## About The Pull Request
This PR adds the ability to install a B.O.R.I.S. in a circuit that
contains an MMI component. These circuits can then be remotely connected
to by an AI by clicking on them or anything they are inside of. To
indicate that a circuit allows remote AI connection, an indicator is
given to the circuit and anything containing it.
Additionally:
- Refactors the MMI component to use `item_interaction`, since it was
pertinent.
- You cannot insert an MMI/B.O.R.I.S. into a locked circuit.
- You can no longer hotswap MMIs/B.O.R.I.S.es - you must manually eject
the inserted one.
Let me know what changelog labels I should use for the hotswap removal
and the prevention of insertion into locked circuits.
## Why It's Good For The Game
If you can put an MMI or posibrain in a circuit, why not allow an AI to
use it using a B.O.R.I.S.?

Melee attack chain now has a list passed along with it,
`attack_modifiers`, which you can stick force modifiers to change the
resulting attack
This is basically a soft implementation of damage packets until a more
definitive pr, but one that only applies to item attack chain, and not
unarmed attacks.
This change was done to facilitate a baton refactor - batons no longer
hack together their own attack chain, and are now integrated straight
into the real attack chain. This refactor itself was done because batons
don't send any attack signals, which has been annoying in the past (for
swing combat).

count as an attack, when before it was a nothing. Report any oddities,
particularly in regards to harmbatonning vs normal batonning.

Report any strange happenings with damage numbers.
refactor: A few objects have been moved to the new interaction chain -
records consoles, mawed crucible, alien weeds and space vines, hedges,
restaurant portals, and some mobs - to name a few.
fix: Spears only deal bonus damage against secure lockers, not all
closet types (including crates)

Reduces the cooldown from 1 second to 0.1 seconds, still more than
enough to prevent super laggy recursive spam, but short enough not to
impede any legitimate uses of MMI messaging, such as alerts, sensors, or
MMI translators.
## Why It's Good For The Game
What if, completely hypothetically, with no relation to something that
actually happened, and solely as a thought experiment we promise, I was
to have made a circuit with a toggle switch and accompanying alerts for
the MMI inside it to use, where the MMI then proceeded to press said
switch twice within 1 second, thus only receiving one message as to the
state of the switch.
Well, that might make hypothetical me get hyperfixated-ly annoyed at
this very specific gripe, maybe even enough to make a PR addressing it.
(for legal reasons this is not an IDED pr and I reserve the right to
refuse to self incriminate.)
TLDR: 1 second is really long given the main issue with not having a
cooldown is infinite exponential recurrsion.

turns out there's _zero_ cooldown on sending messages to MMI. which can.
uh. lead to an unpleasant experience.

so i added a 1 second cooldown. simple enough.

Makes the code compatible with 515.1594+
Few simple changes and one very painful one.
Let's start with the easy:
* puts call behind `LIBCALL` define, so call_ext is properly used in 515
* Adds `NAMEOF_STATIC(_,X)` macro for nameof in static definitions since
src is now invalid there.
* Fixes tgui and devserver. From 515 onward the tmp3333{procid} cache
directory is not appened to base path in browser controls so we don't
check for it in base js and put the dev server dummy window file in
actual directory not the byond root.
* Renames the few things that had /final/ in typepath to ultimate since
final is a new keyword
And the very painful change:
`.proc/whatever` format is no longer valid, so we're replacing it with
new nameof() function. All this wrapped in three new macros.
`PROC_REF(X)`,`TYPE_PROC_REF(TYPE,X)`,`GLOBAL_PROC_REF(X)`. Global is
not actually necessary but if we get nameof that does not allow globals
it would be nice validation.
This is pretty unwieldy but there's no real alternative.
If you notice anything weird in the commits let me know because majority
was done with regex replace.

Fixes some cases in which actual references were used in trait sources instead of keys (or ref() keys).
This can cause some rare and difficult to find hard deletes.
Trait sources should be a string key relating to the source of it, not an actual reference to what added it. References within trait sources are never handled in Destroy(), because it's not expected behavior, meaning it can cause hanging references.
So, I went through with a regex to find some cases and replaced them.
I used the following and just picked through the few by hand to find erroneous ones.
ADD_TRAIT\(.+, .+, [a-z]+\)
REMOVE_TRAIT_TRAIT\(.+, .+, [a-z]+\)

Less hard deletes, probably.

Title. The clickon proc calls params2list only after the component signal was sent notwhitstanding clickon comsig procs also needing to access these parameters in order to work properly, which means every one of these comsig procs has its own params2list(params) call. This problem isn't exlusive to these comsig procs. For some reason the params text string is passed down to the melee click chain, afterattack and afterattack_secondary instead of the params/modifiers list... buuut we'll get there later. TL;DR params2list is being called more times than necessary because of a suboptimal old code.
Another issue: Some of these comsig procs ignore parameters such as shift, which is used to examinate things and access popup menus, alt, ctrl and/or middle mouse button. This is the case of the honorbound mutation datum, shy and shy in room components, mechas and the clown car. This is of course also getting fixed.
Components like the MMI one can't be added to circuits more than once since they may register signals with same proctype and similar things which make for some tangled up race conditions if more than one is present.
Unfortunately this safety can be bypassed - with little gain alas, an MMI can't be inserted by attacking the component with it. it needs a shell - by using a module component. That's no good. So I'm adding a flag that can be used to stop certain components from being added to module components.

Adds the MMI component which outputs signals whenever they click somewhere/try to move.
Allows inputting signals into ports, making it easier to debug integrated components.
