982a0a76b6 Removes monster spawning from ruin areas (#17688) 
- Specifically, this is a post-template selection, pre-template
placement deletion. So templates can continue to have simple animals,
it'll only clash if they overlap.

rscdel: Lavaland monsters have started giving the ruins a wide berth

7d0f9b28af Dragon bug fixes, ghost sword checks more 
- Drakes now gib() their feast target after printing a message.
- Drakes qdel() their internal GPS on Destroy()
- Ghost sword now checks for orbiting ghosts approximately every second

* Makes the dust event less of an invisible fuck you.

* no balence meme + a slightly less loud sound that still says BULLETS?
