## About The Pull Request
The first Curator now spawns with a **Broadcast Camera**, a normal-sized
item that can be wielded to start a live broadcast to all entertainment
screens across the Station! It also broadcasts sound through a new
Entertainment radio channel that can be spoken into by the Curator. The
broadcast name can be changed by right-clicking the camera.

Also adds a new clothing set to the Heroic Beacon of the Curator themed
around Journalists containing some unique clothing, a microphone, a
Press badge used for shoving into people's faces and crafting more
clothes (like Press armor and helmet), and also a set of 1 TV and 1
entertainment radio in-case station does not have places to watch
Curator's brilliant broadcasts.

## Why It's Good For The Game
The job of Curator has 3 things it can do:
- Curate Library (lol)
- Explore Space
- **Create News!**
Although the Curator does have extended access to the Newscaster -
that's not enough of content. Inspired by the Combat Correspondent from
the Colonial Marines server - Curator now has a **Broadcast Camera**!
Using it they can show the station what the most important matters that
are going on without lifting the butts of their comfortable chairs.
No matter what Curator will report: Security raiding Medbay? Interviews
of Cargo Techs complaining about Command? Maybe even shows produced in a
studio? Anything really!
Also, entertainment screens will get more use, as right now they only
_sometimes_ broadcast Bitrunning avatars and nothing else unless admins
mess with them.

Being able to more conveniently send a voice line by pressing a button
without needing to open up an interface and navigate to the correct line
will make using these a lot easier in relevant situations.
Voice line cooldowns are lowered a bit just to make voice lines easier
to use in relevant situations.
I.e. 'Extinguishing fire' -> 5 seconds later -> 'Fire extinguished'
Abuse should generally just be punished by the admins, the cooldown
doesn't need to be too lengthy.

## About The Pull Request
Telecommunications code is very old, I'm sure that isn't a shock to
anyone. One of the issues it had was that it was poorly documented, so
I've spent a few hours today making sure that at least one person could
understand what was going on in there, and actually left some traces of
what I understood from it all.
Now, it's a bit cleaner, and hopefully a lot easier to understand
because the stuff's actually explained, and the explanations are up to
date. Because there was still code from over eight years ago that
straight-up just didn't match the contents of the file at all.
I tried to not change any of the logic, I did one minor adjustment just
to improve the coherency of a variable that's not actually used
anywhere, but I kept it in case it becomes useful in the future, since I
wanted to keep feature parity here.
This should open up the way to actually making some changes to
telecommunications in the future, which I'm looking forward to, too.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Less undocumented nightmarish code from ages ago, now it's at least
documented, so it'll be easier to tweak moving forward.

The radio uplink is now reworked to require saying a codeword over the
secret .d channel. This means that you can do it hands free, but people
around you can hear you whispering the codeword
## Why It's Good For The Game
Current radio uplink is dumb, it has a lot of drawbacks (losing common
radio, fiddling with the tgui slider, having to reset the frequency
after) that its almost unusable. This new uplink has a more unique
trigger method with its own ups and downs

Fixes#69043 assemblies not providing a UI when part of a one-tank bomb. (This doesn't count voice analyzers, which don't have UI)
Fixes#68139 assemblies triggering themselves (and often turning themselves off).
Fixes timers ceasing to loop if the timer is set to less than the 3-second anti-spam threshold.
#69335, #68733 signalers occasionally runtiming due to qdel'd weak reference datums. Already addressed by another PR
Proximity sensors and mousetraps work on more wire datums, but proximity sensors are still buggy.
Igniter-sensor pairs can detonate fuel tanks properly, including plumbed fuel tanks. Fuel tank explosions scale with how much fuel is in them; this is slightly nerfed from existing values.
The fuel tank detonation code has been made generic, but other reagent dispensers have rigging turned off. If turned on with a varedit, you can rig and detonate water and other reagent tanks. Reagent tanks can theoretically both explode and spread reagents if it should happen to contain both welding fuel and other stuff. I have not actually tested this part of it, but I have detonated both water tanks and fuel tanks and each works correctly.
In making mousetraps work on wire datums, I had the opportunity to make it so that you could place a mousetrap in a door's wire and it would activate when someone passed through the door (useful to bolt a door open when someone authorized goes through, for example). This is a fun mechanic but does not make sense for a simple mousetrap to be so powerful, so it is disabled. Ideally, you could put the laser tripwire in a door's wires to do the same thing, but that would be a massive rework. Mousetraps still work in on-found mode for all wire datums, and will work on items with wiring datums (like C4 and chem bombs) when stepped on.
The signaler runtimes were a result of weak_ref datums being deleted, and the communications system not handling that. It's probably not ideal to run null checks in the post_signal loop, but I am not going to worry about it.
Many of the assemblies were not properly registering when the assembly holder was attached to an item. This was most important for proximity sensors, but that also has other problems that I haven't been able to track down.
The problem with UI not appearing was a result of the transition to TGUI however long ago that was; the proc that assures TGUI that you have the right item needed to be aware of one-tank bombs and similar, or else when you pass along an interact request it says "but you can't see it" and ignores you.
Why It's Good For The Game
Bugfixen.
The thing with the reagent dispensers only got this complicated when I realized that the plumbed fuel tank variant wasn't a subtype and therefore couldn't be rigged. And then... I basically just scaled it because the flat scale no matter the contents of the tank offended me. You could wrench open tanks, drain them entirely of fuel, rig them, and they would still go off like a pile of dynamite.
I used to have code in my branch that turned chem bombs into variants depending on the trigger, with mousetraps being mines for example. That's honestly the main reason I went out of my way to make mousetraps work better as assemblies. I could wish it were better supported, but mousetraps on grenade wiring will have to do for now.

