The time when the round officially starts should be set 10-20 seconds
after the vote ends.

## About The Pull Request

- You do not have to be ready for your vote to count towards
storyteller.
- Voting statistics for map voting and storyteller voting are displayed.
- Map votes have a vote reminder.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Requiring people to ready up in order to vote means that people who do
not want to play a certain storyteller are at risk at being put in the
round (and then cryoing or having a bad experience), which can create a
whole bunch of issues if you're playing a role that most players want to
sign up as.

Map voting should have a vote reminder since a lot of people tend to
forget it.

Stats are always good. Seeing how much people's vote matters (especially
if it's close) can possibly encourage voting.
