Field generators, that are active, will now shock you; they did before but it was because of the containment field near it.
Changed the type path of the field generator and containment field:
/obj/machinery/field_generator -> /obj/machinery/field/generator
/obj/machinery/containment_field -> /obj/machinery/field/containment
Changed the map to have the new type paths.
The containment field will now shock you when it is created.
The containment field layer is a little above objects, so objects going through are under the field icon.
Cleaned up a bit of the code.
Changes the time the shuttle comes with a nar-sie to 3 minutes, as Centcom
is probably rushing anyway because there is a giant unidentified god
running around the station.
Checking a collector's last power output via analyzers has been moved to multitools, because that actually made sense (betcha didn't know this existed, I know I didn't)
Analyzers can now be used to check the gas level of the tank in a loaded radiation collector (yay no more crowbars)
You can also use them on pipes to check gas levels (yay no more pipe meters)
Codewise, the several inconsistant instances of the analyzer code have been moved to a single proc. The following have been converted to use this:
-Pipes (they didn't have this before. Also changed the attackby code to be less dumb...)
-Pipe tanks (you know those big ones in maint everyone forgets about)
-Portable Atmospherics (canisters, air pumps, scrubbers)
-Flamethrower
-Tanks
-And now collectors
Changed atom's bullet_act to call the projectile's on_hit, and changed
most bullet_acts to call on_hit as well. Removed some now-unnecessary
snowflake code.
These changes will make projectiles which should effect non-mobs, such
as the gyrojet and the ion rifle, work properly. Inanimate objects can
now be empulsed with the ion rifle, whose projectiles used to dissipate
on hitting anything but a mob. Gyrojets now explode on most objects, as
opposed to just on walls and mobs, and the snowflake code that made them
work on walls is no longer necessary. The code for pulse rifles'
breaking walls has been moved from a check in turf to a check in pulse
beams, and has been expanded to include structures, allowing them to
(slowly) break girders. For coders, it means that on_hit is a reliable
proc for the effect of a bullet's hitting an object.
-Turns out there was already a Gaussian PRNG proc already, used by mechs and turrets. I've replaced it with my one as mine has almost half the cost. (currently broken! still waiting for fixes to be pulled!)
-replaced between(min, val, max) with Clamp(val, min, max)
-get_turf(thing) now uses var/list/locs to locate its turf, rather than iterating up through loc of its loc of its loc...etc
-sign(num) moved to maths.dm
-InRange(val, min, max) replaced with IsInRange(val, min, max) (they were identical)
-Removed ismultitool() iswrench() iscoil() iswire() iswelder() iscrowbar() etc
-removed modulus(num) as abs() performs the same task! *roll-eyes*
-removed get_mob_with_client_list() as it is no longer needed (we have var/list/player_list now)
-removed get_turf_or_move() as it simply called get_turf
-removed get_turf_loc() as it was identical to get_turf()
*Additions:*
-The "Declare Ready" link in the lobby will automatically become "Join Game" if the round starts before you declare ready, so you don't have to click it twice

Added a check for if there's a usr.
runtime error: Cannot read null.backup_author
proc name: attack hand (/obj/machinery/newscaster/attack_hand)
Added a check for if the feed still exists.
- Added a new area proc, mob_activate, which is called by a living mob's Life(). You can use it to have mobs react differently to different areas.dm
- Used the above change to make transit areas push mobs backwards.
- Fixed the server room air alarm from freaking out.
- Reverted my change to singularities, they will now pull correctly.
- Made the wire interface screen bigger to accommodate for different fonts.

* Toggle wire will toggle the PA on or off when pulsed, if cut it will disable the PA and stop it from turning on.
* Strength wire will increase the strength of the PA when pulsed, if cut it will toggle the strength to 0 and stop people turning it up.
* Interface wire will stop people being able to use the control computer. Pulsing will toggle this, cutting/mending will toggle it on/off.
* The limit power wire will allow the PA to be turned up to strength 3 when cut. When pulsed it will beep.
* Nothing wire will do nothing.
- New particle that will be shot at strength 3.
- Decreased the hidden rating of longevity.

Runtime fix for being hit by something without there being a usr. This was most likely due to explosions or possibly mass drivers.
Runtime fix for simple animals using department channels. Only parrots can use them now as they are the only simple animal with the 'ears' variable.
Runtime fix for the mech's energy relay process() when there is no battery in the mech.

-Changed the singularity code a bit. Checking for the last movement had some problems, I changed it around. It fixed Issue 1121.
-In addition of this, the singularity will now move diagonally. It doesn't get stuck in the corners of the field now.
-Mimics which are structures, have density and anchored will be able to knockdown people and be twice as strong.
-Doubled the amount of times the staff of animation can fire before needing to recharge, since it had to shoot way more than the staff of change to be effective.

-Fixes Issue 1085 - Artificers creating turfs with buggy lighting
-Spells now will use the proper proc to create turfs
Due to the amount of files changed, this is just the 'part one'. The merging in turf.dm is not finished, mineral walls and buildmode are still using the old system. The creation of turfs on the game panel is not using the proper procs yet. Stay tuned for this changes, but now, sleep.

