Updates rust-g dependency to version 4.2.0

It's always good to stay up to date on the latest rust-g version, I
think that the performance changes added since `4.0.0` are quite ideal
for making the game run smoothly in stuff like world generation.
Untested quote that I'm not going to tabulate performance metrics on but
if the optimizations were good enough to merge there then I'm hopefully
that we'll see some benefits over here. Although it should be ideal in
function on live servers it's good to be aware of insidious bugs earlier
rather than later when we **need** to bump up the version for any
reason.

Also maybe someone can do something with the QR code generation?
Probably very unlikely but it's definitely something interesting and
this lessens the barrier of someone's ability to accomplish that task
should they want to use the feature.
