- Golems can send ambassadors with their own capes to the station.
- Capes are cool.

- 500 seems enough for a completely non-combat item.

7db828644c EngiMarket Part Four - Ranged RCD and Rapid Lighting Device (RLD) (#25263)
Two new items, one brand new, the other an RCD that works at range without any other bells and whistles.

The RLD allows you to create floor and wall lighting along with temporary (they use fuel like flares) glowsticks at range. It can also deconstruct lights. The best part of this feature (besides the visual "ammo" updating icons) is the ability to select absolutely any color you desire.

add: Alien glowing resin now glows.

Christ, all I wanted was to make glowing resin glow blue, like it says
it's supposed to.

Instead, I stumble onto the horrors of alien egg code.
First fix the spawn, then fix the icon states, then fix var edited burst
eggs, then make fully grown eggs spawned, then fix some weird use of
locate, rather than a var, then make the typecache spawn on initialize.

Should be no behaviour differences. Apart from the glowing resin.

tweak: The Syndicate lavaland base now has a single self destruct bomb
located next to the Communications Room. Guaranteed destruction of the
base is guaranteed by payloads embedded in the walls.

I saw WJohn do this for his syndicate space base, and thought it made a
lot better sense than just having a bunch of bombs lying around.

A very minor refactor of syndicate bomb code, mostly because the base
seemed to use a badmin bomb that had no other purpose other than being
slightly larger to explode?

* Posters refactor

- Posters now use a simple type-per-poster definition, rather than some
large global lists requiring sprite numbers to be the same as entries in
a list.
- Putting a specific poster on a map now simply means putting the
specific type that you want, rather than var editing (often
unsuccessfully).
- There are random all-posters, random contraband posters, and random
official posters for mappers too.
- Ripped posters are now their own type.
- The potential to make additional classes of posters has been left
open, I'd like to move a bunch of the advertisement posters to their own
catagory, and clean up the "official" category to be more obviously
on-brand.
