Upstream PR blacklisted almost all non-true variants, including a lot of
unique ones - this is a very powerful weapon reserved for rare
instances, NOT FOR MASS PRODUCTION.
And with them not having all of the items this PR targets, it slipped by
for us. They (items) shouldn't have been allowed to do this to begin
with.

## About The Pull Request
Makes the Toggle Arousal verb use mechanical arousal based on the number
a player entered.
## Why It's Good For The Game
- Makes the toggle work with the new arousal flavor text
- Makes it so you don't have to toggle arousal separately for your dick
and balls
- Makes it so that there are no longer two separate kinds of arousal
(mechanical and genital)
- Posting a suggestion in the discord yielded positive results (12 Yes,
1 No)
