This PR adds two plushies inspired from the hit game: Casualties Unknown
(Formerly "Scav: Prototype"). The sprites are originally from Wizden
SS14 and shares an appearance in its [own
game](https://scavprototype.wiki.gg/wiki/Plushie). Possibly confirming
shared universes??
Each Plush can be worn as a hat, have emissive eyes when worn, have
inhand sprites and are all very adorable.
Shout out to Orsoniks (rivey0 on discord) for the original spritework.
And nevimer for the code help.
## Why It's Good For The Game
This one goes out to all of the great times I've had on station
interacting with the Experiments. They deserve a tiny, cuddable version
of themselves!

## About The Pull Request
So, turns out the Armadyne Combat Gloves in the secvendor (and loadout)
available to sec were subtypes of the combat gloves.
<img width="539" height="160" alt="inherit"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a587f136-3ff4-4c00-a049-d4680e904b23"

This meant that they were fully insulated to boot. It's a 50 credit
glove item that secoffs can get for 10 credits, and there are 6 in each
sec vendor.

~~This brings the siemens_coeff down to the levels of the standard issue
black gloves, which is 0.5~~
This makes the gloves a subtype of color/black
<!--Please make sure to actually test your PRs. If you have not tested

## About The Pull Request
I have added a new plushie to the game, for Aeri, with custom rubber
sounds. It's the Interdimensional Terrorist Plushie, a toy of
questionable origins with even more questionable uses (that is, as a
lewd item). For this reason, it's treated by the code as one. It has a
clothed and a 'naked' mode. When clothed, it's treated as a regular
plush, when naked, it can be used as a fleshlight. It will however be
hidden if you have erp toys set to off. It can be either bought in the
lustwish vending machine, or in the loadout menu (in the lewd toys
section, not the plush section)
Oh, and it also has a special suicide action, summoning a BSA smite on
your location. The suicide verb is off on our server, so I figured it
would be a funny addition.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Bubberstation has a terrible lack of rubber dolls, doesn't it?

## About The Pull Request
Ports a few greyscaled clothing items from Nova.
Adds blueshield clothing to loadout
Adds webbing from Nova to loadout. These have been converted into belt
slot items. Basically fanny pack reskins.
Fixes correctional officer clothing in loadout.
Nerfs the Frontier Radio Headset via making it unable to accept new
encryption keys, adds it to loadout. Functions as a head wearable
handheld radio.
Adds the colonial outfit from the colonial printer to loadout
<!-- Describe The Pull Request. Please be sure every change is
documented or this can delay review and even discourage maintainers from

<!-- Please make sure to actually test your PRs. If you have not tested

## Why It's Good For The Game
Customisation is nice. Some of these are somewhat popular items for
people and greyscale versions are good.
Also adds the colonial clothing set to loadout because it's nice. Does
not add the webbing accessory to loadout.
<!-- Argue for the merits of your changes and how they benefit the game,
especially if they are controversial and/or far reaching. If you can't

## About The Pull Request
This PR addresses a consistency issue with high heels in the game. Some
of them make the "click clack" sound, others do not. I've made it so
that all high heel shoes do the sound, as well as making is so that
latex boots inherit the jackboot parent.
Finally, I've also changed the seamless heels quirk, or rather added the
option to choose the appearance of the shoes, having all loadout high
heel shoes as options.

## About The Pull Request
This has been more or less in the works for a bit. This PR adds a horse
bridle to the game. It's worn on the face/mask slot, and can be found in
the loadout menu (under Masks) or in the lustwish vendor (under
Restraints).
It includes blinders and a bit, which will blind and gag the wearer,
respectively. By default both are inactive.
Interacting with it by alt clicking will cycle through a few modes:
Blinders + Bit, Blinders, Bit, None.
When worn you can also set them individually (though the alt click
cycling still works).
The blinders and the bit can also be cycled by others with the strip
menu; this will take 4 seconds.
To avoid this from happening, you can interact with the bridle in your
hand to secure the straps. This will also prevent you from setting them
yourself; you will have to unsecure the straps for it.
## Why It's Good For The Game
It's a very neat addition for equine characters and for people into
horse stuff. It's not necessarily an ERP item (in my opinion as much of
an ERP item as the collars) so I haven't set it as an ERP item
specifically, but I can change it if you think that would be better.
## Proof Of Testing
File is too big for github

## About The Pull Request
Adds the following items to a new subcategory in the Toys category of
the loadout:
- Buttplug
- Corset
- Deprivation Helmet
- Dildo
- Fleshlight
- Hypno Goggles
- Latex Gas Mask
- Leash
- Leather Whip
- MOD Hypnotic Visor Module
- Shibari Ropes
- Strapon
- Venom Milker
I didn't add more than this because I got lazy and didn't wanna do the
rest. Figured this would be a decent spread, but if you hit that like
button, subscribe, and comment down below what YOU want to see next, I
will add it when I get the chance.
Also adds the following clothing items to their respective slots:
- Latex Maid Apron - Misc. Accessories
- Latex Gloves - Gloves
- Stripper Outfit - Under
- Latex Maid Costume - Under
- Ballet Heels - Formal Shoes
- Latex Socks - Shoes
Also fixes a runtime where people starting with the hypnogoggles would
try to unequip the goggles from nothing.
## Why It's Good For The Game
- Provides certain cosmetics for free that you'd otherwise have to pay
for or latejoin and hit the free interlink lustwish for.
- Streamlines ERP by making some items available without having to stop
for supplies.
## Why It's Bad For The Game
- People might get flashbanged by the dildos and stuff while browsing
for toys. If this is something we think we should be concerned about,
I'd need help implementing some sort of hide feature for the tab.
- Increased availability of ERP items will make it easier to be
obnoxious with these items. I have no proposed solution for this.

