## Why It's Good For The Game

This folder is so disorganized that it's vomit inducing, will make it
easier to find and add new sounds, providng a minor structure to the
sound folder.

a4328ae1f9 Audits tgui_input_text() for length issues (#86741)
Fixes #86784

## About The Pull Request

Although some of the issues found were a direct result from #86692
(c698196766), there was still 40% of
length-related issues that wouldn't be covered anyways that are fixed in
this PR. I.E.:

* Name inputs without `MAX_NAME_LEN`
* Desc inputs without `MAX_DESC_LEN`
* Plaque inputs without `MAX_PLAQUE_LEN`
* Some people just screwed up the arguments so it would prefill
something like "40" in the `default` var because they didn't name their
vars.

To help me audit I added a lot of `max_length` named arguments to help
people understand it better. I think it might be kinder to have a
wrapper that handles adding `MAX_MESSAGE_LEN` in a lot of these cases
but I think there is some reason for a coder to be cognitive about input
texts? Let me know what you think. I didn't update anything
admin-related from what I can recall, let me know if anything needs to
be unlimited again.
## Why It's Good For The Game

The change to `INFINITY` notwithstanding, there were still an abundance
of issues that we needed to check up on. A lot of these are filtered on
down the line but it is clear that there needs to be something to catch
these issues. Maybe we could lint to make `max_length` a mandatory
argument? I don't know if that's necessary at all but I think that the
limit should be set by the invoker due to the wide arrangement of cases
that this proc could be used in.

This could all be a big nothingburger if the aforementioned PR is
reverted but a big chunk of cases fixed in this PR need to be fixed
regardless of that since people could put in 1024 character names for
stuff like guardians (or more now with the change). Consider this
"revert agnostic".
## Changelog
🆑
fix: A lot of instances where you could fill in 1024-character names
(normal limit is 42) have been patched out, along with too-long plaque
names, too-long descriptions, and more.

8486f2f7e2 Storage / table interactions at the bottom of the interaction chain (#85512)
Because the wings were in fact made of wax

## About The Pull Request

Storage goes to the very bottom of the interaction chain, hardcoded in
on `/atom`.
This is not preferred, obviously, but it ends up being a lot less
snowflaking overall.

Tables also go at the very bottom by extending `base_item_interaction`.

Fixes #83742
Fixes #84434
Fixes #83982
Fixes #85516
Fixes #84990
Fixes #84890
Closes #85036
Closes #84025 (RMB places it on the table.)
Closes #86616

Other changes:

Refactored pod storage to be less jank. Patches some exploits around it.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Should make a lot more interactions a lot more reliable... hopefully

## Changelog

🆑 Melbert
refactor: Storage and Tables are now a lower priority action, meaning
some uses of items on storage should work... better, now. Here's hoping
at least, report any oddities.
refactor: Note: For an overwhelming majority of items, **combat mode**
will attempt to attack/insert into the target, while **non-combat-mode**
will attempt to use on a target. This means screwdrivering or emagging a
MODsuit must be done on non-combat-mode, as combat mode will simply put
the screwdriver or emag into its storage. Same applies to tables, though
when in doubt, RMB may help (for things which are also weapons, like
mops).
refactor: Refactored escape pod storage, now they actually properly show
as unlocked on red alert and above.

10c2b7364e The fishening v3: Fishing lures. (#86007)
## About The Pull Request
Over half of the line changes are merely from splitting the
fish_types.dm into several files since it was over 1k lines already.

One of the small issues with fishing right now is RNG. You want to get
some specific fish, and you go through all the micromanaging with hooks,
reels and baits only for the random number god to say "nope", and that's
only going to get worse the more fish are in the game.

However, I've a solution: (unconsumable/reusable) fishing lures, each of
which attracts different fish based on different conditions. The only
caveat is that they require to be spun at set intervals (usually 1 to 3
seconds, depending on the lure, with a second-long window). Worry not,
there're visual cues in the form of a green/red light hovering the
fishing float, so you won't get screwed up by the server slowing down or
whatever.
The whole box of lures (12 so far) can be from cargo for the fair price
of 450 credits.

I've also added 5 new fish: monkfish, plaice, pike, another punnier
variant of the pike, perch and squid. The latter is quite special
because of the ink production trait, which lets players use it to blind
others at a close range and when butchered, it yields an ink sac, which
can be processed into a can of squid ink (one less item exclusive to the
produce console), or thrown at people in a sort-of-similar fashion of
banana cream pies (except it's ink).

A few more things in the CL, baitfish are a thing now.

## Why It's Good For The Game
There should be ways to contrast some of the RNG fishing has. After all,
it's only going to get more random the more fish are in the game.
Furthermore, I find it disappointing that a lot of food stuff is
exclusive to the ingredients console and there're no other ways to get
it.

## Changelog

🆑
add: Added fishing lures to the game. They don't get used up like baits
and let you catch specific kinds of fish, though they need to be spun
every few seconds. The whole set can be ordered from cargo for 450
credits.
balance: The magnet hook now removes dud chances.
add: Added five new fish types: perch, two types of pike, monkfish,
plaice and squid. Squids have a fairly special ink production trait,
which lets you use them (unless dead) to ink people face at close range,
and can be butchered for an ink sac, which can either be processed into
canned squid ink, or thrown at someone.
fix: Refactored throwing a little. Some items (specifically
components/elements) won't be triggered when caught. no more plates
shattering despite being caught for example.
add: Goldfish, lavaloops, needlefish and armorfish can now be used as
baits.

2965913176 Introduces the ability to send legally distinct spam mail over fax (and cookies, please accept them) (#86069)
## About The Pull Request

I joked about faxing spam (the food), and later cookies, and then
remembered the hacked input servos and made this pr.
This just adds slices of chap and cookies to the list of items that can
be faxed by fax machines with hacked input servos.
## Why It's Good For The Game

They're flat shapes like the other exotic fax items, and most
importantly I think it's incredibly funny to send spam (chap, the food,
legally distinct) over the fax. Same with cookies, accept cookies joke.
## Changelog

balance: Fax machines with hacked input servos can now send chap slices
and cookies. Please accept them.

73081bcff0 Add messages (paper, photos, cash) in bottles. (#85703)
## About The Pull Request
This PR adds a new persistent feature: message inside bottles. These are
basically glass bottles with inside a piece of paper, a photo or space
cash (no holocredits, and most bills rarely go over 1000 credits anyway)
from a previous round, which can be fished at the beach, or from the
relative fishing portals.

Each piece of written paper or photo that isn't map-loaded has a roughly
a 0.2% chance to be added to the message bottles database at the end of
the round. However, you can also manually toss a glass bottle with
inside a paper/photo/bill into the ocean (or a fishing portal generator
with the ocean/beach module loaded) for guaranteed results.

