## About The Pull Request
Adds a new chaplain sect, the sect of the Dream God
This sect gains favor from dreaming and blessing dreamers.
Their blessing only works on sleeping mobs - hitting a sleeping mob with
your bible will cause it to start dreaming, and if it's already
dreaming, grant favor. Either way, the mob is healed.
For 0 favor, you can **Banish Nightmare** - offering a Nightmare's
corpse rewards favor for banishing bad dreams. If the Nightmare has a
heart, you are rewarded with a special **Sacred Heart** which heals you
while dreaming and sleeping. You can also offer a Nightmare's heart on
its own without the body attached.
For 0 favor, you can **Deaconize Dreamers** - you can deaconize up to 3
dreamers.
For 50 favor, you can have a **Dream Portent** - This rite immediately
makes you fall asleep, and grants you a dream related to something going
on in the round. It may provide insight into something you otherwise
don't know about. If you take damage, the effect ends early.

src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7c4e12fe-8456-411c-9d39-691e4ac2312d"
/>
For 100 favor, you can **Dream Projection** - this rite allows you to
pick one of your deacons, and forces you to become an imaginary friend
of that deacon. For the duration of the effect you are asleep. If you
are woken up or take damage, the effect ends. If the deacon dies, the
effect ends early.

src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/4e2f6810-15cd-41af-a69f-daa6ddca671a"
/>
For 200 favor, you can give you and your followers **Dream Protection**
- While sleeping and dreaming all damage taken is reduced.
For 200 favor, you can start a **Slumber Party** - All nearby mobs (who
can't block magic and some other asterisks) fall asleep and share a
dream. This form of sleep heals the mob rapidly (also heals holy people
even more).

## About The Pull Request
This PR aims to clean or bring up to date portions of code about dna,
the dna console and mutations. This includes taking care of or removing
some of the awful choices like the pratically useless
`datum/mutation/human` pathing, or the class variable, in favor of using
sources to avoid potential issues with extraneous sources of a mutation.
The files changed are over a hundred just because I removed the
`datum/mutation/human` path, but the actual bulk of the code is mainly
shared between the datum/dna.dm, _mutations.dm and dna_console.dm.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Mutation shitcode is hurting my future plans for infusions a little.
Also it's a much needed refactor. Drafted 'till I'm sure it works
without issues.

## About The Pull Request
Fixes issues with var typing and proc arguments, discovered using
OpenDream's WIP TypeMaker feature (using improvements I haven't PR'd
upstream yet).
## Why It's Good For The Game
Codebase maintenance.
## About The Pull Request
This PR kills the abstract internal and external typepaths for organs,
now replaced by an EXTERNAL_ORGAN flag to distinguish the two kinds.
This PR also fixes fox ears (from #87162, no tail is added) and
mushpeople's caps (they should be red, the screenshot is a tad
outdated).
And yes, you can now use a hair dye spray to recolor body parts like
most tails, podpeople hair, mushpeople caps and cat ears. The process
can be reversed by using the spray again.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Time-Green put some effort during the last few months to untie functions
and mechanics from external/internal organ pathing. Now, all that this
pathing is good for are a few typechecks, easily replaceable with
bitflags.
Also podpeople and mushpeople need a way to recolor their "hair". This
kind of applies to fish tails from the fish infusion, which colors can't
be selected right now. The rest is just there if you ever want to
recolor your lizard tail for some reason.
Proof of testing btw (screenshot taken before mushpeople cap fix, right
side has dyed body parts, moth can't be dyed, they're already fabolous):

## Changelog
🆑
code: Removed internal/external pathing from organs in favor of a bit

## About The Pull Request
Added the FOSBURY skillchip, found in hacked toy vendors.
This skillchip allows you to bypass the emote cooldown when flipping or
spinning. However, if used too often, it will lower the chip's
integrity. At first, this is harmless, emitting sparks only, but at a
certain point, your head starts smoking, your brain begins
short-circuiting, and once the chip has lost all integrity your head
will explode in a shower of gore, giving you a cranial fissure!
Added the Chipped quirk. It allows you to spawn with one skillchip. Of
note here is that the only chips you can spawn with are the 'default'
skillchips found in the toy vendor, you can NOT spawn in with the
fosbury chip or with the musical one.
Added the Chip Connector quirk. It contains a new implant, the chip
connector, which allows you to install and take out skillchips at any
time. Being EMPed will cause it to drop one random skillchip, and if you
try using it while it's malfunctioning you'll take out a bit of your
brain instead. It can also be made at the exosuit fabricator after basic
research.
Renamed the organ slots for brain implants and made the connector
implant take the CNS slot.
## Why It's Good For The Game
> Added the FOSBURY skillchip, found in hacked toy vendors.
This skillchip allows you to bypass the emote cooldown when flipping or
spinning. However, if used too often, it will lower the chip's
integrity. At first, this is harmless, emitting sparks only, but at a
certain point, your head starts smoking, your brain begins
short-circuiting, and once the chip has lost all integrity your head

