Implements https://hackmd.io/@tgstation/SkeUS7lSp , rewriting Dynamic
from the ground-up
- Dynamic configuration is now vastly streamlined, making it far far far
easier to understand and edit
- Threat is gone entirely; round chaos is now determined by dynamic
tiers
- There's 5 dynamic tiers, 0 to 4.
- 0 is a pure greenshift.
- Tiers are just picked via weight - "16% chance of getting a high chaos
round".
- Tiers have min pop ranges. "Tier 4 (high chaos) requires 25 pop to be
selected".
- Tier determines how much of every ruleset is picked. "Tier 4 (High
Chaos) will pick 3-4 roundstart[1], 1-2 light, 1-2 heavy, and 2-3
latejoins".
- The number of rulesets picked depends on how many people are in the
server - this is also configurable[2]. As an example, a tier that
demands "1-3" rulesets will not spawn 3 rulesets if population <= 40 and
will not spawn 2 rulesets if population <= 25.
- Tiers also determine time before light, heavy, and latejoin rulesets
are picked, as well as the cooldown range between spawns. More chaotic
tiers may send midrounds sooner or wait less time between sending them.
- On the ruleset side of things, "requirements", "scaling", and
"enemies" is gone.
- You can configure a ruleset's min pop and weight flat, or per tier.
- For example a ruleset like Obsession is weighted higher for tiers 1-2
and lower for tiers 3-4.
- Rather than scaling up, roundstart rulesets can just be selected
multiple times.
- Rulesets also have `min_antag_cap` and `max_antag_cap`.
`min_antag_cap` determines how many candidates are needed for it to run,
and `max_antag_cap` determines how many candidates are selected.
- Rulesets attempt to run every 2.5 minutes. [3]
- Light rulesets will ALWAYS be picked before heavy rulesets. [4]
- Light injection chance is no longer 100%, heavy injection chance
formula has been simplified.
- Chance simply scales based on number of dead players / total number
off players, with a flag 50% chance if no antags exist. [5]
[1] This does not guarantee you will actually GET 3-4 roundstart
rulesets. If a roundstart ruleset is picked, and it ends up being unable
to execute (such as "not enough candidates", that slot is effectively a
wash.) This might be revisited.
[2] Currently, this is a hard limit - below X pop, you WILL get a
quarter or a half of the rulesets. This might be revisited to just be
weighted - you are just MORE LIKELY to get a quarter or a half.
[3] Little worried about accidentally frontloading everything so we'll
see about this
[4] This may be revisited but in most contexts it seems sensible.
[5] This may also be revisited, I'm not 100% sure what the best / most
simple way to tackle midround chances is.
Other implementation details
- The process of making rulesets has been streamlined as well. Many
rulesets only amount to a definition and `assign_role`.
- Dynamic.json -> Dynamic.toml
- Dynamic event hijacked was ripped out entirely.
- Most midround antag random events are now dynamic rulesets. Fugitives,
Morphs, Slaughter Demons, etc.
- The 1 weight slaughter demon event is gone. RIP in peace.
- There is now a hidden midround event that simply adds +1 latejoin, +1
light, or +1 heavy ruleset.
- `mind.special_role` is dead. Minds have a lazylist of special roles
now but it's essentially only used for traitor panel.
- Revs refactored almost entirely. Revs can now exist without a dynamic
ruleset.
- Cult refactored a tiny bit.
- Antag datums cleaned up.
- Pre round setup is less centralized on Dynamic.
- Admins have a whole panel for interfacing with dynamic. It's pretty
slapdash I'm sure someone could make a nicer looking one.

- Maybe some other things.
See readme for more info.
Will you see a massive change in how rounds play out? My hunch says
rounds will spawn less rulesets on average, but it's ultimately to how
it's configured
🆑 Melbert

## About The Pull Request
This is a remake of:
- #77188
- #86655
Both were DNM'd due to a lack of difficulty requirements for spawning a
singularity as a shuttle event.
---
**No Escape - Final Traitor Objective:**
- Spawns a special singularity beacon, syndicate inducer, and wrench.
- The beacon must be powered with an inducer and planted on the shuttle
to work.
- The beacon slowly increases the chance of a massive STAGE SIX (11x11)
singularity to appear (1% every 8 seconds)
- The beacon can be turned on at any time, but will only increase the
chance while on the shuttle and if it is in transit
- After 5 seconds the crew gets an announcement that a singularity is
approaching and has an extra minute of transit time due to time dilation
- If the beacon is turned off or destroyed it decreases the probability
by the same rate. (-1% every 8 seconds)
- If the beacon is spaced while active it decreases the probability by
x2 rate. (-2% every 8 seconds)
- If the singularity is spawned while the beacon is disabled or spaced,
there is a chance for it to not directly hit the shuttle (but since it's
so big it will likely brush against the side)
To prevent the singularity from instantly appearing and to give the crew
a chance to react, it starts with a negative probability that takes 15
seconds to reach 0%. Deactivating, destroying, or spacing the beacon
will slowly reverse the chance but it's not an instant guarantee. So the
longer you wait to act, the worse your chances are!
I cleaned up quite a bit of the singularity code while I was working on
this.

