.
* Adds everything to the .dme

Currently my goal is to get this all compiling, then remove isGlass var by making glass be all glass ones only.

* Moves all icons into a single drinks dmi

I'm not that great at icon stuff, hopefully I didn't forget/break anything.

* Turns juices into their own subtype

This allows us to let them check for type in molotov, to both get rid of a use of isGlass, and so non-glass non-cartons don't show up as 'carton'.

* fixes compile issues, adds updatepaths

* a better updatepaths

* updates the damn maps now

* properly names the updatepath

* how did that get there

* i suck at handling merge conflicts

* how am i this bad

* code improvement and soda fix

* more fixes

* Don't be a timer

Ports from old food bottles to trans the reagents, rather than add a timer to.

* Merge conflicts and fixes bottle smashing

* Bottle smashing is now consistently functional regardless of how much liquid they have in them, when before it would spill first, then smash on the second hit.

* runs updatepaths again

Wallem 8d7492cafa Decomposition now has mold first, then ants, instead of both. (#65409)
Someone made a suggestion to me that fixed a problem I've been trying to work around, and now that I've made it so people can set custom decompose times, that made this WAY EASIER.

When most foods decay, they will turn into the generic moldy food sprite you've become accustomed to, without the ants. After 30 seconds, that moldy food will get consumed by ants, leaving only the anthill.

Ants also no longer spawn on lavaland's basalt, by Fikou request.

LemonInTheDark 6fcbce39cd Makes turfs persist their signals, uses this to optimize connect_loc (#59608)
* Makes turfs persist signals

* Splits connect_loc up into two elements, one for stuff that wishes to connect on behalf of something, and one for stuff that just wants to connect normally. Connecting on behalf of someone has a significant amount of overhead, so let's do this to keep things clear

* Converts all uses of connect_loc over to the new patterns

* Adds some comments, actually makes turfs persist signals

* There's no need to detach connect loc anymore, since all it does is unregister signals. Unregisters a signal from formorly decal'd turfs, and makes the changeturf signal persistance stuff actually work

* bro fuck documentation

* Changes from a var to a proc, prevents admemems and idiots

Watermelon914 375a20e49b Refactors most spans into span procs (#59645)
Converts most spans into span procs. Mostly used regex for this and sorted out any compile time errors afterwards so there could be some bugs.
Was initially going to do defines, but ninja said to make it into a proc, and if there's any overhead, they can easily be changed to defines.

Makes it easier to control the formatting and prevents typos when creating spans as it'll runtime if you misspell instead of silently failing.
Reduces the code you need to write when writing spans, as you don't need to close the span as that's automatically handled by the proc.

(Note from Lemon: This should be converted to defines once we update the minimum version to 514. Didn't do it now because byond pain and such)

TemporalOroboros 9f598a9662 Makes the explosive compressor and blastcannon actually use the TTVs they're given + the explosion changes to support that. (#58015)
* Adds explosion SFX to the blastcannon and explosive compressor

- Extracts the explosion SFX and screenshake proc from the SSexplosions explosion handling proc and lets the explosive compressor and blastcannon use it.

* Miscellaneous changes

- Adds defines for the internal explosion arglist keys
- Reverses the values of the explosion severity defines
- Changes almost everything that uses `/proc/explosion` to use named arguments

- Removes a whole bunch of argname = 0 in explosion calls.

* Removes named callback arguments.

* Changes the explosion signals to just use the arguments list

Adds a simple framework to let objects respond to explosions occurring inside of them.

Changes a whole bunch of explosions to use the object being exploded as the origin of the explosion rather than the turf the object is on.

Makes the explosive compressor and blastcannon actually use the TTVs they are given.

Adds support for things responding to internal explosions.
Less snowflake code for the explosive compressor and blastcannon calculating bomb range.*
Less confusing explosion severity defines.
Less opaque explosion arguments

*does not guarantee that the solution to letting them actually use the TTV is any less snowflake.

Kush1Push1 8384a25ad1 Making blood less frustrating (#57085)
Two changes.

1. If a splatter of blood isn't bloody enough, the character will not get bloody shoes.

2. Characters with light steps trait won't get bloody clothes if they step on a bloody tile without shoes.

3. added: Blood dries over time. Usually, 3 or 6 minutes. If a splatter is big enough, it can stay wet up to 15 minutes.

Why It's Good For The Game

The entire crew won't have bloody shoes anymore.
Less time wasted looking for showers or sinks to wash their shoes after stepping on a near invisible blood decal.
Characters without shoes (or who don't want to get their clothes bloody after taking them off) will get more use from a near useless trait.
Changelog

cl
qol: Blood splatters only make your shoes or feet bloody if the tile is bloody enough,

Donkie 9c3846885f Bloody feet update (#53109)
Componentized the bloody feet feature.