During the time flipping was bugged to have no cooldown or delay, it was
really funny seeing people flip at increasingly higher speeds. Many
people miss it, and to be honest, so do I. But everything needs limits
or it stops being funny and ends up being overdone. To this end this
skillchip lets people relive those days of glory, until they go out in a
beautiful explosion. The chip will last a very long while if well taken
care of, and there are plenty of warning signs before it gets too risky
to use, but we know what players are actually gonna do, and I am looking
forward to it.
> Added the Chipped quirk. It allows you to spawn with one skillchip. Of
note here is that the only chips you can spawn with are the 'default'
skillchips found in the toy vendor, you can NOT spawn in with the
fosbury chip or with the musical one.
Chips can be kind of neat sometimes, and I think always having one as
part of your character can make for some fun things as the consistency
of it makes it more likely to stick in your mind to do stuff with.
> 'but can't you just go to the vendor at the start of every shift?'
Sure. But we have loadouts. We have tagger, musician, and many other
things that are 'roundstart bloat', and while that by itself is not an
excuse, it's part of the design of character setup: Minimizing the time
spent running around the station for things your character is supposed
to have for their personality/roleplay/gimmick. They're paying the cost
of quirk points for it, anyways.

I like the idea of having a gross usb drive on the back of your brain
that you shove chips into and out of, especially if it drops pieces of
your brain when malfunctioning. It also adds a little bit of extra
relevance to skillchips now that you don't need to spend 15 (!!!)
seconds inside a skillstation to add one. The cost is, as stated, quite
literally losing your brain on EMP's and the moderately expensive sum of
4 points.
> Renamed the organ slots for brain implants and made the connector
implant take the CNS slot.
It annoys me that there were organ slots for 'anti drop implant'. Now
they're just slots for anything meant to connect to the
cerebellum/central nervous system, making it less brute forcey and also
adding the start of some fun exclusivity between brain implants.

## About The Pull Request
Adds more implants to the pool that the Machine Blessing rite can draw
from, and rebalances the drop rates so that you're more likely to get
thematically-consistent implants.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Currently, the options for what the Machine Blessing rite can give you
are kinda garbage, considering that _one_ implant from the rite is the
same value as _two_ full species conversions. This adds a few more that
are actually useful.
Specific implants added:
- Combat arm (extremely low drop rate)
- Tool arm (higher drop rate)
- Reviver implant (lower drop rate)
- Anti-drop implant
- Anti-stun implant (significantly lower drop rate)
- Welding eyes
Additionally, slightly lowers the drop rate of the breathing tube
implant, because androids don't have lungs

Ladies, Gentlemen, Gamers. You're probably wondering why I've called you
all here (through the automatic reviewer request system). So, mineral
balance! Mineral balance is less a balance and more of a nervous white
dude juggling spinning plates on a high-wire on his first day. The fact
it hasn't failed after going on this long is a miracle in and of itself.
This PR does not change mineral balance. What this does is moves over
every individual cost, both in crafting recipes attached to an object
over to a define based system. We have 3 defines:
`sheet_material_amount=2000` . Stock standard mineral sheet. This being
our central mineral unit, this is used for all costs 2000+.
`half_sheet_material_amount=1000` . Same as above, but using iron rods
as our inbetween for costs of 1000-1999.
`small_material_amount=100` . This hits 1-999. This covers... a
startlingly large amount of the codebase. It's feast or famine out here
in terms of mineral costs as a result, items are either sheets upon
sheets, or some fraction of small mats.
Shout out to riot darts for being the worst material cost in the game. I
will not elaborate.
Regardless, this has no functional change, but it sets the groundwork
for making future changes to material costs much, MUCH easier, and moves
over to a single, standardized set of units to help enforce coding
standards on new items, and will bring up lots of uncomfortable balance
questions down the line.
For now though, this serves as some rough boundaries on how items costs
are related, and will make adjusting these values easier going forward.
Except for foam darts.
I did round up foam darts.
Adjusting mineral balance on the macro scale will be as simple as
changing the aforementioned mineral defines, where the alternative is a
rats nest of magic number defines. ~~No seriously, 11.25 iron for a foam
dart are you kidding me what is the POINT WHY NOT JUST MAKE IT 11~~
Items individual numbers have not been adjusted yet, but we can
standardize how the conversation can be held and actually GET SOMEWHERE
on material balance as opposed to throwing our hands up or ignoring it
for another 10 years.
## About The Pull Request
### Divine Archer 🏹