## Why It's Good For The Game
There have been several attempts to add a singularity shuttle event that
could be triggered but it was deemed too chaotic or the requirements too
easy so they were restricted to admin-only events. Making it a final
traitor objective, sets a high requirement that must be achieved before
activating it as a doomsday event. It also gives the crew a chance to
intervene and stop the event before disaster strikes.
It's similar to a syndicate bomb ticking down while on the shuttle that
serves to be climatic.
## Changelog

add: Add no escape final traitor objective that spawns a stage six
(11x11) singularity shuttle event.

## About The Pull Request
Adds the following new general shuttle events:_
**Hitchhiker**
- 1% chance
- A single assistant in an EVA suit and some PBJs in a suitcase
**Assistant Wave**
- 0.1% chance
- Spawns 10 assistants with internals
- For clarity, they don't get sent to the shuttle, but get launched at
it from space. It's a scuffle of 10 assistants trying to get in without
being spaced or succumbing to the cold/pressure
**Intern Wave**
- Admin only
- Unarmed and armed version
- Spawns centcom interns, with a little announcement to warn they're
coming
I've also fixed projectiles bugging out and admin forced shuttle events
not activating if they were added after the shuttle launched
<details>
<summary>Admin only events added</summary>
**Nukie**
Spawns a single nukie, armed with a shotgun, pistol and edagger.
Basically the deathmatch nukie loadout, you dont want to fight this
**Meaty ores**
Meaty-ores meteors. Have a 4% chance to hit the shuttle, posing a
potential hazard
**3 player controlled fire-sharks**
3 fire sharks controlled by players. Not much to talk about here
**Fireball Wave**
Shoots a wave of fireballs at the shuttle. I think it's cool but
apparently shuttle walls and windows deflect fireballs so it's kind of
moot unless you're outside :/
</details>
## Why It's Good For The Game
The assistant and hitchhiker events are some flavoring that I thought up
a while ago. The Hitchhiker is just intentionally a flavor addition, but
the assistant wave and intern wave can be used by admins to repopulate
or retake the emergency shuttle as well.
## Changelog
🆑
add: Adds an assistant and hitchiker shuttle event, replenishing the
crew mid flight!
admin: Adds two intern wave shuttle events
code: You can now supply shuttle events with outfits!
code: You can now shoot projectiles with the shuttle events!
fix: Fixes projectiles bugging out when fired in shuttle transit space
fix: Fixes admin forced shuttle events not activating when added mid
transit

When I made SSpolling, jlsnow gave me his blessing to delete the orbit
polling component [where you orbit something for 20 seconds before it
chooses a ghost from the orbiters]
It's only used in a few places like soulstones replacing
jobbanned/inactive players, etc.
Also upgraded SSpolling; you can now place a little icon on the sides in
the chat message, chat message looks a lot nicer, the alert pic and the
jump target don't have to be the same anymore, and I made it be able to
pre-pick candidates since 90% of the use cases would just want 1
candidate
Also prints to chat who the chosen one was
Also made slime intelligence potions ask the user for a reason, which
will be displayed in the alert poll
## About The Pull Request
Revived my old PR https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/68901
Replaces the annoying tgui alert popup "Do you want to be X? | Yes | No
| Never for this round" that is hard to read and steals window focus,
with a nice clean alert in the top right that counts down. If it's the
same event/mob they stack with 2x, 3x, etc. It also shows how many
candidates/ghosts are signed up.
The poll alerts have screentips too, they countdown and show if you're
signed up, how many people are signed up, if you chose "never for this
round" (which is cancelable)
## Why It's Good For The Game

Way easier to see what role is available, you get a nice pic of the role
and get it's name in big text, you can cancel "never for this round",
and you can cancel signing up for a role before the timer is up
## Changelog
🆑
refactor: Ghost roles now offer ghosts a clickable poll button. Ghosts
can select a role, deselect it, alt-click it for "Never For This Round",
can cancel "Never", can see the countdown, and can see how many other
people are signed up for the role poll.