The bottles are removed from the database once fished up by the by,
unless tossed back into the ocean.

I've also offset a couple bottle sprites that weren't properly aligned
(for the message overlays).

TODO:
- [x] add a couple (20 prob or less) message bottle spawners to the
beach away mission or something.
- [x] add a few sounds for adding and removing the message from the
bottle. (pickup/drop sounds already handle that)
- [x] test it properly.

## Why It's Good For The Game
I think it'd be neat to have a way to send photos, snarky "seek grass"
messages, as well as the occasional financial aid to future players, and
furthermore, another thing to tie fishing to.

## Changelog

🆑
add: You can place papers, photos and cash bills (no holochips) inside
bottles and then toss them into the ocean (or fishing portal gen with
relative settings) with right-click, for others to fish them up on
future rounds.

1880003270 Reworks silicon/ai access checking & fixes some ui_act's (#84964)
## About The Pull Request

Currently to check for Silicon access, we do:
``if is silicon or is admin ghost or has unlimited silicon privileges or
has machine remote in hand``
What has unlimited silicon privileges? Bots, Drones, and admin ghosts.
To check for AI access, it just checks for AI instead of silicon, and
doesnt check for unlimited silicon privileges.

This was kinda silly, so I thought I should make this a little easier to
understand.
Now all silicon/ai traits come from ``AI_ACCESS_TRAIT`` or
``SILICON_ACCESS_TRAIT``. I made a single exception to keep Admin ghost,
since now instead of being a var on the client, we moved it to using the
same trait but giving it to the client instead, but since we have to
keep parity with previous functionality (admins can spawn in and not
have this on, it only works while as a ghost), I kept previous checks as
well.

No more type checks, removes a silly var on the mob level and another on
the client.

Now while I was doing this, I found a lot of tgui's ``ui_act`` still
uses ``usr`` and the wrong args, so I fixed those wherever I saw them,
and used a mass replace for the args.

Other changes:

- machinery's ``ui_act`` from
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/81250 had ``isAI`` replaced
with ``HAS_AI_ACCESS``, this has been reverted. Machine wands and admin
ghosts no longer get kicked off things not on cameras. This was my
fault, I overlooked this when adding Human AI.
- Human AI's wand gives AI control as long as it's in your hand, you can
swap to your offhand. I hope this doesn't end up going horribly,
otherwise I'll revert this part. It should let human AIs not have their
UI closed on them when swapping to eat food or use their door wand or
whatnot.
- Bots previously had special checks to scan reagents and be
unobservant, I replaced this with giving them the trait. I also fixed an
instance of unobservant not being used, so now statues don't affect the
basic creature, whatever that is.

## Why It's Good For The Game

This is an easier to understand way of handling silicon access and makes
these mobs more consistent between eachother.
Other than what I've mentioned above, this should have no impact on
gameplay itself.

## Changelog

🆑
fix: Statues don't count as eyes to creatures.
fix: Human AIs and Admin ghosts no longer get kicked off of machines
that aren't on cameranets.

4b4e9dff1d Wallening [IDB IGNORE] [MDB IGNORE] (#85491)
## What's going on here

Kept you waitin huh!

This pr resprites most all walls, windows and other "wall adjacent"
things to a 3/4th perspective, technical term is "tall" walls (we are
very smart).

If you're trying to understand the technical details here, much of the
"rendering tech" is built off the idea of split-vis. Basically, split a
sprite up and render it on adjacent turfs, to prevent seeing "through"
walls/doors, and to support seeing "edges" without actually seeing the
atom itself.

Most of the rest of it is pipelining done to accommodate how icons are
cut.

## Path To Merge

Almost* all sprites and code is done at this point.
There are some things missing both on and off the bounty list, but that
will be the case forever unless we force upstream (you guys) to stop
adding new shit that doesn't fit the style.
I plan on accepting and integrating prs to the current working repo
<https://github.com/wall-nerds/wallening> up until a merge, to make
contribution simpler and allow things like bounties to close out more
easily

This pr is quite bulky, even stripping away map changes it's maybe 7000
LOC (We have a few maps that were modified with UpdatePaths, I am also
tentatively pring our test map, for future use.)
This may inhibit proper review, although that is part of why I am
willing to make it despite my perfectionism. Apologies in advance.

Due to the perspective shift, a lot of mapping work is going to need to
be done at some point. This comes in varying levels of priority. Many
wallmounts are offset by hand, some are stuck in the wall/basically
cannot be placed on the east/west/north edges of walls (posters), some
just don't look great good in their current position.

Tests are currently a minor bit yorked, I thought it was more important
to get this up then to clean them fully.

## What does it look like?

<summary>Historical Mumbojumbo</summary>

I am gonna do my best to document how this project came to be. I am
operating off third party info and half remembered details, so if I'm
wrong please yell at me.

This project started sometime in late 2020, as a product of Rohesie
trying to integrate and make easier work from Mojave Sun (A recently
defunct fallout server) with /tg/.

Mojave Sun (Apparently this was LITERALLY JUST infrared baron, that man
is insane) was working with tall walls, IE walls that are 48px tall
instead of the normal 32. This was I THINK done based off a technical
prototype from aao7 proving A it was possible and B it didn't look like
dogwater.

This alongside oranges begging the art team for 3/4th walls (he meant
TGMC style) lead to Rohesie bringing on contributors from general /tg/,
including actionninja who would eventually take over as technical lead
and Kryson, who would define /tg/'s version of the artstyle. Much of the
formative aspects of this project are their work.

The project was coming along pretty well for a few months, but ran into
serious technical issues with `SIDE_MAP`, a byond map_format that allows
for simpler 3/4th rendering.
Due to BULLSHIT I will not detail here, the map format caused issues
both at random with flickering and heavily with multiz.

Concurrent with this, action stepped down after hacking out the
rendering tech and starting work on an icon cutter that would allow for
simpler icon generation, leaving ninjanomnom to manage the project.

Some time passed, and the project stalled out due to the technical
issues. Eventually I built a test case for the issues we had with
`SIDE_MAP` and convinced lummox jr (byond's developer) to explain how
the fuckin thing actually worked. This understanding made the project
theoretically possible, but did not resolve the problems with multi-z.
Resolving those required a full rework of how rendering like, worked. I
(alongside tattle) took over project development from ninjanomnom at
this time, and started work on Plane Cube (#69115), which when finished
would finally make the project technically feasible.

