## About The Pull Request Reduces mining drill CD from whopping 1.5 seconds to 0.15 seconds when drilling turfs. ## Why It's Good For The Game 1.5 seconds is absurdly slow for a drill, mechs already have a 5x5 AOE PKA on them, and mining equipment at this stage has even lower delays than that. ## Changelog 🆑 balance: Mech drills have a 90% reduction in delay when used to drill turfs (1.5 seconds -> 0.15 seconds) /🆑
