17ed3899c4 Fixed the map/code issues that the body bags caused.
/obj/effects is now /obj/effect.
/obj/station_objects is now /obj/structure.
Did a bit of minor blob work. 
The Bay 12 body bags were replaced with closets because having two sets of code that do almost the same thing is silly.
Changed back a few of the last jobproc edits as the remove from list before assign was a check to see if the mob was fucked up and if it was remove it so we did not check it again as it would still be fucked up.
The medbay/tox monkeys names are random once more.  More random name monkeys will help with changeling and clean up the observe/mob menus.

b4193b0f0e - Baby steps in rewriting the DblClick() proc. Will work on it later.
- Removed all effect of wizarditis. The disease still exists but has absolutely no effect on anything. And no, this is not a removal only from the game world, it's a removal, period. Admins don't have it either. As I said however, the disease exists so you might see wizarditis as a diagnosis on your medical scanner, it won't have any effect tho.

6b88250beb Moved some of the old pipe files into unused.
Explosions will delay a bit longer before allowing powernet rebuilds.
Removed the Ionstorm Command reports at Urist's request, he said he would add something later.
Added dust storms to meteor mode.
Fixed most of the runtimes in the latest log.
Wizards mind_transfer now needs his robes, this prevents the constant body swap mess.
Z 1 lost all of its areas sometime in the last two revs.  I think I got everything back in place but would not mind if a mapper took a look.

The random round spawn code now checks jobbans
Players with a Cyborg jobban cannot become a cyborg normally

Re added the old power armor typepaths as there seem to be a few of them in the .dmm and the thing's autocorrect/remove items seems to just fuck up the rest of the map when used.  I have no idea where they are located and don't like leaving errors in the code, so if someone could remove them and the old typepaths it would be great.

ca6a513377 Bugfixes galore:
- Retrovirus is now curable. However, unlike most viruses, when it infects a host it generates a random cure. This cure can be either Ryetalyn or rest. For good measure, a doctor should prescribe Ryetalyn AND send them to the recovery room for rest.
     - Fixed a crash in the seeds crate that would result in the crate only having berry seeds. A small typo.
     - Fixed some grammar.
     - Cloning people should now transfer their UI preferences onto the clones.
     - Portable Artificial Intelligences should now properly be able to use the messaging software. They generated some odd runtimes caused by normal PDAs not recognizing pAIs in the PDAs list.
     - Hopefully, I made equipping and dropping items a bit more responsive.
     - As a result of the fix above, the item duplication bug (two people pick an item up at the same time) should theoretically not happen anymore. When I mean theoretically, I mean I have no way of testing this for sure.
     - Cleaned up some of Deuryn's code in a previous revision.

Miscellaneous:
     - The Cold can now be cured if you're just laying down, although actually sleeping will greatly increase your odds of curing it.

b0e69dcd99 Bugfixes:
Fixed a boatload of runtime errors. There's so many I just completely forgot what they all were!

     Explosions / Singularities now do not gib people "one-by-one" as some people may have noticed. This looked absolutely weird.


Sounds:
     I was planning on making sounds become all distorted and whatnot if you were "high", but there were some problems. I've instead just settled with making deaf people not being able to hear non-ambient sounds at all.

9f3deaa9f4 Fixed hat crate contents randomisation.
Hat crates now cost 200 points but start unlocked.
Fixed several issues preventing the game from compiling.

4d60c67d1a Viruses:
For some reason, viruses were being "cured" just a bit too fast. I lowered the rate which a virus advanced through stages. I also fixed vaccines; they now actually cure viruses as well as providing immunity to any further infection. 


Metroids:
     The beginning of my Metroid ranching phase; Metroids may now, theoretically, be tamed to an extent. Baby Metroids are suceptible to simulated discipline, meaning if you beat them over the head with a toolbox for trying to eat your fellow scientists they will probably get the message. This also works when you're trying to wrestle a metroid off of someone's head. Additionally, they may also identify who the people who feed them are and in a situation where they have to fight to defend themselves or eat, they will spare their "friends". This is a pretty big AI change, so if you see any bugs please report them immediately!