The time between then and now has been slow, progressive work. Many many
artists and technical folks have dumped their time into this (as you can
see from the credits). I will get into this more below but I would like
to explicitly thank (in no particular order) tattle, draco, arcanemusic,
actionninja, imaginos, viro and kylerace for keeping the project alive
in this time period. I would have curled up into a ball and died if I
had to do this all myself, your help has been indispensable.

<summary>Detailed Credits</summary>

Deep apologies if I have forgotten someone (I am sure I have, if someone
is you please contact me). I've done my best to collate from the git
log/my memory.

Thanks to (In no particular order):
Raccoff: Being funny to bully, creating threshold decals for airlocks
aa07: (I think) inspiring the project
ActionNinja: Laying the technical rock we build off, supporting me
despite byond trying to kill him, building the icon cutter that makes
this possible
ArcaneMusic: Artistic and technical work spanning from the project's
start to literally today, being a constant of motivation and positivity.
I can't list all the stuff he's done
Armhulen: Key rendering work (he's the reason thindows render right), an
upbeat personality and a kick in the ass. Love you arm
Azlan: Damn cool sprites, consistently
Ben10Omintrix: You know ben showed up just to make basic mobs work, he's
just fuckin like that man
BigBimmer: A large amount of bounty work, alongside just like, throwing
shit around. An absolute joy to work with
Capsandi: Plaques, blastdoors, artistic work early on
CapybaraExtravagante: Rendering work on wall frames
Draco: SO MUCH STUFF. Much of the spritework done over the past two
years is his, constantly engaged and will take on anything. I would have
given up if not for you
Floyd: Early rendering work, so early I don't even know the details.
Enjoy freedom brother
Imaginos16: A guiding hand through the middle years, handled much of the
sprite review and contribution for a good bit there
Iamgoofball: A dedication to detail and aesthetic goals, spends a lot of
effort dissecting feedback with a focus on making things as good as they
can be at the jump
Infrared: Part of the impetus for the project, made all the xenomorph
stuff in the MS style
Jacquerel: A bunch of little upkeep/technical things, has done so much
sprite gruntwork (WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PAINTING TYPES)
Justice12354: Solved a bunch of error sprites (and worked out how to
actually make prs to the project) Thanks bro!
Kryson: Built the artstyle of the project, carrying on for years even
when it was technically dying, only stopping to casually beat cancer. So
much of our style and art is Kryson
KylerAce: Handled annoying technical stuff for me, built window frame
logic and fully got rid of grilles.
LemonInTheDark: Rendering dirtywork, project management and just so much
fucking time in dreammaker editing sprites
Meyhazah: Table buttons, brass windows and alll the old style doors
Mothblocks: Has provided constant support, gave me a deadline and
motivation, erased worries about "it not being done", gave just SO much
money to fill in the critical holes in sprites. Thanks moth
MTandi: Contributed art despite his own blackjack and hookers club
opening right down the road, I'm sorry I rolled over some of your
sprites man I wish we had finished earlier
Ninjanomnomnom: Consulted on gags issues, kept things alive through some
truly shit times
oranges: This is his fault
Rohesie: Organized the effort, did much of the initial like, proof of
concept stuff. I hope you're doin well whatever you're up to.
san7890: Consulting on mapper UX/design problems, being my pet mapper
Senefi: Offsetting items with a focus on detail/the more unused
canidates
SimplyLogan: Detailed map work and mapper feedback, personally very kind
even if we end up talking past each other sometimes. Thank you!
SpaceSmithers: Just like, random mapping support out of nowhere, and
bein a straight up cool dude
Tattle: A bunch of misc project management stuff, organizing the
discord, managing the test server, dealing with all the mapping bullshit
for me, being my backup in case of bus. I know you think you didn't do
much but your presence and work have been a great help
Thunder12345: Came out of nowhere and just so much of the random
bounties, I'm kind of upset about how much we paid him
Time-Green: I hooked him in by fucking with stuff he made and now he's
just doin shit, thanks for helping out man!
Twaticus: Provided artistic feedback and authority for my poor feeble
coder brain, believed in the project for YEARS, was a constant source of
❤️ and affirmation
unit0016: I have no god damn idea who she is, popped out of nowhere on
the github one day and dealt with a bunch of annoying
rendering/refactoring. Godspeed random furry thank you for all your
effort and issue reports
Viro: A bunch of detailed spriting moving towards 3/4ths, both on and
off the wallening fork. If anyone believed this project would be done,
it was viro
Wallem: Artistic review and consultation, was my go-to guy for a long
time when the other two spritetainers were inactive
Waltermeldon: Cracked out a bunch of rendering work, he's the reason
windows look like not dogwater. Alongside floyd and action spent a TON
of time speaking to lummox/unearthing how byond rendering worked trying
to make this thing happen
ZephyrTFA: Added directional airlock helpers, dealt with a big fuckin
bugaboo that was living in my brain like it was nothing. Love you
brother

And finally:
The Mojave Sun development team. They provided a testbed for the idea,
committed hundreds and hundreds of hours to the artstyle, and were a
large reason we caught issues early enough to meaningfully deal with
them. Your work is a testament to what longterm effort and deep detailed
care produce. I hope you're doing well whatever you're up to. Go out
with a bang!

## About The Pull Request
- New photocopier UI, more informative, user-friendly, with search and

- You can now print several copies of blanks at once. I personally don't
understand why limit was set to 1 form to print. It is easier to print

b6c84135c3 Refactors embedding to use datums instead of storing data in bespoke elements (#84599)
## About The Pull Request

This refactors embedding elements to make them use singleton datums
(similarly to armor) instead being bespoke and creating a new element
every time armor values are supposed to be adjusted.
Default values have been removed from defines due to now being declared
in base class itself.
Additionally fixes vending machines and tackling gloves setting
generated shards (which they instantly embed into their victim) embed
properties to null after running the embedding code, despite said shards
having non-null embedding values by default, making them not be able to
embed into anyone else, also potentially breaking the pain/jostling code
if they somehow get updated.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Current embedding system is an unnecessarily complicated mess as bespoke
elements are hard to work with, and creating a new element every time
you change values is hacky at best. This change should make it easier to
read and work with.