Adds a new chaplain weapon and suit of armor, the divine archer. It's an
orderable set of armor, but provides less armor than the rest, but you
get more pieces of armor (boots, bracer, undersuit).
The divine bow comes with a quiver that holds holy arrows. The holy
arrows come with bane support, dealing critical damage to revenants.
### Bow Features ⭐
- arrows can now be dipped in poison
### Bow Improvements 🔧
- bows now drop their arrow when you put them on your back while nocking

- codewise, bows support subtypes much better. They still have
hard-sprited loaded arrows, but one day that'll change.

## About The Pull Request
Finishes #66471
At burden level nine (or through a deadly genetic breakdown), you now
turn into a psyker.
This splits your skull in half and transforms it into a weird fleshy
mass. You become blind, but your skull is perfectly suited for sending
out psychic waves. You get potent psy abilities.
First one is brainwave echolocation, inspired by Gehennites (but not as
laggy).
Secondly, you get the ability of Psychic Walls, which act similarly to
wizard ones, but last shorter, and cause projectiles to ricochet off
them.
Thirdly, you get a projectile boost ability, this temporarily lets you
fire guns twice as fast and gives them homing to the target you clicked.
Lastly, you get the ability of psychic projection. This terrifies the
victim, fucking their screen up and causing them to rapidfire any gun
they have in their general direction (they'll probably miss you)
With most of the abilities being based around guns, a burden level nine
chaplain now gets a new rite, Transmogrify. This lets them turn their
null rod into a 5-shot 18 damage .77 revolver. The revolver possesses a
weaker version of antimagic (protects against mind and unholy spells,
but not wizard/cult ones). It is reloaded by a prayer action (can also
only be performed by a max burdened person).

Psychic Projection Video: https://streamable.com/4ibu7o

## Why It's Good For The Game
Rewards the burdened chaplain with some pretty cool stuff for going
through hell like losing half his limbs, cause the current psychics dont
cut it as much as probably necessary, adds echolocation which can be
used for neat stuff in the future (bat organs for DNA infuser for
example).

Makes the code compatible with 515.1594+
Few simple changes and one very painful one.
Let's start with the easy:
* puts call behind `LIBCALL` define, so call_ext is properly used in 515
* Adds `NAMEOF_STATIC(_,X)` macro for nameof in static definitions since
src is now invalid there.
* Fixes tgui and devserver. From 515 onward the tmp3333{procid} cache
directory is not appened to base path in browser controls so we don't
check for it in base js and put the dev server dummy window file in
actual directory not the byond root.
* Renames the few things that had /final/ in typepath to ultimate since
final is a new keyword
And the very painful change:
`.proc/whatever` format is no longer valid, so we're replacing it with
new nameof() function. All this wrapped in three new macros.
`PROC_REF(X)`,`TYPE_PROC_REF(TYPE,X)`,`GLOBAL_PROC_REF(X)`. Global is
not actually necessary but if we get nameof that does not allow globals
it would be nice validation.
This is pretty unwieldy but there's no real alternative.
If you notice anything weird in the commits let me know because majority
was done with regex replace.
@tgstation/commit-access Since the .proc/stuff is pretty big change.

## About The Pull Request
Area contents isn't a real list, instead it involves filtering
everything in world
This is slow, and something we should have better support for.
So instead, lets manage a list of turfs inside our area. This is simple,
since we already move turfs by area contents anyway
This should speed up the uses I've found, and opens us up to using this
pattern more often, which should make dev work easier.
By nature this is a tad fragile, so I've added a unit test to double
check my work
Rather then instantly removing turfs from the contained_turfs list, we
enter them into a list of turfs to pull out, later.
Then we just use a getter for contained_turfs rather then a var read
This means we don't need to generate a lot of usage off removing turf by
turf from space, and can instead do it only when we need to
I've added a subsystem to manage this process as well, to ensure we
don't get any out of memory errors. It goes entry by entry, ensuring we
get no overtime.
This allows me to keep things like space clean, while keeping high
amounts of usage on a sepearate subsystem when convienient
As a part of this goal of keeping space's churn as low as possible, I've
setup code to ensure we do not add turfs to areas during a z level
increment adjacent mapload. this saves a LOT of time, but is a tad
messy
I've expanded where we use contained_turfs, including into some cases
that filter for objects in areas. need to see if this is sane or not.
Builds sortedAreas on demand, caching until we mark the cache as
violated
It's faster, and it also has the same behavior
I'm not posting speed changes cause frankly they're gonna be a bit
scattered and I'm scared to.
@Mothblocks if you'd like I can look into it. I think it'll pay for
itself just off `reg_in_areas_in_z` (I looked into it. it's really hard
to tell, sometimes it's a bit slower (0.7), sometimes it's 2 seconds
(0.5 if you use the old master figure) faster. life is pain.)