## About The Pull Request
Adds clear leg wraps as a loadout item and to the code. This acts
identically to the gear harness in that it has no on_mob sprite, so you
can wear it but still have the benefit of having the clothing.
## Why It's Good For The Game
People won't need to take a negative quirk to get the benefits of shoes
while not wearing them as a digitigrade legs user.
## Proof Of Testing
It worked fine when I tested it.
## Changelog

## About This Product
This fine investment is presented to you by [NAME REMOVED] Co. Due to
the disheartening lack of recognition for ethereals across all of the
plush selection on Nanotrasen stations, we've decided to do something
about it. With 3% going to charity ~~plushies, NOT profits from sales~~
and the ~~utter indifference~~ great sorrow demonstrated by an anonymous
ethereal crewmember, o a private investor has managed to tap into
Sprout's greatest resource - it's unique culture.
## Why It's Good For The Game
OOC'ly, while it IS pretty much "ADD MY OC I SPRITED HIM MYSELF", I
think it's neat to have an ethereal plushie when we have 10+ variants of
moth plushies and 0 of those. Lorewise, we don't have ethereal lore so
by default it seems we're on TG's uplifting? Which is lightheartedly
poked fun at since they got screwed over by NT and now are getting made
into MARKETABLE PLUSHIES!
Either way, some things to note:
2% chance for funny rare noise when hugged! As a little harmless nod to
the character it's based on...

## About The Pull Request
Adds a funny orange Shadekin plush, because all cool people get a
marketable toy.
Also this time I actually remembered to pull from origin before coding
to avoid conflicts, wee~
## Why It's Good For The Game
Because it would make me a very happy Shadekin who can bap their friends
with an even goofier version of herself.

## About The Pull Request
As title, I've ported the toe-less jackboots from SPLURT. They are a
variant of the jackboots. They are available from the loadout menu,
while the jackboots are also available from the lustwish vendor (like
regular jackboots). They are meant for characters with digi legs, but
also function on characters with regular legs.
## Why It's Good For The Game
More clothing options are cool!

## About The Pull Request
Adds another unethical clothing item that people somehow keep making out
of sentient species, this time the Shadekin Fur Scarf. Adds a new scarf
with some flavor text and a black color scheme.
~~NOTE: Although I have tested it locally, I am getting runtime errors.
But I don't believe this is because of the code or sprite, but is
instead due to some quirk of my computer. Thus I'm asking for someone to
try building it on their local machine and testing it to see if they get
runtime errors as well, or if my computer is actually failing to run
BYOND properly or something. I will keep it as a draft until then.~~
Turns out it was some local goofy stuff that was causing runtimes.
Completely fixed now.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Adds another clothing item with flavor, like the lizardskin boots or
tail wine
## Proof Of Testing
Can confirm, it appears in game and in loadout properly. All sprites
show up as intended.
~~NOTE: Again, I am getting runtime errors during testing, I will be
keeping it as a draft until someone can confirm or deconfirm that the
runtime errors are inherent to my code or if my computer is simply doing
something wrong.~~

## About The Pull Request
I simply made it so that the Silver Jacket Mk2 (an armoured version of
the regular Silver Jacket) can be selected from the loadout menu by all
the command roles, instead of just the NTC and HOP.
## Why It's Good For The Game
I have no idea why this item has such a specific restriction,
whitelisted only to Nanotrasen Representatives and Heads of Personnel,
exclusively in the Loadout menu. The Silver Jacket Mk2 can be bought by
anyone from the CommDrobe, either way. So this PR makes it so that any
member of command can choose to have this item, allowing one to
customise it as they please.

## About The Pull Request
Adds civilian HUDs and HUDsunglasses to the game. They can see the job
icon, but not mindshield/wanted/permit status. Juuuust the job icon.
Regular variant available in loadout and autodrobe, as well as sci and
service lathes after being researched with the rest of the huds.
Sunglasses available through crafting the same way you craft the others.
Also adds it as a researchable implant. Available in augments+ for 4
quirk points.
Also Alexios did the really pretty grey version of the sprite so they
get to be in the changelog :)
## Why It's Good For The Game
Bubberstation has a LOT of people running around with outfits not
correlating to their job. This makes it hard to find out what job people
are at a quick glance at times. This adds a HUD that lets you see the
job icon and nothing else.
I ran an adminbussed version of these and players pretty much
unanimously agreed that they were nice to have, and agreeing with my
above point of "it is hard to see what job people are at times"
Also they just look cool.