## Changelog

b6369a47b4 Mouse drag & drop refactored attack chain (#83690)
## About The Pull Request
Mouse drag & drop has been refactored into its own attack chain. The
flowchart below summarizes it

![Flowchart](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/assets/110812394/d92047ff-d94c-44a6-9e87-354c3d525021)

Brief summary of each proc is as follows

**1. `atom/MouseDrop()`**
- It is now non overridable. No subtype should ever touch this proc
because it performs 2 basic checks

a) Measures the time between mouse down & mouse release. If its less
than `LENIENCY_TIME`(0.1 seconds) then the operation is not considered a
drag but a simple click

b) Measures the distance squared between the drag start & end point. If
its less than `LENIENCY_DISTANCE`(16 pixels screen space) then the drag
is considered too small and is discarded

- These 2 sanity checks for drag & drop are applied across all
operations without fail

**2. `atom/base_mouse_drop_handler()`**
- This is where atoms handle mouse drag & drop inside the world. Ideally
it is non overridable in most cases because it also performs 2 checks
- Is the dragged object & the drop target adjacent to the player?.
Screen elements always return true for this case

- Additional checks can be enforced by `can_perform_action()` done only
on the dragged object. It uses the combined flags of
`interaction_flags_mouse_drop` for both the dragged object & drop target
to determine if the operation is feasible.

We do this only on the dragged object because if both the dragged object
& drop target are adjacent to the player then `can_perform_action()`
will return the same results when done on either object so it makes no
difference.

Checks can be bypassed via the `IGNORE_MOUSE_DROP_CHECKS` which is used
by huds & screen elements or in case you want to implement your own
unique checks

**3. `atom/mouse_drop_dragged()`**
- Called on the object that is being dragged, drop target passed here as
well, subtypes do their stuff here
- `COMSIG_MOUSEDROP_ONTO` is sent afterwards. It does not require
subtypes to call their parent proc

**4. `atom/mouse_drop_receive()`**
- Called on the drop target that is receiving the dragged object,
subtypes do their stuff here
- `COMSIG_MOUSEDROPPED_ONTO` is sent afterwards. It does not require
subtypes to call their parent proc

## Why It's Good For The Game
Implements basic sanity checks across all drag & drop operations. Allows
us to reduce code like this

8c8311e624/code/game/machinery/dna_scanner.dm (L144-L145)

Into this

```
if(!iscarbon(target))
	return
```

I'm tired of seeing this code pattern `!Adjacent(user) ||
!user.Adjacent(target)` copy pasted all over the place. Let's just write
that at the atom level & be done with it

ff6b41aa07 Afterattack is dead, long live Afterattack (#83818)
## About The Pull Request

- Afterattack is a very simple proc now: All it does is this, and all
it's used for is for having a convenient place to put effects an item
does after a successful attack (IE, the attack was not blocked)

![image](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/assets/51863163/1e70f7be-0990-4827-a60a-0c9dd0e0ee49)

- An overwhelming majority of afterattack implementations have been
moved to `interact_with_atom` or the new `ranged_interact_with_atom`

I have manually tested many of the refactored procs but there was 200+
so it's kinda hard

## Why It's Good For The Game

Afterattack is one of the worst parts of the attack chain, as it
simultaneously serves as a way of doing random interactions NOT AT ALL
related to attacks (despite the name) while ALSO serving as the defacto
way to do a ranged interaction with an item

This means careless coders (most of them) may throw stuff in afterattack
without realizing how wide reaching it is, which causes bugs. By making
two well defined, separate procs for handing adjacent vs ranged
interactions, it becomes WAY WAY WAY more easy to develop for.

If you want to do something when you click on something else and you're
adjacent, use `interact_with_atom`
If you want to do something when you click on something else and you're
not adjacent, use 'ranged_interact_with_atom`

This does result in some instances of boilerplate as shown here:

![image](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/assets/51863163/a7e469dd-115e-4e5b-88e0-0c664619c878)

But I think it's acceptable, feel free to oppose if you don't I'm sure
we can think of another solution

~~Additionally it makes it easier to implement swing combat. That's a
bonus I guess~~

## Changelog

newer, easier-to-use system. Report any oddities with using items on
other objects you may see (such as surgery, reagent containers like cups
and spray bottles, or construction devices), especially using something
at range (such as guns or chisels)
refactor: Item-On-Modsuit interactions have changed slightly. While on
combat mode, you will attempt to "use" the item on the suit instead of
inserting it into the suit's storage. This means being on combat mode
while the suit's panel is open will block you from inserting items
entirely via click (but other methods such as hotkey, clicking on the
storage boxes, and mousedrop will still work).
refactor: The detective's scanner will now be inserted into storage
items if clicked normally, and will scan the storage item if on combat

9087058694 Makes the Clown Stamp give out clown cells (#83585)
## About The Pull Request

This PR makes it so swabbing the clown's stamp also gives clown cells
for Cytology.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Right now for these cell lines you either need to swab the clown's
shoes, clothes or mask - items that many clowns won't be too happy to
part with, even if for a few seconds. Furthermore it means you only get
3 tries to get the cell line you want, alongside having a chance of
having all of the cell lines rather than just two (making the process a
lot more harder if i does happen).

Letting the stamp give out cells both makes getting a single petri dish
faster ("Clown give me the stamp" "K") but also means if you're going
for one specific cell line you have more chances to get it, making the
whole process of getting experimental clowns faster and more reliable
overall.

5e568288f4 Refactor renaming UNIQUE_RENAME items from the pen to an element (#82491)
## About The Pull Request

So a bit ago someone in code_general wanted to make plushies renamable,
but learnt that just adding the `UNIQUE_RENAME` flag wouldn't work as
pens would murder the plushie and only THEN let you rename it. I noted
refactoring both pens and plushies to use the new
`item_interaction(...)` procs would Just Solve This, but, well, they
didn't really have any coding experience.

But, hey, renaming being hardcoded to the pens has annoyed me ever since
I laid my eyes upon the hot mess that is paperwork code.
So here we are!

### We're making it an element.

There's not really much to this, this is mostly the same code but moved
to an element and with some minor cleanups.

First, we move it all from `/obj/item/pen` to a new element we called
`/datum/element/tool_renaming`. With this, instead of having it proc on
`/obj/item/pen/afterattack(...)`, we register it to proc on the
`COMSIG_ITEM_INTERACTING_WITH_ATOM` signal.

6e36ed9840/code/__DEFINES/dcs/signals/signals_atom/signals_atom_x_act.dm (L59-L62)
Secondly, we realize the code is just going through each if statement
regardless of whether the previous was correct.

6e36ed9840/code/modules/paperwork/pen.dm (L225-L258)
And, as we're dealing with text, just make it a switch statement
instead.
```dm
switch(pen_choice)
		if("Rename")
			(...)
		if("Description")
			(...)
		if("Reset")
			(...)
```
Then, we replace all single letter variables with descriptive ones,
replace the if-elses with early returns, and make it actually return
item interaction flags.