## About The Pull Request
Adds a new shuttle event: turbulence.
The escape shuttle is experiencing subspace turbulence, effectively
causing the takeoff/landing buckle check to repeat a couple of times
during the duration of the flight.
Players will get a two second warning when the screen starts shaking,
after which if they are not buckled (or... outside of the shuttle I
guess) they will fall over for a few seconds.
The presence of turbulence in the shuttle's path will be announced
shortly after takeoff, so strap yourself in.
## Why It's Good For The Game
I think it adds a bit of flavour and influences what is going on in the
shuttle (falling over at the wrong moment can turn a scrum over bridge
access on its head) without being quite as disruptive as "there's 13
carp in here now".
## Changelog
🆑
add: Adds a new shuttle event, where space shuttles can experience minor
turbulance. Keep your belt on while the appropriate cabin light is lit.

## About The Pull Request
Using `src` as a trait source is an error and can often lead to
hard-deletes
If you wish to tie a source to a certain datum, it is common to use
`REF(src)` instead.
Ideally, we would lint or test for any use of a reference rather than a
string in use in trait sources, but that's a bit harder to setup.
Currently (from what I can see) the *only* erroneous use of references
as sources are via `src`, so it being the most common error, I see it
fine to lint for it.
## Changelog
Nothing player facing.
## About The Pull Request
This adds a new **Black Hole** admin shuttle event while the escape

## About The Pull Request
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/assets/7501474/a2d83ce8-eba1-42d9-a1f8-9d73f7c40b21
Adds shuttle events! Stuff can now start to happen outside the shuttle,
either benign or spicy (but usually just fun to watch)!
## Why It's Good For The Game
The shuttle escape sequence is an important part of the game, uniting
about every player surviving player. Recently, #71906 has made the
escape sequence more forgiving as well as more interesting by
conditionally doubling the playing field. The area outside the shuttle
is still mostly empty though, except for the few people being spaced,
daredevils and the occasional epic space fight.
This PR adds adds some space events to spice up the outside of the
shuttle! This both gives people something too look at, making the escape
sequence feel less static and more lively, as well as give people a
reason to go outside and get the full experience of ~being decapitated
by a meteor~ swimming with the fishes!
<details>
<summary>Shuttle Events</summary>
**Friendly carp swarm**
Spawns a group of carp that flies past the shuttle, completely friendly
unless provoked.
**Friendly meteors**
Spawns a lot of strong meteors, but they all miss the shuttle.
Completely safe as long as you don't go EVA
**Maintenance debris**
Picks random stuff from the maintenance spawn pool and throws it at the
shuttle. Completely benign, unless you get hit in the head by a toolbox.
Could get you some cool stuff though!
**Dust storm**
Spawns a bunch of dust meteors. Has a rare chance to hit the shuttle,
doing minimal damage but can damage windows and might need inflight
maintenance
**Alien queen**
One in every 250 escapes. Spawns a player controlled alien queen and a
ripley mech. RIP AND TEAR!! Really not that dangerous when you realize
the entire crew is on the shuttle and the queen is fat as fuck, but can
still be fun to throw people around a bit before being torn to shreds.
**ANGRY CARP**
Once in every 500 escapes. Spawns 12 normal carp and 3 big carps, who
may just decide to go through the shuttle or try and bust through the
window if you look at them wrong. Somewhat dangerous, you could stay
away from the windows and try to hide, or more likely shoot at them and
weld the windows
**Fake TTV**
Lol
**Italian Storm**
Once in every 2000 rounds. Throws pasta, pizza and meatballs at the
shuttle. Definitely not me going off the rails with a testing event
**Player controlled carp trio**
Once in every 100 escapes. Spawns three player controlled carp to harass
the shuttle. May rarely be a magicarp, megacarp or chaos carp. I can't
honestly see them do anything other than be annoying for 3 seconds and
die
There are some other admin only ones: a group of passive carps going
directly through the shuttle and just being little shits, and a magic
carp swarm
</details>
Events are selected seperately, there isn't a crazy weighting system,
each just has a chance to run, and multiple could run at once. They also
don't immediately trigger, so people can get settled a bit, and to make
sure just waiting out the more dangerous ones is still a valid strategy.
## Changelog
🆑
add: Adds shuttle events! If shuttle escapes weren't exciting before
(doubtful), they definitely are now! I'm joking it's mostly an
atmosphere thing.
admin: Adds an admin panel to interact with shuttle events, under the
Events tab: Change Shuttle Events
fix: Objects spawned in hyperspace will properly catch hyperspace drift
/🆑
There's a few things I'd like to do later (another PR) (honestly anyone
can do them because I suck at follow-ups), because this is too big as
is:
- Hijack triggered shuttle events
- More events (got a lot of cool suggestions, but I'm putting most of
them on hold)
- Maybe stration announcements if some more dangerous ones get added
- Structures appearing next to the escape shuttle???
