14ce1334bb Removes the unused large tubes and fire bulbs. 
Made light bulbs have 4 brightness and tubes 8 by default, no random variables changing this value.

7f4369ae99 Added a "put_in_hand_check" which returns 1 if the item can be equipped in the hand. Replaced the duplicated checks in "put_in_l/r_hand" 
Silicons override the check and return 0.

9c122c6919 Fragile thrown food items use del instead of qdel. This affects tomatoes, blue tomatoes, blood tomatoes, eggs, and pies. Pies and tomatoes now also apply reagents like the other thrown foods. Fixes issue #3561. 2014-04-28 02:40:58 -04:00

c7041eefce New Human Mobs will have the appearance of the client's preferences 
New human mobs created via Admin Simple Transform, Admin Spawn Antagonist, and Wizard Apprentice functions will take on the appearance of the players' preferences, instead of the boring default Bald, White Male.

Also fixes an minor issue with using transfer_to() a new observer mob.

-A collection of new hairs from NTS
-Organized new hairs into the list instead of putting them all on the bottom
-Removes gendered head hair (Facial hair is still gendered)
-Tones down the severity of contrast for lighter hair colors