Finally, we slap this onto the pen, and we're done.
Now we can slap it onto other fitting renaming tools, and it uses the
proper item interaction system.
## Why It's Good For The Game

I feel it's generally better to not hardcode this to just pens, we have
plenty other writing utensils and possible renaming tools.
It's also a bit cleaner than before.
Apart from that, moves it from using `afterattack(...)` to the proper
item interaction chain by using `COMSIG_ITEM_INTERACTING_WITH_ATOM`,
which should reduce janky interactions.
## Changelog
🆑

the same, but please report it if you find any items that were renamable

6dc40ca522 Standardizes object deconstruction throughout the codebase. (#82280)
## About The Pull Request
When it comes to deconstructing an object we have `proc/deconstruct()` &
`NO_DECONSTRUCT`

Lets talk about the flag first.

**Problems with `NO_DECONSTRUCTION`**
I know what the comment says on what it should do

b5593bc693/code/__DEFINES/obj_flags.dm (L18)

But everywhere people have decided to give their own meaning/definition
to this flag. Here are some examples on how this flag is used

**1. Make the object just disappear(not drop anything) when
deconstructed**
This is by far the largest use case everywhere. If an object is
deconstructed(either via tools or smashed apart) then if it has this
flag it should not drop any of its contents but just disappear. You have
seen this code pattern used everywhere

b5593bc693/code/game/machinery/constructable_frame.dm (L26-L31)

This behaviour is then leveraged by 2 important components.

When an object is frozen, if it is deconstructed it should just
disappear without leaving any traces behind

b5593bc693/code/datums/elements/frozen.dm (L66-L67)

By hologram objects. Obviously if you destroy an hologram nothing real
should drop out

b5593bc693/code/modules/holodeck/computer.dm (L301-L304)

And there are other use cases as well but we won't go into them as they
aren't as significant as these.

**2. To stop an object from being wrenched ??**
Yeah this one is weird. Like why? I understand in some instances (chair,
table, rack etc) a wrench can be used to deconstruct a object so using
the flag there to stop it from happening makes sense but why can't we
even anchor an object just because of this flag?

b5593bc693/code/game/objects/objs.dm (L368-L369)
This is one of those instances where somebody just decided this
behaviour for their own convenience just like the above example with no
explanation as to why

**3. To stop using tools to deconstruct the object**
This was the original intent of the flag but it is enforced in few
places far & between. One example is when deconstructing the a machine
via crowbar.

b5593bc693/code/game/machinery/_machinery.dm (L811)

But machines are a special dual use case for this flag. Because if you
look at its deconstruct proc the flag also prevents the machine from
spawning a frame.

b5593bc693/code/game/machinery/_machinery.dm (L820-L822)

How can 1 flag serve 2 purposes within the same type?

**4. Simply forget to check for this flag altogether**
Yup if you find this flag not doing its job for some objects don't be
surprised. People & sometimes even maintainers just forget that it even
exists

b5593bc693/code/game/objects/items/piggy_bank.dm (L66-L67)

**Solution**
These are the main examples i found. As you can see the same flag can
perform 2 different functions within the same type and do something else
in a different object & in some instances don't even work cause people
just forget, etc.

In order to bring consistency to this flag we need to move it to the
atom level where it means the same thing everywhere. Where in the atom
you may ask? .Well, I'll just post what MrMelbert said in
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/81656#discussion_r1503086862

> ...Ideally the .deconstruct call would handle NO_DECONSTRUCTION
handling as it wants,

Yup that's the ideal case now. This flag is checked directly in
`deconstruct()`. Now like i said we want to give a universal definition
to this flag and as you have seen from my examples it is used in 3 cases
1) Make an object disappear(doesn't dropping anything) when
deconstructed
2) Stop it from being wrenched
3) Stop it from being deconstructed via tools

We can't enforce points 2 & 3 inside `deconstruct()` which leaves us
with only case 1) i.e. make the object disappear. And that's what i have
done. Therefore after more than a decade or since this flag got
introduced `NO_DECONSTRUCT` now has a new definition as of 2024

_"Make an object disappear(don't dropping anything) when deconstructed
either via tools or forcefully smashed apart"_

Now i very well understand this will open up bugs in places where cases
2 & 3 are required but its worth it. In fact they could even be qol
changes for all we know so who knows it might even benefit us but for
now we need to give a universal definition to this flag to bring some
consistency & that's what this PR does.

**Problem with deconstruct()**
This proc actually sends out a signal which is currently used by the
material container but could be used by other objects later on.

3e84c3e6da/code/game/objects/obj_defense.dm (L160)

So objects that override this proc should call its parent. Sadly that
isn't the case in many instances like such

3e84c3e6da/code/game/machinery/deployable.dm (L20-L23)

Instead of `return ..()` which would delete the object & send the signal
it deletes the object directly thus the signal never gets sent.

**Solution**
Make this proc non overridable. For objects to add their own custom
deconstruction behaviour a new proc has been introduced
`atom_deconstruct()` Subtypes should now override this proc to handle
object deconstruction.

If objects have certain important stuff inside them (like mobs in
machines for example) they want to drop by handling `NO_DECONSTRUCT`
flag in a more carefully customized way they can do this by overriding
`handle_deconstruct()` which by default delegates to
`atom_deconstruct()` if the `NO_DECONSTRUCT` flag is absent. This proc
will allow you to handle the flag in a more customized way if you ever
need to.

## Why It's Good For The Game
1) I'm goanna post the full comment from MrMelbert
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/81656#discussion_r1503086862

> ...Ideally the .deconstruct call would handle NO_DECONSTRUCTION
handling as it wants, but there's a shocking lack of consistency around
NO_DECONSTRUCTION, where some objects treat it as "allow deconstruction,
but make it drop no parts" and others simply "disallow deconstruction at
all"

This PR now makes `NO_DECONSTRUCTION` handled by `deconstruct()` & gives
this flag the consistency it deserves. Not to mention as shown in case 4
there are objects that simply forgot to check for this flag. Now it
applies for those missing instances as well.

2) No more copying pasting the most overused code pattern in this code
base history `if(obj_flags & NO_DECONSTRUCTION)`. Just makes code
cleaner everywhere

3) All objects now send the `COMSIG_OBJ_DECONSTRUCT` signal on object
deconstruction which is now available for use should you need it

0946e65da3 Hand label refactor / Adds hand label visuals (#82112)
## About The Pull Request

Inspired by #82099

- Hand labels now has a small visual associated.
- Hand labels now function like stickers, meaning burning temperatures

- General refactor of hand labels. Hand labeler now uses the new

## Why It's Good For The Game

I thought it'd be a nice small touch to show visually when things are
labelled, so you can tell at a glance rather than needing to examine (or

ef714c1c34 Overlay Lighting Color/Intensity Pass (#81425)
## About The Pull Request

I was looking at screenshots of the game and realized we had a lot of
light sources that were really... flat.

