John Willard 751bfc08bb Removes the IC tab (#95893)
## About The Pull Request

Removes the IC tab in its entirety

- Some mobs (Blob Minion & Lightgeist) had manually removed the "pull"
verb, this replaces it with taking away their pull force.
- Lightgeist had their "Me" verb manually removed, this is replaced by
giving them Emotemute trait (the same that mime's bane gives)
- Floor Changer: You can now RMB the arrow buttons to look in a
direction w/o moving. Added a tip to help with this.
- Exit Hivemind: Already an action button and was removed without
further edits

### Martial Arts

Martial Arts had a button to see your current skills & the ability to
cycle between artstyles. This was replaced with 1 action button that
does both of these.

Name auto-updates as you swap artstyle to whatever help verb the current
style uses. Mention of RMB in the name is only there if you have more
than 1 martial art, but the desc will remain just so players can see it
even if they only have one, for future reference.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Brings greater visibility to Martial Art stuff, and especially since the
stat panel is being made optional we should not be hiding ANYTHING in
there.

This also helps me with my project listed in
https://hackmd.io/443_dE5lRWeEAp9bjGcKYw?view

And also fixes some sorta-removed features due to removing verbs not
matching people's actual powers due to new features like "Custom Me" and
"Ctrl Clicking".

## Changelog

del: Deleted the "IC" tab of the stat panel.
fix: Lightgeists can't emote or pull as intended.
fix: Blob minions can't pull again.
qol: Martial Art users now have an action button for their
artstyle-related businesses, rather than it being in the stat panel.
qol: You can now right-click the move up/down UI buttons to look in the
direction without moving.

John Willard 3ea6c1ddea Fixes tempbody taking aghosted bodies (#95996)
## About The Pull Request

If you're an adminghosted body, you will no longer be sent back to your
corpse afterwards. The Mind will still move over, but you wont
immediately re-enter your body.

Just as an example, an Admin is aghosted on Centcom after testing some
stuff, plays a round of Mafia, then is suddenly back in their body in
Centcom.

Also fixes temp body not working for Mafia (due to the corpse locking)

## Why It's Good For The Game

You're going to the THUNDERDOME.

## Changelog

🆑
fix: Mafia players now get sent back to their bodies again post-game.
admin: Admin players aren't forcefully put back into aghosted bodies
after using a temporary body spawner.

Bloop 1fcc2cafc7 Makes disable dead keyloop lagswitch measure smarter (#95976)
## About The Pull Request

As it is now, you enable it once, and all the current observers and dead
mobs are removed from the keyloop list.

New ghosts and observers are unaffected entirely.
But the worst part is you can get mobs reviving into their corpses and
being unable to move, requiring admin intervention.

This should fix all these issues. We have procs that always get called
when mobs die or are created, let's just hook into those?

## Why It's Good For The Game

Less admin intervention required for a tool that shouldn't require any

SmArtKar 16aef3a2fd Completely refactors HUD element management and datumizes inventory HUDs (#95119)
## About The Pull Request

This is a port/revival of Kapu's
https://github.com/DaedalusDock/daedalusdock/pull/883
By god, please TM this for a while, as HUDs are rather volatile and I
might've missed something (also the original PR had harddel issues, so
we should probably be on the lookout for those)

Instead of being stored in a metric ton of separate variables, all HUD
elements are now kept in a ``key -> element`` assoc list, and separate
category lists have been turned into a single ``group_key -> list of
elements`` assoc list for easier management.
This massively simplifies HUD creation and management, and allows us to
sanely dynamically modify HUDs without having to keep track of our
elements ourselves (harddel fuel)

I've also noticed that plasma vessels had... interesting, to say the
least, way of managing their HUD and in humans were unable to display
it, which I've changed (the element itself is displayed below stamina in
non-aliens, as latter occupies the spot where you'd normally see it)
Also fixes a bunch of minor unlikely to occur issues with HUD not
updating when it should've sometimes.

## Why It's Good For The Game

The two most important results of this is that A) we can fix the issue
with items larger than 32x32 not displaying properly in inventories (in
a separate PR) and B) this paves the way for datumized inventory slots,
although that is a separate nightmare
Some of this code is also actually over a decade old, and is an absolute
nightmare to work with.

## Changelog

qol: Non-aliens with an implanted plasma vessel now see their plasma
level in their HUD instead of just the stat panel
refactor: Refactored the entirety of HUD management code, report if
anything breaks!

MrMelbert 6734968a57 Adds a 0 point quirk that turns your body into a recovered crewmember (effectively) on DNRing (#95469)
## About The Pull Request

Adds `Thanatorenasia`, a 0 point neutral quirk

Those with `Thanatorenasia`, upon DNRing, their body will be made into a
"recovered crewmember" - meaning when the body is revived, ghosts will
be polled and allowed to take control over it

The body will retain `Thanatorenasia` after the fact, so the new
controller can DNR as well, continuing the cycle

## Why It's Good For The Game

A random idea I had based on a recent interaction that I thought could
be cool character gimmick. Every time someone dies, they get revived
with a different player, so they act differently, think differently, and
don't remember the rest of the round.