About The Pull Request
Converts more inputs to TGUI. Possibly all user-facing input lists in the game.
Did any surrounding text/number inputs as well
Added null choice support so users can press cancel.

Primarily, usage of .len in files where I was already working on lists.

Chaplains can now invoke the rite with nobody on the altar to convert themselves. The bugged functionality of religious tool that let anyone invoke rites allowed chaplains to be converted by others, which became somewhat of a core feature of the sect. In fixing the previous bug the sect lost a somewhat large part of itself, and I think the best solution is to just make it intended
I'm adding a circuit component that can print text string on a paper object in a variety of colors and font typefaces (currently only web-safe ones are available, maybe i'll add some fancy ones in the future but they'd need to be imported either through @import of @font-face in a separate CSS not imported by every tgui UI).
It's important to note that because the UI sanitizes new text inputed by users and not what's already written on the paper (so the pen_color and pen_font don't be purged in the process), we can't safely have these strings "printed" into the info variable directly, because of that these values will be stored in two new list variables, one for the text and one for font color, face and the signature. When the paper sheet UI is opened, these will be sanitized and then parsed into the text, so the next time the paper is edited we can clear these two lists.
Obviously better than a hacky byond proc - parsemarkdown() is outdated af -, albeit a bit messy... like the rest of paper code.
Requires #62033.

Adds the sparring god. Your deity wants you to go out and spar people for self improvement.
Sparring
You can create contracts from paper as the chaplain. The contracts come with a set of conditions for the battle.
You can set which weapons are allowed.
You can set what you earn from winning.
You can set where you fight.
BOTH participants in the sparring match must agree to the terms for the fight to begin. Changing the terms will remove any other signatures on the contract, requiring them to review and willingly sign again.
Setting the stakes to be holy will give you favor for winning the fight. You can only do this once per person, so you can't farm points. You can use points on declaring new areas as arenas, or if you save up enough, buff your heart to keep fighting in dangerous conditions.
Converts most spans into span procs. Mostly used regex for this and sorted out any compile time errors afterwards so there could be some bugs.
Was initially going to do defines, but ninja said to make it into a proc, and if there's any overhead, they can easily be changed to defines.
Makes it easier to control the formatting and prevents typos when creating spans as it'll runtime if you misspell instead of silently failing.
Reduces the code you need to write when writing spans, as you don't need to close the span as that's automatically handled by the proc.
(Note from Lemon: This should be converted to defines once we update the minimum version to 514. Didn't do it now because byond pain and such)
* Adds the sect of the Ever Burning candle
* make the burning sacrifice 20 seconds instead of 10
only made it 10 seconds for testing purposes, also make the "unmelting" clothing red instead of blue to be more red candle-ish
* make another check at the end of the candle fuel rite
The candle fuel rite will now check if the sacrifice is still on fire and dead at the end of the rite, you can technically extinguish them and only light them on fire at the last moment but it's fine god won't notice
* make the unmelting wax rite actually fireproof clothing hood/helmets
so yes you can supposedly get 2 fireproof for the price of one, but since hardsuit and hoodie are allegedly just one big connected suit it sort of make sense.
I also took away the forced color from the fireproofed clothing as making it mesh well with most clothing ended badly so now you can only tell its unmelting by the name.
* few improvements to rites
makes a tighter if check for the unmelting was helmet thing. adds a sound effect at the end of each rite, gives the sect a max favor of 10 000 instead of 1000 which I could've sworn was originally the case but apparently not.
* change the for loop
* Do the thing that cobby asks
I still kept the for loop for the candle fuel for reasons cited above. In other news I just learned that the word SPAM came from a Monty python skit
* WHY CAN IAN BE SET ON FIRE AAAAA
* what if we kissed on the burning altar
* change the for loop to an if check for the sacrifice
also added a bunch of early returns which forces me to set chosen sacrifice to null a whole lot more
* updqte sect description