a month or two ago i realized that on master the reason why get_hearers_in_view() overtimes so much (ie one of our highest overtiming procs at highpop) is because when you transmit a radio signal over the common channel, it can take ~20 MILLISECONDS, which isnt good when 1. player verbs and commands usually execute after SendMaps processes for that tick, meaning they can execute AFTER the tick was supposed to start if master is overloaded and theres a lot of maptick 2. each of our server ticks are only 50 ms, so i started on optimizing this.
the main optimization was SSspatial_grid which allows searching through 15x15 spatial_grid_cell datums (one set for each z level) far faster than iterating over movables in view() to look for what you want. now all hearing sensitive movables in the 5x5 areas associated with each spatial_grid_cell datum are stored in the datum (so are client mobs). when you search for one of the stored "types" (hearable or client mob) in a radius around a center, it just needs to
iterate over the cell datums in range
add the content type you want from the datums to a list
subtract contents that arent in range, then contents not in line of sight
return the list
from benchmarks, this makes short range searches like what is used with radio code (it goes over every radio connected to a radio channel that can hear the signal then calls get_hearers_in_view() to search in the radios canhear_range which is at most 3) about 3-10 times faster depending on workload. the line of sight algorithm scales well with range but not very well if it has to check LOS to > 100 objects, which seems incredibly rare for this workload, the largest range any radio in the game searches through is only 3 tiles
the second optimization is to enforce complex setter vars for radios that removes them from the global radio list if they couldnt actually receive any radio transmissions from a given frequency in the first place.
the third optimization i did was massively reduce the number of hearables on the station by making hologram projectors not hear if dont have an active call/anything that would make them need hearing. so one of hte most common non player hearables that require view iteration to find is crossed out.
also implements a variation of an idea oranges had on how to speed up get_hearers_in_view() now that ive realized that view() cant be replicated by a raycasting algorithm. it distributes pregenerated abstract /mob/oranges_ear instances to all hearables in range such that theres at max one per turf and then iterates through only those mobs to take advantage of type-specific view() optimizations and just adds up the references in each one to create the list of hearing atoms, then puts the oranges_ear mobs back into nullspace. this is about 2x as fast as the get_hearers_in_view() on master
holy FUCK its fast. like really fucking fast. the only costly part of the radio transmission pipeline i dont touch is mob/living/Hear() which takes ~100 microseconds on live but searching through every radio in the world with get_hearers_in_radio_ranges() -> get_hearers_in_view() is much faster, as well as the filtering radios step
the spatial grid searching proc is about 36 microseconds/call at 10 range and 16 microseconds at 3 range in the captains office (relatively many hearables in view), the new get_hearers_in_view() was 4.16 times faster than get_hearers_in_view_old() at 10 range and 4.59 times faster at 3 range
SSspatial_grid could be used for a lot more things other than just radio and say code, i just didnt implement it. for example since the cells are datums you could get all cells in a radius then register for new objects entering them then activate when a player enters your radius. this is something that would require either very expensive view() calls or iterating over every player in the global list and calling get_dist() on them which isnt that expensive but is still worse than it needs to be
on normal get_hearers_in_view cost the new version that uses /mob/oranges_ear instances is about 2x faster than the old version, especially since the number of hearing sensitive movables has been brought down dramatically.
with get_hearers_in_view_oranges_ear() being the benchmark proc that implements this system and get_hearers_in_view() being a slightly optimized version of the version we have on master, get_hearers_in_view_as() being a more optimized version of the one we have on master, and get_hearers_in_LOS() being the raycasting version currently only used for radios because it cant replicate view()'s behavior perfectly.
if you create a bunch of signallers then spam the send signal button you can grind the server to a halt at low numbers and crash it at high numbers of signallers
This is an imperfect fix as a proper fix would refactor signal datums to use a subsystem but I dont feel like rewriting all of signal code thank you very much

I think this brings us down to like, ~100 per round from ~200, with only like 20 of those being proper hell failures. I've seen harddel profiles below 1 second of total cost. Feeling good.