## Changelog

🆑 Melbert

any oddities with it / the spawners menu

nevimer 07bfaeca8b Fixes radio emotes runechat visibility for /mob/dead/observer and reuse is_custom_emote variable in living_say (#95082)
## About The Pull Request

During message hearing, mobs are displayed two versions of the message
they hear, determined by the languages they understand, their mob type
(AI's and ghosts get follow buttons, for example), and special handling
for runechat.

It's a bit of a deep drive, but this bug's been present since #62130.
This implements a check for the flag being sent down, so that when the
runechat is generated, we don't get the cleared placeholder string set
in `/mob/proc/check_for_custom_say_emote()` - set because the message is
never meant to be parsed as a chat message.

Before, the message string sent down `/mob/dead/observer/Hear()` did not
know the message was an emote, so the message passed to the function
that generates the runechat receives the placeholder string. With this
PR, that function now receives the correct string, the same as living
would handle it.

While searching for this bug, I found that a variable was set, but never
used more than once in `/mob/living/Hear()` - I changed the code that
accesses this variable to access the saved inline version instead
(hopefully saving some cpu!!).
## Why It's Good For The Game

san7890 8f73588d9a Blood Drunk Miner Basic Boss Refactor - "Similar Enough" Edition (#94728)
## About The Pull Request

I thought megafauna were hard to refactor into simple mobs, and they
kinda are, but also enough work has been done on them through various
refactors (e.g. mob abilities) that it's not _too_ bad, but I didn't
really relish working on it.

Regardless, it's refactored! A few more of the ol' simple mobs flushed
down the toilet, with a bunch more features to make porting over more
`megafauna` to the basic mob's `boss` framework even simpler. There's
some weird patterns that are introduced in here to better fit the old
system's parity, but I don't really mind having done that since it's
more important to get stuff out of the simple mob framework and into
something a bit easier to work with and extend.

Here are all of the changes I can recall having made:

* A lot of the documentation regarding the blood drunk miner did not
actually meet reality. The current refactor reflects what the code was
actually doing, not what was documented.
* The code regarding using the saw's `melee attack chain` stuff wasn't
changed. Sorry but I can't even start to unravel that, I just overrode
the whole attack thing because it's not really incorporable from what I
was finding.
* Basic mobs operate differently than simple mobs, thus this mob will be
"harder" for a shorter amount of time as people are not used to the
current timings/pathfinding behavior/cooldowns/etc. of the modern blood
drunk miner. The overall difficulty didn't feel too different to me in
my playtesting, but changes can certainly be made if someone can tell me
which variable to fix.
* Basic Bosses now appear in the orbit menu as mob POIs, parity with
megafauna
* Basic Bosses can now use the boss music component.
## Why It's Good For The Game

Cleans up the code by incorporating it into a modern framework that
already accounts for a lot of the stuff that was taken for granted 8-9
years ago when this was first implemented, and tries to keep any
possible number the same in doing so. Should be much easier to add new
graphics or overhaul the boss's AI to transform it into something even
more interesting should someone choose to do so.

Let me know if I fucked up with signals/ai behavior patterns/etc.
somewhere as it's been a while since I touched this stuff and I had to
clean out a lot of cobwebs in my brain to get to this implementation.
## Changelog
🆑
balance: Miners Beware: Blood Drunk Miners have been refactored into
basic mobs. This means their timings and such may be a bit more
unpredictable than what you're used to. The difficulty should be about
the same, but do approach with caution lest you get devoured...
/🆑

Hopefully more people can pitch in with refactoring megafauna now... not
too bad anymore after I fixed some of the jank...

MrMelbert a9b0ecb7d0 Weather anomaly (#94509)
## About The Pull Request

A weather anomaly can spawn on the station, causing a sandstorm,
snowstorm, or rainstorm to affect the room (and nearby rooms). These
weathers range from "harmless" to "mildly damaging".

They last for around five minutes.
The weather doesn't start immediately, giving people time to neutralize
it before it causes damage.
Neutralizing the anomaly stops the weather.
If they detonate, it just throw objects away from itself.

<img width="407" height="225" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2de1b797-2b17-442c-9023-11085b4849cf"

src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/afe5a21d-9cf8-4e9d-95ec-adef6fd12a93"
/>

A rarer version of the anomaly can also occur, which brings a lightning
storm, which may damage the station itself.

Also, reactive weather armor. When you are hit, it summons a lightning
strike below nearby assailants.