-New wraith sprites by TankNut!
-Decreased flare duration, again(!)
-Made a based interact proc and changed the updateDialog to call that instead of attack_hand. This caused issues with the APC and getting the power cell out of it. I then changed all machines that had their own defined proc (that was everywhere)

CEs no longer spawns with a cigarette in their mouth. I did not add a cigarette to their desk because there is already a cigarette pack that spawns there.

machine.process() now uses a return value to remove itself from the processing machines list. This is more efficient and will help reduce costs especially at round start where some 5000+ machines were removed from the list using first-find. Now there is no searching involved. Instead of machines.Remove(src) just do .=PROCESS_KILL that will return the flag to the proc which called it (the MC) and trigger its removal from the list. If you're deleting something don't even bother removing it from the machines list, there is no need to.
Simplified the last_processed stuff for the MC. It's now a single variable rather than 3. It is simply a typepath rather than a reference to an object (this is so it works even if said object is deleted)
MC stats in admin status_panels now show the length of the processing lists (indicated by #). I've just realised I forgot to mention what the abbreviations are:
The less obvious ones are: Dis=diseases; Net=pipes; Pnet=powernets; Mch=Machines; Tick=the game-mode ticker.
Beach-water now uses an overlay image rather than a separate object.
Fixed a typo in the shuttle console.
Hydroponics trays no longer use first-find within their process() for checking the plant is in the tray (why is that even there anyway? talk about lazy)
Removed some junk/placeholder procs like organ/proc/process() return
Removed newscasters from the processing machines lists.

Comments for lighting:
Like sd_DAL (what we used to use), it changes the shading overlays of areas by splitting each type of area into sub-areas
by using the var/tag variable and moving turfs into the contents list of the correct sub-area.
Unlike sd_DAL however it uses a queueing system. Everytime we call a change to opacity or luminosity
(through SetOpacity() or SetLuminosity()) we are simply updating variables and scheduling certain lights/turfs for an
update. Actual updates are handled periodically by the lighting_controller. This carries additional overheads, however it
means that each thing is changed only once per lighting_controller.processing_interval ticks. Allowing for greater control
over how much priority we'd like lighting updates to have. It also makes it possible for us to simply delay updates by
setting lighting_controller.processing = 0 at say, the start of a large explosion, waiting for it to finish, and then
turning it back on with lighting_controller.processing = 1.
Unlike our old system there is a hardcoded maximum luminosity. This is to discourage coders using large luminosity values
for dynamic lighting, as the cost of lighting grows rapidly at large luminosity levels (especially when changing opacity
at runtime)
Also, in order for the queueing system to work, each light remembers the effect it casts on each turf. This is going to
have larger memory requirements than our previous system but hopefully it's worth the hassle for the greater control we
gain. Besides, there are far far worse uses of needless lists in the game, it'd be worth pruning some of them to offset
costs.
Known Issues/TODO:
admin-spawned turfs will have broken lumcounts. Not willing to fix it at this moment
mob luminosity will be lower than expected when one of multiple light sources is dropped after exceeding the maximum luminosity
Shuttles still do not have support for dynamic lighting (I hope to fix this at some point)
No directional lighting support. Fairly easy to add this and the code is ready.
When opening airlocks etc, lighting does not always update to account for the change in opacity.
Explosions now cause lighting to cease processing temporarily.
Moved controller datums to the code/controllers directory. I plan on standardising them.
"Master","Ticker","Lighting","Air","Jobs","Sun","Radio","Supply Shuttle","Emergency Shuttle","Configuration","pAI" controller datums can be accessed via the debug controller verb (used to be the debug master controller verb)
Supply shuttle now uses a controller datum. Shuttles tend to arrive up to 30 seconds late, this is not a bug.

All credits to the author for this handy little script.
I Committed the modified python script to tool directory. Although it needs to be in the root folder of your repo to work.
To notice the improved compile times, in dreammaker go to Build > Preferences > and untick "automatically set file_dir for subfolders"
If this commit inteferes with any large projects just revert it, do your thing, then rerun the script. Easy-peasy.

I added a check to meteor and space dust Bump() directly because changing ex_act() on the machines themselves would make the machines immune to bombs and C4.
Hopefully fixes issue 716.
light/process() was added back in causing lights to use power as they were meant to. Recently lights have been made brighter causing more power to be drained. As a result the engineering APC would not last very long. The station using a lot of power is a good thing since the singularity produces an incredible amount of power, so to keep this higher power demand but still give engineers a fighting chance to set up the singularity, I've bumped up the engineering APC's starting battery power.

-Gave brains a proper gib() so they are actually gone
-Added a proc to the 'Secrets' panel, a variation of power the station that instead is MUCH faster and just powers all SMES, turns on output, and sets it to max (helpful for testing and it doesn't leave the server frozen for 60 seconds to process)
-Added maxHealth to mice, killer tomatos, and walking mushrooms (They started with 5 health but could be 'healed' up to 20)
-Made the updatehealth() actually usable outside of humans by making it use maxHealth instead of just '100'
-Fix for shield generator sprites not updating properly, caused by not all generators actually updating on powerloss, and adding an update_icon() where needed
Fixes Issue 751