     Metroids can also "vent-crawl" like monkies, but fully-grown adults are too big to do this. NPC Metroids will never vent-crawl. 


Weapons/Guns:
     A lot of you are going to like this one; you can no longer shoot yourself with your own gun! This happens sometimes when the game lags up for a bit, but no more!

     Additionally, you can now shoot people who are on the ground simply by clicking them. I can only imagine how easy this will make being an officer (or traitor/syndicate) now. This applies to both handheld guns and mecha weapon installments.


Xenobiology:
     Scientists now, hopefully, have proper Xenobio access. Metroid dissection has been slightly changed; you can extract Metroid cores from dead Metroids no matter where you're aiming. You will not see me talk about metroid cores anymore because they're a secret. I haven't done anything with them yet, however.

20a2b4375e Okay I'm done testing on the players, I've set the diseases for cold9 and spanish flu to their own disease path stuffs.
Grenades -
Quick patch because some one wanted to make an "allowed list", but rather than make the beakers loaded use the allowed list... they used a single item path (for single beakers).

It is just a few OR experssion so bottles and dispenser beakers can be used in grenade assemblies.

1dfe1cda8e #Fixed Chaplain hoodie sprite.
#Respawn_character() now properly respawns aliens and monkeys if specified to do so.
#Added more options in admin quick panel (for players) to get, send, check if traitor, narrate, and subtle message mob.
#Admins can now click an X by admin name, in asay, to jump to that admin. Makes things easier.
#Moved admin transform verbs into fun tab.
#Removed boom boom shake the room since not even hosts are allowed to use it.
#Pierrot's throat now has a 35% chance of being cured by eating bananas. Up from 5.
#Fixed AI cards.
#ed209 and Beepsky now properly figure in deafness when speaking. Doesn't affect voice files.
#Fixed Syndicate PDA not triggering door.
#Aliens can no longer magically crawl to the prison station and back.
#Aliens can now quickly (5 seconds) break out of cuffs by resisting. No change to buckled.
#Facehuggers will now properly set the alien_egg_flag if the target was infected or not. Curing the alien egg should also reset the flag. I think it will be best to get rid of the flag entirely in the future.
#Added isalienadult(mob) proc to check for humanoid aliens.
#Probably fixed death squad spawning. They pick by key now, instead of mob name.
#Spawning xenos now uses the client match method so you can specify who you want to respawn if wanted.

#Ninjas now tell admins what their set mission is. If given objectives by admin, it should report them at round end for certain rounds.
#Spawning ninjas now uses the same method as respawn character (typing in key/ckey).
#Added a ninjify admnin verb. Possible to right click.
#Can now resize spiderOS window.
#Misc fixes and adjustments. Minor map change to CentCom holding facility.

Access update:
Research director no longer has hydro access, there is no "real" research going on there.
HoP doesn't start with surgery or virology access now, desk jockies should stay at the desk.

Chemistry update:
Reagent Grinder! Grinds reagents out of corn, plasma crystals, uranium, gold, and silver! Will add more later, as needed.

The mined reagents will have many chemistry uses soon, but for now they aren't very useful in a ground state right now.

Map update:
Added Reagent Grinder to chemistry.

b58e465bbe Shitton of bugfixes related to bryteloss/fireloss.
Note for coders: in order to help with seaching of health-related bugs I have moved many procs from /mob/ under /mob/living/.
Also, done some clean up and rearranging.
Results:
-admin rejuvenating now works again;
-people screams if getting creamated while still alive;
-diseases actually loose your health;
-monkeys wearing masks receive protection from acids as humans did;
-and other minor fixes and improvements.
Bugfix for imbuing a talisman.
RD now spawns with only 2 pens instead of 3.
Audible emotions can be heard by people outside of locker/other container.

People bitten my monkey get infected by jungle fewer.