## Why it's not good for the game
I crashed sybil like 10 times to get this data, I'm gonna put it to good use. Don't think you're safe sybilites, I'm coming for you.
This pull request adds a map loader as well as new maps to CTF. When a game starts a CTF map will be selected at random and will be playable by ghosts.
As well as this new functionality CTF now fully supports 4 teams. A green and yellow team have been added complete with both standard and instagib gear.
At current five maps are planned:
Classic - the original map we all know and love
Four Side - A four team CTF map where all teams compete over one flag
Downtown - Terrestrial city themed map
Limbo - Wizard themed map featuring portals and uses KOTH rather than CTF
Cruiser - Space themed map utilizing the powerup system
Random maps are selected on game load
Support for four teams added
Why It's Good For The Game
CTF has been more or less the same on the surface since its creation. This PR allows for some much needed map variety which will increase replay value. CTF is far more regularly played then mafia due to its fast rounds and common use during round end delays and I believe that it deserves a boost in content.

We have countless examples in the codebase with this style gone wrong, and defines and such being on hideously different levels of indentation. Fixing this to keep the alignment involves tainting the blames of code your PR doesn't need to be touching at all. And ultimately, it's hideous.
There are some files that this sed makes uglier. I can fix these when they are pointed out, but I believe this is ultimately for the greater good of readability. I'm more concerned with if any strings relied on this.

Basically just reformats the logging code for TTVs when valves get opened. It's a bit more verbose, giving a bit more detail in general. It also has line breaks, because it makes things easier to read.
I've also added the ability for signals to hold a logging string. In this case, a signaller creates a signal and attaches a logging string. If the signal is received by any signallers attached to a TTV, it stores the last logging string associated with that signal. Functionally, this means that TTVs can now ask their attached signaller for the logging string of the last signal it received and display it as part of the logging string.
Replaces like 70-80% of 0 and such, as a side effect cleaned up a bunch of returns
Edit: Most left out ones are in mecha which should be done in mecha refactor already

It was not as proper as the name would imply, and experience and amused redditors have taught me that writing a proper HTML-scrubbing function is a very hard task indeed.

+Fixes unreported issue with initializing lighting on a specific zlevel
+Fixes two similar issues with moveElement and moveRange. Where fromIndex or toIndex could be adjusted incorrectly in certain conditions. Potentially causing bad-sorts, or out of bound errors.
+Rewrites listclearnulls(list/L) to no longer iterate through L.len elements for every null in the list (plus 1). i.e. went from L.len*(number_of_nulls+1) list-element reads (best-case), to L.len list-element reads (worst-case)
+New proc/getElementByVar(list/L, varname, value) which finds the first datum in a list, with a variable named varname, which equals value. You can also feed it atoms instead of lists due to the way the in operator functions.
+Fixes an unreported issue with Yota's list2text rewrite. Under certain conditions, the first element would not be converted into a string. Causing type-mismatch runtimes.
+New global map_ready variable. This is not fully implemented yet, but will be used to avoid duplicate calls to initialize() for map objects.
+All turfs now maintain references to all lights currently illuminating them. This will mean higher memory use unfortunately, due to the huge number of turfs. However, it will speed up updateAffectingLights significantly. I've used list husbandry to reduce baseline memory usage, so it shouldn't be any worse than some past atmos modifications memory-wise.

+modified the way lum() works slightly, to allow turfs to have overridden delta-lumen. i.e. space cannot be illuminated more than its default ambiance. This allowed removal of some iffy special-snowflake lighting areas implemented by somebody else.
+Lighting images in the dmi can now use arbitrary naming schemes. It is reliant on order now. This allows the dmi to be replaced by simply dropping in a new dmi.
-Removed all subtypes of /area/shuttle. Shuttles now create duplicate 'rooms' of /area/shuttle. (More on this later). This will conflict with most maps. Guide on how to fix to follow.