Medium intensity, not colored at all, cringe.

So I went over all the uses of overlay styled lighting (since I've done
matrix lighting already) and gave them more unique features. Colors that
match the sprite they're used with, intensity to produce vibes, that
sort of thing.

It's kinda impossible to go one by one cause there's a LOT.

I may have gone a bit overboard with a few, I'm messing around with some
things like giving bots colors based off their department, etc. We'll
see how this all turns out.

Oh also I tweaked how the cone of overlay lighting is drawn. It seemed a
bit too present to me so I dropped the alpha down from like 200 to 120
at max (so it's roughly half of the mask's alpha so it's less
overwhelming

## Why It's Good For The Game

Lighting should be impactful, subtle and colorful

9ac81e1a64 New station trait job: Human AI (#81681)
## About The Pull Request

This PR does many things, I'll try to explain the basic/background stuff
to the main thing first:

1. Adds a new remote that allows a human to function like an AI. It
controls a fly that will fly around the station slowly, and when it
reaches a machine then the person can interact with it as if they were
an AI. This required changing a lot of silicon/AI checks with one that
also checks for this remote, and some messing with shared ui state.
2. Moves req_access from the obj and bot to ``/atom/movable`` which lets
it be shared between the two, no more copy-paste and one side lacking
features/checks/signals the other has.
3. Adds a check for AI config for AI-related station traits, which was
lacking prior

Now for the good part...
Adds a new station trait that replaces the AI with a Human.
This person is equipped with an AI headset (including Binary), an
advanced camera console, an omni door wand, the machine controller, and
their laws.
They are immune to the SAT's turrets (even if set to target borgs) and
are slow outside of the SAT, mimicing the actions of the AI.

They interact with the world through their advanced camera console,
which allows them to do most AI stuff needed, and the holopad they can
connect to without having to ring first (like Command can).

They are given a paper with the laws they must follow, but since they
are human they are able to bend it. Cyborgs that run the default lawset
are "slaved" to them via an unremovable law 0, so the Human AI can bend
the laws if they really need to (for their own survival n such), and
make the cyborgs obey their commands above laws, but in general this
shouldn't be a frequent occurrence. This does take into account the
unique AI trait, so it's not guaranteed Asimov.

When this station trait rolls, all Intellicards, AI uploads, and AI core
boards are destroyed and are unresearchable. They can be spawned by
admins in-game if necessary. Maybe in the future we can also exclude
Oldstation from this but I haven't really decided.

Extra perks:

Human AI spawns with a Robotic voicebox (unless they are a body purist)
and teleport blocking implant, so they can't use teleporters to bypass
their on-station slowdown.
They also have an infinite laser pointer that can be used to blind
through their camera console. This is unfortunately nerfed from the
recent borg balance PR that removed its stun. This was meant to be the
alternative to no longer being able to permanently lock borgs down like
AIs can (or more than one, for that matter).
They aren't affected by Roburgers, Acid, and Fuel's toxicity.
Bots salute them like they do Beepsky (which is now a trait)
They spawn with SyndEye to replace the AI's tracking ability
They do not have a bank account

### The machine remote

The machine remote has a little fly in it that flies to the machines it
is pointed to, working as the arms and legs of the Human AI. It scans
the machine and punches in the action the AI does, and is how the AI
accesses basically anything. This fly slowly moves from one machine to
the next, and can be recalled with Alt Click.
It works on machines and bots.

## Why It's Good For The Game

I've seen a funny screenshot one day of a person replacing the AI by
using a bunch of door remotes, camera console, crew monitoring console,
and a few other things. I've been thinking about that for a few years
and really wanted to make it official if not easier to make possible,
because it is an incredibly funny interaction.
This makes it a reality, and while they aren't as powerful as regular
AIs, I think it makes for better and funnier in-game moments. With the
same weight as Cargorilla (1), I hope this wouldn't be rolling too often
and ruin rounds, but instead show off the different capabilities that
Humans and AIs can do, to do the job of an AI. You win some you lose
some.

4495ea2e4d Refactors how machines are deconstructed (#81291)
## About The Pull Request
This refactors how machines are deconstructed in the following ways

- You can no longer override `obj/machinery/deconstruct()`. If you want
customized behaviour then override `on_deconstruction()` instead.

This comes with the added benifit of no longer needing to check for the
`NO_DECONSTRUCTION` flag because the machine base proc does that for us
& if it finds that flag it won't proceed to call `on_deconstruction()`
meaning no machine will have a chance to spawn anything which is the
current behaviour.

This is required to make #81290 work for all machines at least so that
machine can send the `COMSIG_OBJ_DECONSTRUCT` signal without subtypes
overriding & forgetting to call the parent proc

- `dump_contents()` only gets called when the machine is deconstructed
not destroyed thus not leaving behind any of its contents inside. Fixes

002051a3d5 ArcMining Pr Beta: Version 1.2 (#78524)
This one's not like the last one, so much so that I'm not even going to

Basically, **You should read the PR body before assuming that everything
is the same as last time. It's not.**

## Video Summary
Click the link below to see a video summary of the main features of this
pull request.
https://youtu.be/Aho2omR0mjY?feature=shared

## About The Pull Request
This pull request serves as a large rework of minerals produced by
mining, and by extension mining itself. I'll try and list each change
and it's associated nuance here.

### Ore Vents
The biggest addition to the game with ArcMining is **Ore Vents**. Ore
vents spawn as a ruin on the map, placing a randomized ore vent onto map
generation. Ore vents spawn in 3 different sizes, **Small, Medium, and
Large**. These vents will pick from a pool of materials they can
generate, and will hang out across the map. A player can use a mining
scanner to discover an ore vent, granting a small quantity of **mining
points** to begin with. Once scanned, ore vents will show what minerals
that ore vent will generate after they're fully tapped.

Scanning the vent again will trigger the extraction process. A small
drone will fly down, called the NODE drone, and buckle onto the vent.
Your job during wave defense is to protect the drone and to defeat waves
of randomly spawning mobs (dependent on if you're on lavaland or on
icebox). The quantity, duration, and time between waves is scaled to the
size of the vent you're protecting. Starting by scanning and protecting
lower tier vents earlier in the shift is a safer bet than doing a large
vent in the first few minutes. The drone has 500 health, and can take a
good few hits, but leaving it alone will cause it to meet an unfortunate
end quite quickly.

Cooperation can be your best asset, as mining with allies can greatly
help with wave defense, and mineral points are granted to anyone who
helps with defending the ore vent equally (So 500 * size tier,
regardless of how much help you receive). Once complete, the ore vent
will have a mining machine constructed on top of it, and will start to
dredge up **Boulders** from the earth automatically. More on boulders
later.

