## About The Pull Request
I **thought** I added this in #5520, but it turns out I forgot to push
the commit.

This makes the security ID cards red instead of blue.
## Why It's Good For The Game
The red goes with the color theme for security, instead of using the old
blue color.
## Proof Of Testing
Re-using my proof of testing from the last PR as it's the same exact
code, just actually pushed this time.