74b90c6e84 Robotic Transformation's cure simplified so that maybe it'll work now.
Cyborgs are a job available at round start. They have randomized cyborg names and half capacity batteries so that they aren't as good as made cyborgs right off the bat. Two slots. They are intended to start in AI Foyer: for whatever reason, THIS IS NOT WORKING. The cyborgs start on the title screen. I don't know how to fix it and I've given up on trying so that I don't make it worse. Someone more brilliant handle it please!
Green labcoat and green glasses are on the map in the theater.
Medbay front desk flip-turned upside down. Anyone who approaches should see and be seen by whomever's manning it sooner. With that, the new sign, and the downplayed doctor entrance, I'm hoping the exam room will be emphasized more and it will actually see some use.
Exam room has shutters. The button is all access so you can't be trapped in there save the usual ways of power failure and the like. The door facing the hall is all access as well, which, again, should encourage people to use the room. The door to medbay requires doctor access and has no shutter under it so that doctors can watch doctors watching patients. Watching the watchmen sort of thing.
Added a special kind of dropper for the service borg to use so he's not mixing the tiniest drinks ever. It holds and pumps with the size of a normal pour that a human hand could do into a bottle.
Added a special kind of roburger with plenty of bites for use as a traitor unlock for an emagged service cyborg. The e-sword was too robust. Roburger should work out better because of its delay, its chance for failure, and it's now higher possibility of cure. It's also a nice novelty ability and thematically linked to the service cyborg itself.
Changelog updated with most recent player-important changes. If I missed something that should have been included, then I am a buttface and please tell me so.

8c9fe5894b Haters gonna hate update:
- New Reagent: Copper. Available from the Chem Dispenser.
- "Robotic Transformation" (ie, the one you get from roburgers) is now cureable but has a low chance of recovering.
- "Xenomorph Transformation" (what you get from eating alien meat but is different from being facehugged) is now cureable but has a low chance of recovering.

50021ecdf7 Being aliens is now a character setting (should be on by default). Observing ghosts have that off by default, so don't forget to turn it on by using the new verb in the commands tab!

be044b18c8 -Finished work on the "cult" gamemode. I'll still add features to it later, but it is safe to be put on secret rotation now.
-Added an energy cutlass and made a pirate version of the space suit in preparation for a later nuke update.
-Changeling now ends 15 minutes after changeling death, unless he's ressurected.
-Further fixing of wizarditis teleporting into space.
-Fixed the wise beard sprite.
-Fixed missing sprite for monkeyburgers.
-Fixed Beepsky automatically adding 2 treason points to EVERYONE.
I believe that's everything.

ba5eefec27 - Added vent control to air alarms
- Added air filter pressure control and made N2O filtering a separate option
- Fixed gas sensor division by zero bug

d2c6d75773 - Added broken icon state for virology console.
- Raised the chance to cure brainrot and GBS, lowered the chance to teleport for wizarditis.
- Made Pandemic console buildable (and unbuildable) and placed the circuitboard in technical storage.
- Replacement lights crate can be ordered in QM.
- Added space cleaner and hand labeler to Virology.

b7e22cc56b Commented out the lagspike wizarditis bit of code (too derpy atm to actually fix it).
Added suspenders for mime.
Changed the virus crate so that it is a secure crate now.
Added the ability for admins to choose which virus to spread when triggering an outbreak.
Changed the dorf mode secret to be more manly.
Made clown's mask a gas one.

5360dc1ac5 - Changed the contract_disease proc clothing checks with respect to permeability_coefficient.
- Spaceacillin no longer heals all viruses.
- Some diseases must be cured with two or more chemicals simultaneously.
- Tweaked magnitis disease (now affects cyborgs).
- Added wizarditis disease.
- Tweaked some item properties.
- Added leather gloves for the Botanists.
- Some suits cannot be placed into backpack.

796df8c1ed - Added virology profession with a cosy lab in northwestern part of medbay.
- Virology related things, like taking blood samples, making vaccines, splashing contagious blood all over the station and so on.
- Added one pathetic disease.
- Virus crates are now available from the quartermasters for 20 points.
- The DNA console bug (issue #40) was fixed, but I still made the DNA pod to lock itself while mutating someone.
- Added icons for unpowered CheMaster and Pandemic computers
- Added some sign decals. The icons were already there, but unused for reasons unknown.
- Some map-related changes.
- Removed all that MSOffice shit from changelog.html