* Hardsuits and other feet-covering clothing can now get bloody feet as well and spread gunk around.
* Bare feet can now get bloody as well and spread gunk around.
* Shoes/feet won't get bloody if something is covering them.
* Improved blood spreading behaviour. Previously, magic numbers were used in the blood pick up and drop off process. Now, when you step in blood, you and the floor share the blood volume. When you step on a non-bloody tile, you give away half of your shoe blood to the tile, and so on. This means the total blood volume always stays constant when moving around. * Blood doesn't appear out of thin air, nor get flushed to bluespace.
* Lowered footprint minimum opacity. Because it looks better, imo.
* Improved footprint exit/enter dirs.
* Improved footprint examine.
* Removed code for cult magic where a spell can suck up blood on your shoes. I'm pretty sure this code didn't work anyway. Implementing that for this new system would require a new signal and I just don't think it's worth it.

How can this game make you spend 20 hours on fucking spaceman footprints

Hardsuits will become "fully bloody" by just stepping in blood. This is a limitation of the current forensics system, as that is what is used to determine if an item is bloody or not. I'm aware of this but I don't think it fits to fix that in this PR.

cl
add: Footprints and bloody shoes major update. Hardsuits and bare feet can now get bloody as well. Improved blood spreading behaviour.
fix: Shoes will no longer get bloody while wearing something that covers them.

Daniel Hultgren 0741b1977f Cleanable cleanup (#52477)
* Don't initialize the atom_colours list on atoms until it's actually needed

* Moved bloody_hands var to mob/living/carbon/human instead

* Added COMSIG_COMPONENT_CLEAN_RADIATION signal to reduce moms spaghetti

The shower and suit storage unit now calls this signal instead of either doing it manually or doing it via the washed proc

* Cleaned up carbon washing, renamed washed to wash

* The wash proc now doesn't take the washer as first arg because that wasn't used anywhere
* The wash strength is no longer optional
* Carbons now overrides the wash proc instead of using the signal
* Properly check for obscuredness before washing any equipped items
* Properly wash all items and bloody hands etc
* Added clean_lips proc for humans for cleaning any lipstick

* Cleaned up washing. Washy stuff now calls wash instead of calling the clean signal directly

* Renamed is_cleanable to ismopable, gives this category a more fitting purpose. Many things beyond floor decals are cleanable. It is now also determined using the atom layer instead to make it more generic.
* Properly utilize the is_cleanable define
* Added wash override for turfs where they also wash any mopables on the same tile
* Space cleaner and cleaning element etc now simply washes the mob instead of doing its own manual cleaning on ~some~ equipped items

* Non-component washables now simply override wash instead of registering for the clean signal

* Fixed some left over clean signal registers not returning true

* Added clean_strength var to space cleaner

* Moved human wash proc next to the other washing procs

* Also wash glasses and mask if not obscured when washing face

* Fixed attempting to "scoop up" cleanable decals using a rag

* Fixed plasmaman spacehelm icon not updating when washed

Also removed a duplicated worn_overlays proc

* Fixed head icon not updating when washing lipstick

* Moved radioactive clean signal register to where it should be

* Added atom radiate VV verb for debugging

* Redesigned the CLEAN constants into a more sensible flags setup

This makes it more dynamic, cleaning apparatuses can clean more specific than just a cleaning strength.

* CLEAN_TYPE_* flags indicate a specific cleanable, such as blood, fingerprints or disease
* CLEAN_* consts consist of a combination of cleaning types to make cleaning apparatuses have a consistent behaviour on what they clean

* Fixed broken rad removal logic in showers

* Apply suggestions from code review

Emmett Gaines 9e34b3d6a1 Supports named arguments in AddComponent and AddElement (#49098)
AddComponent/AddElement now support named arguments. This requires passing around an argument list instead of using actual proc args which a bit gross but we can blame byond for forcing this.

InheritComponent uses mirrored init arguments instead of an argument list which means no more accessing it via index to get to the same arguments as in init.

As a small bonus I restructured dcs defines to be a bit more manageable. Mainly just splits them into separate files and gives them their own folder.

balance: Trash bag fits in exosuit slot of janitor biosuit
balance: All soaps are faster

balance: Mops are considerably faster
balance: Basic mop holds twice the reagents
balance: Janitorial cart now refills mops completely with one click
balance: Basic and advanced mops are more robust (8 force and 12 force)
balance: Galoshes no longer leave bloody footprints
balance: Chameleon noslips no longer leave bloody footprints
fix: Bulb boxes can be used on light replacers refill them in bulk
balance: Light replacer can be used in-hand to change all bulbs on a tile
add: Custodial barrier projector which creates solid wet floor signs that force people to walk to pass (available through service protolathe)

Janitor's been an exercise in futility for years, and the job is made redundant by janitor cyborgs who can't even keep up with the mess themselves. Spreading blood is instant, but takes a lot longer to clean. The goal here is to make it easier to keep up with the mess and make the controls less finicky while avoiding affecting combat too much (the mop and spray bottle are is a good weapons after all).