## Why It's Good For The Game

With the added rain mechanics I wanted to use them, but it's kinda hard
to shoe them into the station because, "why is it raining on a space
station that makes no sense"

However, anomalies are weird, so this fits perfectly

## Changelog

MrMelbert 5765f259ef Fixes human skeleton pirates, Refactors ghost spawns (#94138)
## About The Pull Request

`create_from_ghost` can be called from stuff like... dynamic executing a
ruleset, so putting a sleep/user input within it causes problems

So I refactored ghost spawns a fair bit, creating a clear delineation
between where you can and can't put user input

## Changelog

fix: Servant Golems have numbered names again

MrMelbert 4a618934e9 Removes message arg from Hear, free performance (#93020)
## About The Pull Request

The first argument of `Hear` is `message`, the message heard

OR SO YOU'D THINK

Actually the first argument doesn't do anything but get overridden by
ALL implementations of `Hear`

No other uses as far as I and Ephe can tell. Removing it makes it a ton
easier to understand and gives us some free performance in radio code by
not rendering messages twice

FeudeyTF 161d744035 Telecomms Update: Ability to change existing radio channels and create new ones (#91647)
## About The Pull Request
I have added the ability to create and edit station radio channels
through the existing telecommunications system.
You can change the name of the radio channel and its color.

The channel settings are changed and created through the servers
(Frequencies Settings)

![ui](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/cb010d75-bb00-4e3c-86b6-351b39b832e3)

Here i created my own channel:
1) Add frequency at Receiver (you will not see channel name):

![TestChannelInReceiver](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d3934e96-fb2d-492a-a1d6-84e8bfbd6628)
2) Add frequency at Bus (you will not see channel name):

![TestChannelnBus](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9955fb9c-9ca0-44f5-8d8f-caf02c0b3a9c)
3) Add frequency at Server
4) Add settings for your frequency

![NewChannel](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/14a86eae-a000-4106-848b-a140ab678c3c)
5) See the result:

![TestChannel](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a720c660-43f6-47c0-8e85-fd313e8ce8d7)

Important Notes:
1) Headsets, radios, and intercoms will not see a change in
telecommunications, but will use standard names (Common, Security etc.).
2) There are still reserved names that cannot be used: CentComm,
Syndicate, Uplink, CTFs channels
3) Servers must filter frequency for applying settings on them

## Why It's Good For The Game

Now telecommunication channels names and colors depends on the settings
of the network servers, which makes it more flexible and logical. It is
also useful for foreign language servers, as you can translate channel
names.

## Changelog

John Willard 78cffc2101 Adds a new halloween species: Spirits (#90711)
Adds 2 new species: Spirits and Ghosts

Spirits are available roundstart during Halloween, Wabbajack and
Xenobio's black slime extract
Ghosts are available through Magic mirrors

They fly around, and don't have legs and instead float around. They also
can't get legs implanted onto themselves.

They also do have organs, so they are affected by flashbangs, they do
get hungry, they do need oxygen to survive (they don't take damage in
space but they do suffocate & get slowdown), and can process chems.
Gibbing a ghost gives ectoplasm, an ingredient for ghost burgers.

Chaplains also got a buff here, null rod-type weapons' bane is now
against Spirit mobs, rather than hardcoded revenants. This means it now
includes Spirits/Ghosts, but also Soulscythes & Cult shades.

Also re-adds https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/81630 which was
reverted in https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/86506 which I
assume was accidental.

Ghosts have an innate ability to become incorporeal, which allows them
to phase through walls and stuff. Using this will immediately make them
drop any non-ghost limb/organ (not implants cause I thought it would be
funny). This ability is not available if they have holy water in their
system, and like revenants they also can't walk over blessed tiles with
it. They are also invisible to cameras while using this (not the obscura
though).

Sprites taken from observers directly, if anyone wants to make custom
sprites for them feel free. If anyone wants to make this obtainable
somehow in-game as well I wouldn't be opposed, halloween is just where I
thought it would fit most.

This also adds a lot of fixes that I encountered trying to add this,
from systems that have been neglected throughout the years.

https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e368d710-80a0-4c63-b271-1abe3dd41a5e

We haven't gotten a new halloween species in a long time and thought it
would be fun if you can play as an actual ghost, the soul that remains
after a person passes, so Halloween feels more haunted. It's overall
made in just good fun, with a bonus that Ghosts are a cool species to
play with as well for Wizards & maybe Chaplains in the future (Dead sect
when?)

fix: Mobs unable to use items can now not open airlocks & closets
fix: Mobs unable to pick items up can no longer pick items up and
immediately drop, moving one tile at a time.