Ore vents can be located based on your mining scanner, and will provide
an appropriate audio cue based on if the ore vent has been discovered or
not, and once processed will no longer alert you to it's presence.

**Each station comes with a free vent that produces exclusively iron and
glass, free of charge.** This is to help with shifts where the station
may not have shaft miners to produce minerals, and to provide the
station with a baseline amount of minerals where none may exist
otherwise.

### Mineral Generation
Mineral generation has been completely reworked. Previously, Mineral
Generation had a flat 13% spawn rate in-game. Once minerals spawned,
they would also have a chance to propagate their minerals to nearby
tiles, resulting in a rather massive pool of minerals that could spawn
throughout lavaland on the whole.

This tweaks that, by making minerals in walls spawn based on their
proximity to ore vents on maps that use cave generation. Both the
probability, and quantity of ores spawning in walls is scaled based on
distance, with ore vents looking like large caches of ores found in
walls. This makes following ores found in walls and checking their
quantity of minerals spawned a good indicator of how close you are to a
nearby vent in-round.

This means you can collect some points form both discovering ore vents
first, as well as collecting their surrounding ores, turn those in for
mining points, and then trading them in for gear upgrades to more
effectively take on ore vents. As a result of tweaking the balance of
this, the total amount of ores spawned in walls overall has been
decreased. However, by making more of the process time based, we still
result in a mostly balanced finished product.

### Boulder Processing
On station, there are now three new machines. These are the BRM, the
Refinery, and the Smelter.

- The BRM acts as a teleporter. Instead of needing to carry boulders
back to the station, you can activate the BRM, and it will automatically
pick boulders to teleport back to itself. You can use this to teleport
boulders dredged up from lavaland onto the station for processing. **The
BRM will only lock on to boulders that are resting on an ore vent.**
Moving boulders back by hand will mean you'll have to haul it back by
hand.
- The refinery processes the non-metallic materials out of boulders.
This process sends the materials straight to the ORM, and collects
mining points from the ores smelted in the machine. Swiping with an ID
card lets you withdraw those points for your own personal account, but
remember that these points are for your whole team to share from. The
**Mining points obtained from this process is only 75% of the amount an
equivalent amount of ores would provide.**
- The smelter works nearly identically, however the smelter produces
metallic materials out of boulders instead.
- Once a boulder has had all of it's materials extracted, it's broken
down and deleted from the line. Otherwise, the boulder is spat out for
the next machine to process it (either the refinery or smelter).
- Once there's no minerals left in a boulder of any type, the refinery
or smelter will break the boulder down.
- Boulders **do not stack onto tiles with each other**, so they'll block
each other when pulled or when moving on a conveyor belt.

Boulders can also be processed by hand. Using a mining tool on a boulder
with right click will allow you to break down a boulder into it's
composite ores, but limits you to a maximum of 10 ore per boulder, where
the full amount can be extracted using the proper processing machines.
Also, processing by hand does deal small amounts of stamina damage over
time, do breaking a full large boulder can be particularly taxing.

Additional Boulder Processing Machines can be built, with the BRM board
being obtained from the Protolathe, while the Smelter and Refinery
boards being obtainable from the Autolathe instead. A _boulder
processing beacon_ can also be obtained from the mining points vendor as
a reward to assist with boulder processing. Boulder processing beacons
can be used to spawn in a new BRM, refinery, and smelter on the tile the
user is standing on, however **you'll still need to link them to the
ORM**!

All three machines can be upgraded with Stock Parts, allowing for **more
boulders to be processed at a time**. It does not, however, increase the
amount of minerals received from boulders, or points earned.

### Mining Borg Tweaks
Mining borgs have been given some minor adjustments to compensate for
the changes to mining. Their mineral scanner, which now has an active
component to gameplay, is now a module as opposed to built into the mob.
This module allows for the same ability to discover and start waves of
monsters to fight.

Mining modules will find that their PKA now has a total of 90% mod
capacity as compared to the 80% they had before, to allow for more
robust defense of ore vents.

In addition, all borgs and AIs can interact with the BRM for boulder
collection.

### Mining Mech Tweaks
Mining Mechs have had their utility tweaked as a result of these changes
as well. Mineral scanners to be used on mining mechs now have a larger
radius by comparison to their handheld cousins. Similarly, it now has an
active scanning button, which will actively discovery nearby ore vents.
To begin wave defense, you will need to hop out and scan a second time
however, so that you can properly accept the risks of drawing a horde of
bloodthirsty wildlife towards you and your companions.

Mechs can also manually process boulders, similar to mining tools using
their drill.

### Golem Tweaks
Golems, being more gentle and less aggressive than humans, while being
made out of LITERAL ROCKS, have a greater need to secure access to ores
and minerals to eat. As such, they have adapted to be able to do two new
things:

- Golems may now right click ore vents to be able to manually haul a
boulder out of the vent. This costs a hefty amount of stamina, but it
allows for golems to avoid combat during regular gameplay.
- Golems may now left click a boulder with an open hand in order to
manually process a boulder like a pickaxe. While not faster, it is
consistent and prevents golems from starving if they have access to a
vent, but no ores, somehow.

### Gulag Tweaks
The labor camp, being a camp for rehabilitation and ~~excessive manual
labor~~ has been tweaked. Boulders now replace the random minerals
located on their island, and to acquire their prizes inside, much be
excavated and then broken out of the rock. Now YOU TOO can excavate
minerals and become a true mineral hero by working your way to freedom.

### Mining Point Changes
As a result of fewer mining points being available across the map due to
the new ore spawning mechanics, and the shift in how and when ores will
be coming in, almost every progress based mining point cost has been
reduced by around 10-20%. Many numbers are still subject to change at
present, but the idea is that core progress unlocks should be made a bit
more available earlier in the round before players can start to solo or
duo larger or more difficult ore vents, after which they'll be rolling
in ores.

### Rarities
Every once in awhile, an unusual boulder will get hauled up from the
mineral rich depths of lavaland. These **Artifact boulders** can
occasionally produce rare items, but for now they've mostly just been
pulling up **Strange objects** for science. Nanotrasen Natural Sciences
department will reward you extra points to be collected by boulder
processing machines for successfully extracting one. In the future, this
opens up a passive reward space that mining can reward to the station,
like providing cytology DNA samples, ancient seeds, or other artifacts.

