Reverts skyrat's code that makes russian revolver DNR people
## Why It's Good For The Game
I regularly see people on dead chat asking why they can't go back into
their body just for them to be asked with "did you play russian
roulette" to which they respond "yeah and what" and then they find out
that it ghosts you out of the body, i don't know why someone on skyrat
would make it such it ghosts you but they did
## Proof Of Testing
Yes, it in fact let's me get back into the body after i tested it