John Willard 25da3e86a6 Ghost settings UI (#91370)
This is part of my ongoing project to remove the Stat panel which you
can read/contribute to here: https://hackmd.io/443_dE5lRWeEAp9bjGcKYw

Replaces the pAI button at the bottom of Ghost's HUD with a new button
for Ghost settings

Default look

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7b97287d-5f8b-40a4-b574-98ecaafa8533)

With fun verbs (admin only, the 2 buttons at the top right), No body,
and lag switches on (disables T-Ray and Zooming)

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/3ee9bb9b-389c-452c-8ff5-fbd0ee677fef)

The ghost icon next to "re-enter body" is the DNR button, which requires
double click.
Extra view is now easier to understand, 0 is "default", anything more is
extra vision you get. Goes to 3 for regular users, 7 for BYOND members.

Removes the "Ghost" tab from the stat panel entirely, this replaces it.

The Ghost tab of the stat panel is filled with barely functional stuff,
like "Jump to Mob" which allows you to jump to "oranges ear" which
teleports you to nullspace, or the 4 different jump to verbs for
different things which is irrelevant from the Orbit menu and the many
improvements it got over the years, and even the Notifications panel,
which seems pretty useful, but because it's delegated to a small button
filled with the rest of these it gets entirely drowned out.
This puts all the important things in front of the user at the click of
a button, meant to be easy to navigate and giving important information
first.

🆑
add: Added a 'Ghost settings' button, taking the spot of the pAI
candidate button and replacing the "Ghost" tab of the Stat panel. This
button contains buttons pertinent to your time as an Observer.

Waterpig d3d3a12540 The big fix for pixel_x and pixel_y use cases. (#90124)
## About The Pull Request

516 requires float layered overlays to be using pixel_w and pixel_z
instead of pixel_x and pixel_y respectively, unless we want
visual/layering errors. This makes sense, as w,z are for visual effects
only. Sadly seems we were not entirely consistent in this, and many
things seem to have been using x,y incorrectly.

This hopefully fixes that, and thus also fixes layering issues. Complete
1:1 compatibility not guaranteed.

I did the lazy way suggested to me by SmArtKar to speed it up (Runtiming
inside apply_overlays), and this is still included in the PR to flash
out possible issues in a TM (Plus I will need someone to grep the
runtimes for me after the TM period to make sure nothing was missed).
After this is done I'll remove all these extra checks.

Lints will probably be failing for a bit, got to wait for [this
update](https://github.com/SpaceManiac/SpacemanDMM/commit/4b77cd487d0a7b6a069df20356b701af5b20489d)
to them to make it into release. Or just unlint the lines, though that's
probably gonna produce code debt

## Why It's Good For The Game

Fixes this massive 516 mess, hopefully.

closes #90281

Kapu1178 b9c803a9d8 Base implementation of /datum/persistent_client (#89449)
Converts `/datum/player_details` into `/datum/persistent_client`.
Persistent Clients persist across connections. The only time a mob's
persistent client will change is if the ckey it's bound to logs into a
different mob, or the mob is deleted (duh).

Also adds PossessByPlayer() so that transfering mob control is cleaner
and makes more immediate sense if you don't know byond-fu.

Clients are an abstract representation of a connection that can be
dropped at almost any moment so putting things that should be stable to
access at any time onto an undying object is ideal. This allows for
future expansions like abstracting away client.screen and managing
everything cleanly.

Kapu1178 a0e862d575 Base implementation of /datum/persistent_client (#89449)
## About The Pull Request
Converts `/datum/player_details` into `/datum/persistent_client`.
Persistent Clients persist across connections. The only time a mob's
persistent client will change is if the ckey it's bound to logs into a
different mob, or the mob is deleted (duh).

Also adds PossessByPlayer() so that transfering mob control is cleaner
and makes more immediate sense if you don't know byond-fu.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Clients are an abstract representation of a connection that can be
dropped at almost any moment so putting things that should be stable to
access at any time onto an undying object is ideal. This allows for
future expansions like abstracting away client.screen and managing
everything cleanly.

SmArtKar 10abeb0ab1 Allows admins to filter observable mobs by ckey (#88922)
## About The Pull Request

Adds ckey sorting akin to how you can look someone up by their name or
job in the observer menu, only available for admins.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Wine said it would be mad useful, no reason not to - they can already
observe people by ckey via the ``Who`` verb, this just adds a cleaner
way to do so.

Also made job colors in job sorting mode work, and tooltips no longer
hide antags' jobs.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Kinda weird seeing all antags show up as revs, should make admins' lives
easier.

## About The Pull Request

Was just scrolling through the Paradise github since they seem to have
more work done for 516 to see if there's anything I can port over, found
this and thought why not.

Ports parts of https://github.com/ParadiseSS13/Paradise/pull/25105
Specifically, updaing all hrefs to use the internal ``byond://``, and
adding it to grep.

## Why It's Good For The Game

More work towards 516.

## Changelog

Nothing player-facing.