### Misc notes

- Boulders can be stored in all varieties of ore boxes (ground, mech)
should you choose, however as mentioned it's best to leave them where
they spawn and teleport them to the station for convenience.
- Maps that are not subject to cave generation will find that they are
largely untouched in terms of mineral balance.
- Future or existing ruins can now be tweaked to have a mineral balance
cost, as the ore vent ruin does. This will allow us to spawn in more
interesting ruins for pre-made combat challenges.
- There are unique ore vents that spawn across the map, that will summon
a boss mob relevant to that map. If the boss mob is defeated, that vent
will spawn large boulders pulling from every possible ore type that can
spawn. Not for the faint of heart!
- Similarly, the number of ore vents and mineral budget is now
adjustable in the cave generation procs, so maps may spawn with more or
less ore vents as desired for balance.
- Artifact boulders opens up a LOT of room for possible future content
like archaeology, xenoarch, artisci, and other design spaces!
- Megafauna STILL SPAWN ON THE MAP. They just happen to spawn in
addition to boss ore vents.
- **I'll add more to this as I get asked questions and remember things,
this is a huge PR and I'm confident I've missed at least something**

## Why It's Good For The Game

I outlined a lot of this in #78040, so I'll try and keep this relatively
snappy this time, while noting that I've made some concessions to make
the whole system a lot more playable while not trying to break out
design decisions that are at the end of the day, better for the game and
the overall resource balance in round.

Minerals are a very poorly balanced system, and have been since their
inception many years ago. We heavily rely on mineral balance in round,
and yet we've really only balanced it by introducing so much supply that
there's no equivalent exchange for materials that doesn't just heavily
flood the exchanged material. For example, items printed from materials
that are otherwise considered "rare" on master exist in such quantities
and they'll never practically run out in our allotted 90 minute time
slot design. This PR adjusts how ores spawn to a point where we can
minimize the amount of ores that need to exist on the map for mining to
be able to progress, while still providing enough resources for the
station that it covers the needs of the station adequately.

Miners will need to be more strategic about what resources they've
collected, and be able to make decisions about which vents are worth the
risk of attempting to fight, how to prepare for a wave defense, and when
to head back up for upgrades, while finally giving them at least some
kind of incentive to work together and use different equipment.
Resonators make cleaning up the caves around vent easy, sandbags set up
easy defenses for your vent, mechs can serve as a wider range radar
while mining, all while still providing a new gameplay loop to mining.

By limiting the amount of ores that can enter the round from the
massive, massive amounts that were coming into the round beforehand (see
#78346 ), we can make ore processing more meaningful by adding more
gameplay to the processing of minerals. I have some plans for that,
however this PR already got bloated really REALLY badly due to scope
creep and the number of intersecting systems that rammed into each other
to make this PR possible. So that'll be next. Plus, as I've mentioned,
we open up places for ore processing to find fossils, relics, and other
things that can implemented down the line.

Overall, I don't expect this PR to save or kill ore balance, but we gain
a LOT more control over it through the use of our mining defines
attached to this PR, and at the end of the day, that's a great place to
start off of.

## Changelog

🆑
add: Added ore vents. Scanning them with mining scanners shows what
minerals they contain. Scan again to fight off a horde of beasts as your
drone assistant excavates the vent, so the ore vent will produce mineral
boulders!
bal: Ores that spawn in walls now spawn based on their proximity to ore
vents, with their chance to spawn and their minerals contained scaling
from low to high.
add: Added the BRM, Refinery, and Smelter. These pieces of equipment are
used to process ore boulders into minerals for the station. Stock Part
upgrades allow more boulders to be processed at one time. They collect
mining points as well, to be redeemed with an ID card swipe.
add: Boulders are teleported to the station via the BRM if left
untouched. Boulders can also be cracked open for a reduced amount of ore
using pickaxes or golems hands.
add: All stations come equipt with a pre-excavated ore vent, which
produces a basic supply of iron and glass only. Scan other vents for
your critical resources!
add: Look there's a shit ton of changes on mining, for more detail check
out the Pull Request: https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/78524.
sound: New sounds and noises for your high octane factorio-like
gameplay!
image: All new boulder sprites for the new minerals and rocks added to
the mining gameplay loop, as well as mining machines!
image: Overlays appear over vents when scanned to let you know their
contents at a glance when actively scanned with any mining scanners.

fec7ccc6fd The Coupon Master PDA app (#80240)
## About The Pull Request
This PR adds a new PDA program to the supply category, which allows
users to redeems coupons for various cargo packs (mostly goodies), like
the ones also found at the bottom of cig packs.

How it works is fairly simple:

- Once installed, the modular computer subsystem will periodically, at a
3-5 minutes interval, generate a coupon code datum associated to a plain
text code, which is sent out to everyone with the program installed.
- The user can then open the program and insert the text into an input
box to redeem the coupon code, which is then associated with their bank
account.
- He will then have to find a photocopier, and tap it with the PDA to
print the coupon. Only one coupon can be printed. Photocopier fees
apply, so it'd cost 5 creds to the average assistant to print the
coupon.
- He can then insert the coupon in a cargo console and order/reuest the
associated pack (same deal as cig coupons).
- Some coupon codes however, especially those with juicer discounts,
will expire after a while if not printed.

Albeit mostly innocuous, the program provides negative Detomatix
resistance, slowly fills the computer file storage with trash files with
each redeemed coupon, and halves the download speed of new apps. Not
really the cleanest ware out there.

This PR also extends coupons to several non-goody packs, since they have
been privately buyable for over the last couple years now. Some packs
get discounts less frequently however, with those in the uncommon
category being roughly 1 in a 12 chance and the rare being 1 in 50.

Here's a screenshot of the UI (outdated, I've reduced the height from
500 to 400 and the notice box tip to specify the right click):
![Coupon
Master](https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/assets/42542238/1d242d09-0f62-4e2e-8a6e-014daa3f6a55)

Fun fact: Right now, the odds of a 75% discount coming from the Coupon
Master for the 1.000.000 credits bycycle pack are roughly 0.0012%, while
that of a 50% for the same pack, from a cig pack coupon are 0.0042%.

## Why It's Good For The Game
These last couple days I've been wanting to test myself at making simple
UIs, as well as contributing to the modular computers feature, which has
started to become pretty neat ever since PDAs were reworked into a
subtype of it.

Beside, coupons are a very small feature limited to the bottom of
cigarette packs (also possibly cursed) in the current state of affairs.
Cargo is filled with packs that are niche or fluff. Modular computers
also has those little things that, while interesting, do not contribute
a whole lot. Maybe this is one of them, but I guess free* coupons are
always a big W.

## Changelog

🆑
add: Added the 'Coupon Master' program for the PDA. Install it to
receive periodical, redeemable coupons for several cargo packs. Requires
NTnet connection and the messenger enabled to work.
add: Coupons are no longer only limited to goodies, but may also apply
discount to some other packs as well.
